Have been here twice, great service each time. They quoted me $150 for a series of tests and only charged me $70 when they didnt need to do the whole series. Honest people, good work.

Great diagnosis, service, and people. I brought in my 2006 Acura TL and they diagnosed my issue the same day with an estimate. The bushings and shocks they had replaced were genuine OEM Acura parts. The car was ready when they said it would be and drives a lot better thanks to them. Very knowledgeable Honda/Acura specialists.

This place is fair, reasonably priced, and pretty fast at solving your Hondas problems. On our first visit just yesterday, the price to replace compliance bushings and control arms on our 2003 Accord was less than half of what a local Honda dealer quoted us. Im pretty upset with that dealer, as Ive purchased two vehicles there and have been taking all three of my Honda vehicles there for service for several years. Prudence came highly recommended by a friend who is a former auto mechanic, and I can see why. These guys are knowledgeable and seem to be honest too.

Ive been very happy with the service here. The prices are good and I feel that he is aware that some items are big monetary decisions and does his best to help out in making the best decision. I usually do all my own car work, which I enjoy, but as I get busier in life Ive had trouble finding somebody that I trust to do the work instead of me. Honest and reliable! My family has been going here for our Hondas ever since I can remember. Ive strayed from Honda in the past, and had to use other mechanics. Never again! Its obvious that the previous review (man nyugen) was inspired by downright ignorance. I have been taking my daughters Civic to Prudence Car Care for over a year and have NEVER been made to feel like I was being sold a service or parts that werent needed. The owner of Prudence Car Care explains every aspect of what the car required and found the best deal on tire replacement for me. Ive even had to have the car towed (FROM CORTARO RD) to PCC and bypassed all other options on the way - to get the best service. Try this company for yourself - form your own opinion - Im positive youll agree with me. Hondas arent cheap to fix - it is well known.
