Bad experience hard to park and drove across town for the first car lot which is closed the salesman does not seem a honest, vehicles do not seem to be cleaned or maintained very much it was dissatisfying

I bought a SUV for a great price! It was the easiest car deal out of the 30+ cars I’ve owned. When my brakes started squeaking long after The warranty expired, they were fixed without hesitation! Sure there were a few things that needed fixed but I bought a vehicle with 97k on it. I bought the car in December and it now March, and almost 4K miles on it. I’m still in love with my SUV and JQ Motorsports.I’ve owned my SUV for 13 months now. I’m still in love with my car! I’d buy from JQ again.

Changed pricing overnight, and the vehicle wasnt even able to drive due to a mechanical problem which was not listed AND wanted to give me way below value for a trade from my 2014 to a 2007. What a joke!

It took me close to 3 months to find what I really wanted, Im known to be really picky. After visiting few dealerships, I ended up buying 2010 BMW 328i from JQ Motorsports, east location. had the car for about 2 1/2 months, so far Im very pleased with it. I was going to give them 4 star, just because the trip I had to take between the 2 locations, since I thought the car was at the central location. BUT, the customer service was just excellent, so I decided to give them 5 star. Vry nice family owned dealership.

Went to look at a tundra yesterday. No one came out to great us. My wife had to go in to ask about the truck and the given the keys to the truck. Still no one came to assist us. Upon inspection of the truck, found the rear bumper was freshly dented, the front right cv boot torn, the bed of the truck was dirty and had trash in it. We were told we could take it for a test drive but the gas light was on. It was also a good thing that we didnt take the truck for a test drive. While inspecting the truck and pushing the brakes, there was little pressure and didnt seem to work well. After getting out of the truck and looking around, found that there was brake fluid leaking out of the right rear brake system. Not just a couple of drops but a lot. As we were leaving, and still no one talked to us, my father in law let the employee know about the brake fluid on the ground and his only response was OK sir, thank you ! I would give zero stars if possible. But you guys be the judge for yourself.

I recently bought a 4x4 Chevrolet from Jqmotorsports. I am quite please with my purchase. I spoke with a very nice man Qatan, which sold me the truck. I was very skeptical when I went in because of some of the reviews. I did look him up on BBB which indicated an A+ rating. When I went in he was very friendly and not pushy what so ever. I see that some people posted reviews stating they were unhappy due to him not coming out and greeting them. My past experiences with car dealers they would come out like vultures, racing for my attention. They would be pushy and take my keys not allowing me to leave when I was unsatisfied. He was relaxed and I literally felt no pressure from him to buy. I had two concerns on the truck. One was a battery issue and the other was a truck bed liner which was missing. He replaced both without skipping a beat. I didnt have to wait around for him to call me or try and beg for him to contact me back. So I say thank you for making it a painless purchase and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Great people!!! The customer service isnt like anywhere else. When I went in they came to greet me then let me have the chance to look at any car without anyone hassling or trying to get me to do credit checks. I havent purchased my car yet but they are making it easy for me and helping me with everything. The last time i went to a dealership and bought a car they didnt really concentrate on me and make sure i was comfortable with the whole process. We had a very good experience with this business, which is currently rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau.All of the cars on the lot looked beautiful, in excellent shape. According to Mr. Hassan, they are very selective about the cars they take. They have everything from Hyundais to Mercedes and Jaguars.We got a great deal on a used Hyundai. It was on sale for $1,000 off the usual price.The service was quick with good attention to detail. Very pleased.

