Purchasing a Porsche is an experience to be had. Wayne Lemon guided us through the purchasing process. No pressure nor stress. The vehicles they sell are high quality. I purchased vehicles from many other dealers, but none can meet the professionalism and overall sales environment Porsche of Tucson provides. As for the service department, I had my former Cayenne serviced here regularly. Im pleasantly satisfied in the communication Brian and Scott deliver, giving constant updates while also providing me with a complimentary loaner vehicle. Overall, Porsche of Tucson surpassed my expectations in every aspect. From sales to service and even purchasing parts.

Im all about good customer service especially on the receiving end. Car seller, Moises, was fantastic. Hand shake, introduction, offered water and a seat... great for starters. Not to mention he picked up the cars from the other dealerships before I arrived. He kept me apprised of the deal each step of the way. Fantastic customer service that I bought 2 cars that day. Will go there again.

Bought a used 2016 Mazda 6 from this dealership back in July. There was a noise in the door and the car was dirty. They told me it would be a couple days to get the door looked at and the car detailed. It took them almost a full week and several phone calls to actually pick up my car. When I picked up the car there was still a noise in the door. I pointed it out to the dealership and they told me that I’d have to get with the salesman that sold me the car. I called him multiple times and he told me that he would call me back but never did. I finally just went into the dealership to speak to someone. The salesman was there and he said that it was too late in the day for the mechanics to look at it, but he would schedule and appointment. Appointment came and salesperson was not around. It took the dealership 30 minutes to even pull up any paperwork to be willing to work on it. No one seemed to know what what going on so communication inside the dealership seems to be lacking. After all of that, they didn’t even have a mechanic take the door apart. The financial manager just told me that they would look into the issue and call me when they had a solution. It’s been 2 weeks. Still no call…. It’s now September and I still have the noise in my door. I would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership, a new Porsche they might service well, but they don’t seem to care if you buy anything else from them.

In all my encounters at Chapman I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. While I had previously been a customer of the service department, my recent Porsche purchase was my first with them. My Brand Representative, Jonathan Dufour, was friendly and attentive without ever pushing me on a purchase. It was simply a pleasure dealing with him from start to finish, and I look forward to seeing him in future visits to Chapman. Helping me in my decision was Scott Haddock from the Service Department; his detailed knowledge of Porsches and his willingness to pitch-in during my investigating process was invaluable. Finally, as I firmed up my decision to purchase, I met and dealt with Sales Manager Efraim Gonzalez. Once again I was treated respectfully and fairly as we worked towards a mutual agreement. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, starting right out of college in 1964, this was the best dealer experience I have ever had, full stop.

My wife and I purchased a used Chevy Avalanche and all was fine up until about three months ago. We began to have issues with the engine which turned out to be the motor mounts had gone bad. The vehicle is still under warranty so we took it in and had it serviced.. or so we thought. We received notice to pick up out truck and did. All was fine for a couple weeks until we noticed the same knocking issue. We took it back to have them look into it to learn they only replaced one motor mount on the vehicle when all should have been replaced because that’s why we paid over $1000 up front to have done. Just wait the nightmare doesn’t end there... We then get word to come in it all has been done and handle correctly. Brian whom we had been working with all this time then went on to tell us the part they replace had cracked completely and they other mount looked decent but was replace as well. Brian said we shouldn’t have anymore issues but if we do we might have to take it to a Chevy dealer because they deal with Porsche’s. Ok.. sounds good. Happy to have our vehicle back and no more shaking and the engines no longer jumping around we head home park it over night. In the morning my wife and I get up to run errands and we notice a smell of something burning, couldn’t be our truck we were assured everything was fixed.. we drive around about another hour and the trucks check engine light comes on 🤦🏻‍♂️ Along with the service light coming on codes began flashing multiple system issues and to top it off the burning scent had got stronger accompanied with smoke from the exhaust. We took the truck back right then and ask them to take it to Chevy to things fixed correctly and for them not to touch or try to resolve the issuer them selves. That was the end of last week. This has been a nightmare for us for multiple reasons this truck was meant to be our primary vehicle to go to work run errands etc. Not only did I miss out on two side jobs this weekend loosing me $700 but we are stuck still without a vehicle and left to rent a car on our own dime even though it’s still under warranty and to boot we have been making payments on a vehicle that has been down over a month. I guess you could say I’m very disappointed with all we have had to deal with. All I want is for them to make it right, I just want our vehicle working again without issues. Life these days is stressful enough and I tell you Porsche of Tucson has made things a bit more difficult. Oh I did forgot one other thing to mention, we were also told that even though we paid the original $1000 to have it fixed in the first place we might receive another bill even though whatever had been done wrong was done under their watch. Thank you all for your time in reading this, this is our nightmare.

