THIS place recuse my explorer from Triple A transmission. Triple A transmission has cost me the PRICE !!! of 2 transmission!!! When I got my explorer back from Triple A transmission my tyranny leaked!!! Took it back 5 times to Triple A transmission an every time I get it back it leaked!!! Finally B&K did the JOB THAT TRIPLE A TRANSMISSION COULDNT!!!SO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING B&K!!! WAY TO GO!!! MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

After hassling with my transmission for months, I went to B&K, they rebuilt and reinstalled the C-6 in my 68 Cougar. This was in the late 90s. So I apologize for the lapse in my review. 20+ years later my transmission is still going. Will be taking my 95 Impala SS to them shortly. Glad theyre still in business!!! Cant go wrong with these guys. A++

I was recommended this shop by a friend. I read the reviews and had my truck towed there after it was making a rattling noise that I was told by a previous shop was the transmission, but they couldnt fix it. They tried for about 10 days to duplicate the issue and couldnt get it to happen again. They took it for another test drive, but much longer (at my request) and finally got it to happen and almost immediately knew what the problem was. In 2 days, they had it fixed and back to me and well under budget. Great people and will certainly use them for any type of automotive work I need done in the future. Highly recommend.

Called this place Paul answered the phone was very helpful with a quote. And with my wife bringing the car in he was kind enough to have my wife and daughter driven home and then picked up same day after repairs were made. He said the work would be done at a very specific time and to my surprise it was done sooner. In a town with so many options to have someone work on your car I would say this place has earned my money and I will be back again

Would not recommend wish I could rate a negative 4 due to service. Dishonesty, stalling, making decisions without contacting customer and depending on your race is how your car will be handled. You should take your car someplace else.

I have a 4X4 with a turbo 400 transmission that failed. B & K was recommended by another car repair business so I had the vehicle towed there. I found both Jim and Bill to be very pleasant to work with and certainly knowledgeable. Bill spent extra time explaining to me what had happened and pointed out two other items relating to the transmission that needed attention. His pricing for the repairs was very reasonable and I did research other transmission repair shops. Most shops wanted to put in a rebuilt transmission which would have cost more. I certainly recommend B & K.

Great place to do business

I acquired a 2007 Mercedes S550 which was in limp mode. I ended up taking it to 3 other shops before I took it to Bill and Jim at B&K transmission. All of the other spots was attempting to sell me a transmission in the range of $5-7.5K. I later learned that this was due to the inexperienced mechanics. I stumbled upon Bill of B&K Transmission and dropped my car off for diagnostics. Not only was Bill super knowledgeable and unafraid of dissecting Mercedes transmission but he was super responsive and kept me in the loop. Long story short Bill not only fixed my transmission for less than $3K but he also warranted his work for 1 year. I would hands down recommend Bill to anyone who has EUROPE cars with transmission issues. Forever grateful and a lasting relationship was built and established. #Billisthebest

The nicest and most honest mechanic Ive ever met. I had my oil change and the guys at Jiffy Lube got me scared about a couple of leaks, even though I made sure my van was solid before the trip. I called a couple of mechanics in Tucson and for some reason none want to work on a sprinter van. Bill kindly offered to check out the leaks. Bill took the time to show me how to check the fluid levels, he explained what I thought was wrong and has been very kind and patient to answer all my questions.I wish more mechanics were like him.Thank you Bill !