Bought a car and at first everything seemed great. Assured it was safe, running properly, did take a few days longer to receive than expected but that was ok as I was under the impression that was because the car would be in excellent condition when I got it. 3 weeks after having the car, the engine seized in Nevada. Turned out the oil cap had fallen off, all the oil drained, and engine seized. Mechanics explained that is someone did not tighten it with the wrench, it is possible. The owner did help me take care of it financially but still paid for half after I had to arrange for it to be shipped back to Tucson. And it took almost 2 months???? He was also questioning me, with comments like how do I know you did not loosen it? As IF!! Everyday, week, was getting the the car will be ready tomorrow then nothing for another week. I had no car during that time and was riding my bike 30 miles per day to get to work. When it was getting repaired, also found out that little noise that went away when I pushed the clutch in...that little noise that I was assured was totally safe and fine....turned out not to be fine. The new clutch was already done. My left front tire also had a huge crack in it. The car was definitely not safe to drive and in hindsight, the engine seizing could have possibly saved something much worse on the drive back from Nevada. Finally, when I did get my car back, the A/C did not work. It worked before the JQ mechanic fixed it. I was told to bring the car back to have it fixed, when I did nobody was even at the office (it is supposed to be open at 9am and I am sitting there waiting until almost 9:30 when a mechanic finally gave me the phone with the owner, who said he would call me right back with the address of the mechanic to take it to). Well, that was almost 2 weeks ago. There is more but I do not enjoy complaining or writing a bad review, but am doing so to help others learn from my mistake. I am so done dealing with the hassles and am honestly concerned something else will go wrong if I take my car back or have to go another few weeks without for a quick fix. The mechanic seems to be completely incompetent.They do have nice cars but do not trust the mechanic or what anyone says. They will not give paperwork on what repairs are done etc. I highly suggest that if you are interested in a car, get it looked at from an independent mechanic first. I was so caught up in opening my own business that I took word as face value and learned a huge lesson, it was the worst car experience I ever had and turned out to be a very unsafe vehicle. Hoping others will not make the same mistake.I have a business and would never treat my customers like that. It is how a business acts when things go wrong that make them great or not.

This place is horrible. No one greeted us when we walked on to the lot. We had to wait 20 minutes, and started opening unlocked cars before somebody came to say hello and ask If we needed help. I wanted the Mercedes and upon telling the dealer this, I was given a look like I couldnt afford it. I then filled out the credit application and waited a week but never heard back from them. I finally called and was told he was adding more banks for financing and would call me back. 3 weeks passed and I finally gave up. Still to this day I have not received any type of response. I then tried another dealership, thanks to them I now have my Mercedes.

Got a car, check engine light came on do to low oil, topped it up went in 17 days after purchase, owner said hed do nothing, not even take it to a mechanic to see why it was low, not take it back, or trade cars. Instead said when its on next come in while the check engine light is on and I can pay his mechanic rates. Turns out the turbo is failing and costs 1600-2600 to replace based on various places. The engine is burning oil and the timing belt needs replacing. Bought car at 148k but they transferred the mileage on there title over when I bought it, based on that the car had about 400 miles put on it at the dealership, why? His son was supposedly driving it according to the owner. Never go here head my warning.

So back in 2011, I purchased my first car on my own from here. I had an issue with it the day after we got it, and they fixed it, which was amazing! So when my boyfriend needed a new car this year I recommended it. They worked out a great deal for us on a 2006 Chevy equinox. When we got it all of the windows, except the driver window would roll down, which they said they fixed before letting us drive off with it. Obviously it wasnt fixed. The next day, we called and told them, so we brought it in the week after for them to fix it. They didnt fix it, instead NONE of the windows roll down anymore. When we told Ahmed (the owners son) he said we would have to buy a switch to fix it. Well we did not buy it because it should have been them. They were the last ones to touch the switches before the windows stopped working. Well not only was there the window problem, the seals on the doors and sunroof leaked...when I say leak I mean there are PUDDLES inside the car after it rains, and we cant even take it to a car wash!!!! Well not only did it leak INSIDE the car, water got to the electrical and the car looses power. And will not accelerate. When we found this out was like 20 days after we got the equinox, and they basically told my boyfriend not our problem and would ignore calls and texts from him. Well we havent had issues with it in the rain until today, you know during monsoons because we have it under a carport at home, and it is covered with a tarp, under a tree during work hours.....what should have taken me 10 minutes to get home, took me 30 minutes....once at a dead stop it takes over 60 seconds for the car to even get to 5 mph. This is not overexaggerated, either. My boyfriend would not let me write this review until tonight. And I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER recommend JQ motorsports EVER again. My first experience was amazing. Im very disappointed in the 2nd time around.there is a reason they sell their vehicles for so cheap.Oh and after I said multiple times I was not interested in trading my own car, they tried to make me an offer of $1000, and said my car wasnt even worth that. I have a 2004 mini in muCh better shape than this equinox we spent $6000 cash for.

