Rich has been helping me with my car for quite a number of years. I found him to be very competent, nice, and very fair and trustworthy. The repairs on my car have always worked out great. Rich can diagnose almost immediately what is wrong with the car and can fix it in a relatively quick time frame. His prices are fair and his work is impeccable. I brought my Saturn to Richard after a large chain told me I needed a new compressor and related parts. Richard took the time to find exactly the cause of the problem . It was 3 small parts which he replaced. Compressor was fine. He is a masterful mechanic . A joy to do business with. The only shop I will take my Saturn to from now on. Highly recommend.

Definitely the only place I will take my Saturn for repairs and service. I visited Planet Automotive three times this month. Today he accurately diagnosed and repaired my air conditioning. Previously I had taken my Saturn to another service company four times to fix my AC. Earlier this month, they repaired my drivers door panel/skin. On another visit they serviced both differentials (front and rear). They had the proper GM and Honda fluids. My Saturn Vue came new with a Honda motor, and related drive-line. As a consequence, it has a Honda front differential and a Gm rear differential. Prices are fail, and obviously the owner has been completely honest in servicing my vehicle.

This is my car place... I bought her here, n I return if I need a oil change, or any kind of maintenance.. or even just a question or concern for my car.. HES VERY HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, N FAIR. not easy to find all those qualities in one place.. Especially concerning your vehicle..

Richard is the real deal. One of the most reliable, honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met, and he knows GM cars better than anyone. However, he can probably take care of any car. Planet Auto is priceless!

Ive used these folks for my Saturn before, and theyre terrific. I was rear ended by a hit and run driver and both my tail lights and trunk were really smashed up.