I came in to purchase a used car on behalf of my company. I said this up front, and then the sales person Wayne Lemon asked if I was buying my first car. I am thirty years old, and regardless of how old I am, what does it matter? Thanks for insinuating I look 16, although, who goes to buy their first car by themselves? The car we were purchasing for the company was only 12k, so I realize this is not top priority for anyone working at a Porsche dealership, however I would expect better customer service. The car had an open recall on it, so that delayed getting it for 1 week. They gave us a loaner car that had a backseat full of popcorn and had not been filled with gas. Wayne Lemon even joked about giving us a Porsche loaner, as if anyone buying a 12k car would receive that for a loaner. So instead, they gave us a dirty car because a low dollar sale is not worth their time apparently.Once the repair from Ford was complete, they returned the car to the company location and it smelled like grease and dirt (I assume from Ford working on it). Even for a used car, I would think that they would detail it to make it presentable. In addition, the registration was made in my personal name and address, instead of the companys (who was buying the car).Overall, not impressed with the service and did not appreciate the carelessness when it came to details.

Well weeks have gone by and the windshield is cracking more and more as my mother is driving. My mother, my husband and myself have tried to contact the sales rep, Christina, and have been emailing the finance manager Fabian. Christina has ignored numerous calls, Fabian has been unresponsive and the last my mother heard was that they had the glass at the dealership for a week and nobody bothered to call her. Disappointed. I purchased a $6,900 warranty for my wifes Porsche Cayenne at this dealership with the expectation of some peace of mind. Last Friday (1/24/2020) my wife found herself stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. Long story short, she found herself on the phone with the dealership for 30 mins being bounced around from person to person. They would not help her because they didnt see her warranty in the system. The people that could help would not be in the office for another 2 hrs. At that point, I decided to personally call them. After spending an additional 30 mins on the phone getting the same bad service, I found it easier to just use my insurance providers app to get a tow. Theres plenty of other bad things about this experience that Im leaving out. To sum it up... I would have thought that $6,900 would have at least bought us some good customer service. Ive given them 5 days to contact us after the fact and havent heard anything regarding this situation. Hopefully they hear this review instead. I was interested in buying a used car offered from this dealership. I first noticed the vehicle for sale from another Chapman dealership who offered me $10,000 for my trade in if purchased at the listed price ($20,250). If I had accepted this deal I would have walked away with roughly a $12,000 loan. They explained the price was non negotiable due to the car not being in their lot. So I decided to go to Tuscon where the car was located to negotiate a better deal. Since I live in Phoenix and Tuscon is a two hour drive I called the Tuscon dealership to test out some numbers over the phone before making the long trip. Wayne Lemon was the sales agent I spoke with over the phone. I explained to him that I was an interested buyer located in Phoenix and I half heartedly asked if $18,500 was a possible “out the door cost” for the vehicle not expecting a yes but more so expecting a counter offer. To my surprise Wayne told me that he thought he could make the $18,500 “out the door” cost happen but that he couldn’t guarantee a $10,000 trade in value for my vehicle since they haven’t gotten to see it, which was a sensible answer. The following day I drove two hours to Tuscon out to the dealership to meet with Wayne. I test drove the Chevrolet that I was interested in while the dealership supposedly looked over my vehicle. Immediately after the test drive we sat down with Wayne and without any consultation with his staff about the value of my car he offered me a measly $5,000 for my trade in (which was in excellent condition) and an $18,500 loan which would imply that the vehicle I was looking to buy had an “out the door” cost of $23,500(clearly higher than the internet listed price). Wayne claimed it was an innocent misunderstanding and that he thought “out the door” cost was the cost of the loan and that the true out the door cost was non-negotiable. His “misunderstanding” defied all logic and was nothing more than a deceptive coy to get me out to their lot and wasted four hours of my day driving. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff but my experience with Wayne was horrible and left a very sour taste in my mouth about the dealership as a whole. After looking into the reviews of this dealership I noticed a few unpleasant reviews that specifically named Wayne. The moral of the story is to do your research about a business beforehand to avoid the headache.

