I love the store and the staff! The problem I have is the corporate policy for QT that is designed to keep staff and customers safe (not chasing or banning shoplifters and not asking loiterers to leave), has created a bad vibe that keeps me from going into this location. I work nearby, and often see drug use on their premises (behind walls where the employees cant see them)...as well people with mental health issues that need help, not a place to hang out. Today by the gas pumps, a poor man such as this was talking to himself and carrying a pole, then began yelling at a customer and threatening him with the pole. I dont expect QT to run people off, have them arrested, or pay for treatment...but I think there must be a way for large corporations to help improve the communities they are a part of so that ALL their customers enjoy their experience with them.

Great staff but WAY TOO many panhandlers inside and out. I wont stop there anymore...

One of my go to gas stations. I like QT, and the Amazon locker is genius, I tent to stop in and but something when I drop in to return a package. That being said, the stain outside could be cleaner and that area tends to smell of stink grease pit. But I still stop here for gas! This stain is typically one of the cheaper QTs in town. The pizza is pretty good too.

The store was clean and the attendant there was nice. Although he cheated me out of some of my lottery winnings. I figured he must have need the few dollars more than me. So for this reason the location has earned 1 star.

Top notch customer service, very clean, also friendly staff that are qi and efficient.

Went inside on a busy Monday morning. Probably 30 people inside including employees. Not one person wearing a mask. Not staff, no employees. No signs visible requesting patrons to wear masks. Never goi g in there again unless they provide masks to their employees and post signs requesting patrons to wear masks. People just don’t get it. But the corporations like quick trip should. Take a page from Costco playbook. It turns out people want to go places where they feel safe.

Are you kidding? I felt like I was being pranked when I walked into the restroom here. Not only was there miscellaneous debris ALL over the floor when I walked in, but there were paper towels in the 1st toilet (because there was no toilet paper), and there were wet wads of paper towels and toilet seat covers all over the floor in the other stalls. I chose the middle one out of desperation And came to realize why there were paper towels in the 1st toilet....no toilet paper. After asking my neighbor for tp, I came out to someone shining a flashlight in her eyes and picking at it with tweezers. I told the guy working at the front (Byron or Bryson) about the state of the bathroom, and he gave me a dismissive and indifferent reply about how they would look into it. Just dont go to this location if you need to use the restroom, care for you safety or are concerned for you family while in the locked restrooms.

Good pizza just watch out for tweekers

Roadtripper Heaven! Love-Love-Love this place. Bigger than usual QT. Its like a supermarket and deli in one. Cant believe the immense # of choices here! Place is spotless, well lot, safe and crazy well-stocked. Prices decent and very good in Cafe. Will make-to-order breakfast, lunch + dinner. Soft-serve ice cream cones even available & cheap. I drive past about 10 convenience stores to come here. LOVE IT!!

Great gas station location with lots of space around to park and fuel.The lines to the register sometimes aren’t clear but they do their best to keep it flowing.Bathroom should be cleaned more often

The staff is always friendly and the premises are always clean. I always get good service here regardless of what time I visit.

When you walk in the South entrance, the mens room is immediately to your right. Its a large restroom with three sinks, four urinals and two sit down toilets. Then you keep walking north and you see the grills. They offer a few types of large hot dogs and several varieties of large taquitos. But some of the flavors are seasonal. The prices of the grill items are very competitive to the other convenience stores.You keep walking north and you see the kitchen to the right. They offer slices of pizza, with various toppings, as well as whole pies. The prices are very economical and its a very tasty product. They also fix sandwiches, burritos, fresh baked pretzels and ice cream cones.To the left is a deli case, with freshly boxed salads, cold sandwiches, fruit and processed microwave burritos. Then at the northeast side they have a long row of cooled beverages. The standard sodas and beers, along with a large selection of craft brews. They offer five types of freshly brewed ice tea, with both sweetened and unsweetened of each type. They offer about five types of premium coffee and donut styles that you dont see at their rival chains.They offer frozen coffee, frozen chocolate drinks, frozen smoothies and the standard soda slushes. All of their food and beer is priced competitively, but their cigarette prices are higher than most places. The cashiers are very friendly and it is their custom to operate two registers at the same time.

People without masks in the store. And no employee ask them to put a mask on. Oil next to the gas pump now its all over my feet. This place is awful dont go there

Every time I have been to this Quick Trip, it has been a good experience. The gentleman there early in the morning greets everyone & is very efficient.

Quiktrip employees take a lot of pride in their work. They maintain clean friendly and well merchandised stores. I love the ice cream! I am addicted.

Sometimes the wait is unnecessary if help is called, but that being said, it beats ANY convenience store wait in line so Ill take it. I do prefer the one on 1st though, as they tend to be extremely quick in checking people out.

Watered down coffee, if there is any at all, stale hotdog buns, and cold hotdogs you have to microwave first, bad attitude from the staff if you complain. I would give it a minus 5 if I could.

Store is nice but I would go somewhere else if expecting good customer service.

Quiktrip is on a whole different level than most chains out there. Store is incredibly clean, service is fast and friendly, and they can make a milkshake with two shots of espresso in their kitchen while you are waiting on your pump.

I like their slurpees. Their staff is much quicker and friendlier than every other gas station although i feel recently some of the newer staff isnt exactly with the quik trip spirit.