I cant believe the things that this company is selling!! An almost brand new car and the handles are broken, there was food wrappers and ketchup packets in the car!! I didnt even get in and start it I just left!!

My over all experience was one of the best at Jqmotorsports. Amed and his younger brother Abdul were nothing but professional. They made my car purashing experience one of the best in Tucson. There overall professionalism, and great customer services skills exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone. I prushased a Mercedes SLk in Perstin condition. We recently bought a 2003 Toyota Corolla from this place and all I can say is: Please take a mechanic with you when you go look at any used cars pre-2008 from this place. The car we got was a bit overpriced considering everything that we found out was wrong with it afterwards: the brakes were so worn down in the front that the pads and rotors were already metal to metal. The rear brakes were so rusted that we had to wack at them for a while just to loosen the rust around the drums only to find out they were the wrong size anyway. It appeared that no one had taken them off to check them in YEARS. I would also like to add that the brake fluid was absolutely clean and full which indicates that they topped off the brake fluid to make it look like the brakes were hunky dory. And they steam cleaned the engine to make it look nice and clean to but forgot to change the filthy air filters. They also put in the wrong size battery for the car and didnt even bother to secure the battery (a major safety hazard along with the non-existent brakes). And really none of this would have really bothered me if they had told us right off the bat that the car had these problems instead of topping off the fluid and making it look pretty and telling me its fine. Replacing the brakes cost a good 400 dollars which we shouldnt have had to do when they sold the car for 1k over market value. We got lucky that the engine and transmission of the car arent completely wrecked but still I do not appreciate dishonesty. The owner seemed to be a very nice dude but he either needs to keep a closer eye on his crappy mechanics or make sure to at least address major safety issues before he sells these cars.

Achmed has been pleasant to talk to. Ive seen the reviews of others stating they were not greeted when they walked in and how they were unhappy with this. Me, i love it. I have learned things in my time, typical dealers. They start off pushy, they insist on getting your info (name, number, email, and of course pushing you to a credit check) no, no, no. Im here looking, leave me alone. I dont see something i like at a decent price, im out. Typical dealers, once they have your info, and they hit you with a hard credit check, you are pretty much committed to get something from them, or you can jump lot to lot getting repeated hard credit checks, and it drops your score every time. Then they give you the well with your credit, you cant get what you want, but i can put you in this. Again, no, no, no.Typical dealers stick to you like leaches. When i find something, ill come get you. I have walked out of many new and used lots because of these pushy tactics.I liked having a salesman that i have to chase down. I see something i want, not something they want to sell me. I have choices, i can go somewhere else.

Ackmed obviously makes too much money that hes not even interested in selling cars anymore. But hes still a car salesman!! I dont get it. Him and that place are a mess. Save yourself the headache and dont waste your time.

Whatever you do please dont buy from this place! A friend of mine just got a car and it is the worst mistake he could ever made.. The car has alot of bad things on it and they always say they want to help but they just make up sometime and never help.. all others good reviews you are reading is them putting them by themselves(most likely) ! Save you some money and some time with this fake stealers..

I agree Qatan does not push and doesnt press his customers! He means business and doesnt bs people. I love my mercedes I bought there ! I will surely recommend this car lot to anyone who wants a good car for a good price !