I had recently purchased a 2015 BMW M3 for 50k, less than a week later the low coolant warning comes on. I opened the hood and the expansion tank is calcified all around like it had been leaking for a while, pretty obvious but it was warrantied by BMW. I expected a purchase from such a notorious and well know dealership to have had been inspected prior to purchase. The Porsche dealership said it is under warranty take it to BMW. BMW fixed the coolant issue, leak in the reservoir. Then a week later the check engine light comes on and I take it back to Porsche. I walk in and there wasnt even a receptionist to ask about it and basically had to pull Efraim out of his office. He proceeds tells me that its not their problem because its under warranty still, and to take it to BMW. I had stated I wanted them to take it to them, as my time is valuable and shouldnt be dealing with issues this early on. He stated to take it to BMW and was adamant. I asked him to at least scan it (because the BMW dealer is very far from there) and I dont want to drive it that way, he refused. Moral of the story, I would have been better off buying a vehicle from a fly by night dealership, atleast there I would expect them to treat me terrible and argue with me about fixing a vehicle after the fact. Efraim will never get my business ever again. Porsche handled this whole situation awful. Buyers Beware. Sorry. Take care.

First of all if youre a woman you should expect to be treated as a joke: My wife was treated like a child and her concerns were brushed off as nothing. We finally paid to have MAJOR motor work done which Porsche offered a warranty on their work. After having our car for damn near 3 months they failed to seat a head gasket properly so the car was leaking immediately after getting it back. Of course they didnt have the parts in stock so we had to wait even longer for the repair. This happens, Ive worked in many auto shops and dealerships. However, it happened a third time. Not a single day after getting the car back from the shop the second time it started to leak again. Really? Your pathetic technicians cant seat a head gasket properly?? Thats auto repair 101.... This car is a daily driver and after calmly addressing my concern the already panicked service advisor seemed to lose his cool and started rambling off excuses why it still wasnt fixed. Every time we go in they seem to be short on techs or too busy to look at the car for another week. The service manager didnt seem to care about my concern and told me that my service advisor can handle this situation, which clearly he was unable to do so. We brought the car to the Autohaus on Fort Lowell and not only did they have the gaskets in stock (that the Porsche dealership didnt, pathetic) but they had the repair done within an hour of dropping the car off. The Autohaus does amazing work and actually keeps in touch with their customers. The 3 month period the car was at the Porsche dealership we were hardly contacted by anyone in the service department. We should have got weekly updates from the Porsche dealership as well as calls throughout the week just reassuring us that they are on top of the situation, which we did not. They didnt even offer to cover the repairs that I had to pay for at the Autohaus which was supposed to be covered by the Dealership. I currently work at a major car dealership in Tucson and I can promise you that after being treated so unprofessionally from a high class dealership I will let the entire city know how horrible the services are at this location. I can assure you that you wont be treated this awful at ANY other dealership in the city. Avoid this place at all costs. There will most likely be a corporate PR employee responding to this review of their horrible dealership, and they will politely attempt to disparage my review. I assure you I am a professional in the same industry and would NEVER give one of my customers such awful service.

Just bought an older Carrera from Ephraim. Very personable, professional and effective at his job. A credit to the salesforce, which by the way, all appears to exude the same characteristics. Will likely return to purchase there again, when the need strikes to upgrade to a newer Carrera! Thank you for making a sometimes painful process pleasurable!Wished I lived closer (north of Phoenix) to take advantage of the Service Department offerings. Theyre reputed to be just as effective.don c.

High pressure sales and when I went to buy the car it was sold out from underneath me on my way to the credit union without even an option for deposit. Did not inspire trust.
