Ive been a long time PB shopper however today my husband and I went to but a leather sofa. Not a single employee greeted using the 25 minutes we waited for help. One lady remained behind a counter never even acknowledging us. Because of this we will spend our money elsewhere. Fyi... your sister store next door provides amazing customer service. Thank you West Elm.

I love to shop here. They are so helpful and have such nice stuff for my house. I love there throw blankets for my couches. There plates for your kitchen are nice. Along with so much more. Furniture is great and made extremely well. Some of the best furniture I have!

I canceled my order, It was on back orderAnd they told me, I had to pay for shippingIn July and table was coming after Thanksgiving.That’s terrible to charge someone when it’s on back order… very disappointed

No butter knife to butter your bread. A huge steak knife was all there was. Food had no taste. Huge portions going to waste.

Bought the Terri coffee table from Pottery Barn. It was listed as a special buy for the one day 70% off special purchase. My family was really excited. Less than a week later I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to a “price discrepancy.” I called pottery barn and asked them if they’d please let me know the price I’d need to pay. No supervisor was available. Not a company I will do business with in the future.

I have been a customer of the La Encantata PB for Years! I just cant say enough about this staff led by a store manager (Karen Hannon) who is exceptional in every way. The team members and service at this store are exemplary. I trust them utterly and the fine crafted furnishings - still all my favs created in North Carolina. We are so lucky to have such a great team serving us in the Foothills. Bravi PB team you all rock! - Thank you for all you do and for your expertise!

I ordered furniture with Pottery Barn la Encantada in Tucson 12 weeks ago. I am still awaiting delivery. I made dozens of calls but find there to be only excuses and false promises. I would not recommend purchasing custom furniture from Pottery Barn. Purchasing furniture is suppose to fun. It has been such an ordeal...

Great customer service

I went into this Pottery Barn (La Encantada) on 12/4/13 around opening time. I didn’t see any other customers yet, and there were 4 employees that made eye contact with me and none of them said hello, how are you, or asked if I needed help. I wanted to buy a desk that I saw online. Since none of them were willing to help me out I went home and bought the desk online…so no commission for them. Thanks for not helping me out.E. Rodriguez

Nice furniture, lovely items, however, the shipping delays are truly frustrating. The first time we ordered furniture, it took 10 weeks to arrive. we thought it was an one time unusual event. So, we tried again.. and items once again are on backorder and have to wait 6-8 weeks to arrive. Very frustrating and disappointing they do not have a great delivery process.
