Products are cool.But the fact that you told me I can leave my 8 year old daughter who has epilepsy outside because she cant wear a mask is ridiculous.Have a heart and a brain.Leave my kid outside the store alone.Never again will you get my business.

I like Lush, but the other day one of the workers made me feel like she was following me around the shop. Every time I looked up or moved she was near me looking at me. I was thinking it was just in my head until I walked over to show someone something I was buying.. then BOOM!!! There she was watching me. I really didnt like the way she made me feel. I dont understand people like that.

Came in to grab some goodies for an engagement box that I was making for a best friend. And the staff there were so friendly, and helpful in helping me pick out some awesome items! ☺️👍🏼⭐️

I recently discovered lush soaps from my girlfriend and couldnt be happier with it. Ive always just been a standard mens body wash and shampoo user but never realized what I was missing out on. If you have a beard and typically keep it well shaped, the Kalamazoo soap in the shower is the greatest in the morning.

This by far is one of my favorite things to do. Go to Lush. I live this store. I spent over 100 dollars here. Usually I get some tiny sample. The young man there took care of me. He knew the product quite well!! He was kind and helpful.

The upgrade was definitely needed but it is now one of my favorite lush stores especially in Michigan. The store itself is usually really clean and organized, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful!!! Basically if you are out shopping and need something to boost your day, go the extra mile and treat yourself because the staff will treat you right and you deserve it!

Such a cool store and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Just pop in and sample a few things. Theyre really knowledge able about their products.

The place is great and has a fantastic fragrance that welcomes us. The staff are very helpful and patient enough to listen to customers & suggest the right product.Over the days I see a great improvement and the wide array of products they offer ranging from haircare to bath bombs. This store recently had a relocation within the same mall and is now very spacious.Will continue visiting this place and would highly recommend this place.

Lush always has great stuff. Yes, their prices are expensive, but they do provide top quality stuff. The staff here is always extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Lush continues to sell their classics, but also continually rolls out new products to keep you coming back. If youre a soap nut, or obsessed with smells (some are not for me), then this place should be on the top of your list.

The staff at the Somerset store rocks!! They helped me get everything I needed to make my #minimoon with my new husband extra special!! Their products are great! We especially like the bath bombs, shower gel, and handmade soaps.

They give the grand tour of all their products that are made from scratch! All their products are all natural and they even give out FREE samples that you can take home and try. Great place for Christmas ideas.

I can’t say enough good things about Lush and their products, but today I want to share a personal story that involved a couple of employees at the Somerset location. I walked in looking for a good, all natural skin moisturizer. I started working with a lady and told her what I was looking for in a product. Most specifically, I mentioned that I am currently going through infertility treatments so it was really important to me that it had all natural ingredients. She was wonderful and helped me pick a product I felt good about. While I was browsing the store, she came back with a bath bomb, a bag of samples and tears in her eyes and told me it was just a little something for me because they couldn’t imagine what this journey of infertility must feel like. Her small act of kindness and gratitude on behalf of Lush made my entire day through such a long and hard process. Kudos to Lush for the values you instill in your company, and to the employee who went the extra step and showed me kindness that day.

Loved the store!! My favorite lush store I have ever been to!! The workers are friendly and very very helpful. We spent probably over 100$ which is much more than usual. But it was a great experience and I doubt there is a better one!!

This store always smells amazing! The salespeople are always ready to assist and sample items with you. The new location gives space for more items, including their fragrance line.

Ive recently gotten rid of most of my eczema, so I was excited about being able to use scented things, so I went here and the people working there were extremely kind and helpful. They even gave me four samples without me asking while at checkout.

Normally I enjoy coming into lush, however there is one employee at this one that continuous manages to make me regret coming back. I’m not so sure about it’s name but the head is partially shaved, and tends to be very rude when speaking to others. Aside from this I find every other employee to be warm and welcoming and that is the only reason I keep coming back.

Make sure to check your receipts so that everything is charged correctly. Almost got overcharged today, luckily I caught it. Always ask for a receipt!

Kate is so great. She is friendly and genuinely sweet and picked a sample product that was good for me! She made me want to come back just to see her smiling face!

This was my first visit .. The items are really a good deal . The variety of soaps is awesome. Really good bargains can be found. The sales agent are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff, I was only going in for shower jelly at first. I started looking at other products because I was curious but usually I hate when sales staff approach me, its just awkward and high pressure. The staff here are very enthusiastic about the products though, and offered to tell me more or demo any product I was curious about. I ended up leaving with samples for other products I was interested in trying. They even went to great lengths to answer a very specific question I had about the nature of the sulfates in their shampoo bars, which as a consumer I really appreciated them finding an answer to a question I wasnt sure theyd be able to. Honestly, these guys are great and if youve ever been curious about LUSH, Id totally recommend just going in and telling them so. Im sure theyd be more than happy to tell you all about it!

I absolutely love this place they are so nice and its awesome you can get as many samples there as you want to try before buying I also bought their new all-natural liquid eyeliner and it is absolutely amazing and its a must buy you need to also try there bar of shampoo it is absolutely amazing I absolutely love Lush and well shop there forever

I hate the sales approach here. Let me look around without breathing down my neck, please. They make it very obvious that they’re trying to squeeze sales out of you. I’ve done sales before, so a bit of advice: let the customer look for a bit before you swoop in to ask them a bunch of questions. Super uncomfortable.

Its really expensive but great stuff. Would give another star or two if they had better prices or deals.

They moved locations in the same mall to a bigger store. Staff are always very helpful, and do give you space to look for yourself. We always make sure to visit when we are in the mall. And sometimes visit the mall for this store alone!

Once upon a time I used Lush multiple times an hour for practically all my beauty needs since the age of 4. Until this somewhat obese woman treated me very disrespectfully and ushered me out of a store and embarassed me in front of my colleagues. I was simple looking at a product and she reprimanded me for something since I was 4. Normally I blow 30,000 a month on Lush Products until this experience. Now I use Origins for a cleaner better feel. All that natural stuff is ridiculous anyways and Ive seen in videos that they abuse animals in testing. Their vegan products are chock full of bacon. Never visit lush if you care about the piglets.
