This is my first basket making and its lots of bath & body works in there😌😌 I think its lovely, but the store is jumping candles are on sales believe me best deal anyone can ask for dont know how long is sale but enjoy your shopping the Christmas flowers are minds and the white flowers for neighbor. Theses are the candles thats on sale check them out!! But it lots of stuff on sale lotion, body wash, ect enjoy Merry Christmas 🎄 and Happy New Years... 2020 its all in the gift basket... Shes gone love it

I didnt enjoy my experience here that much, has a lot to do with customer service and i feel like they can do a lot better on who they hire/train.

I placed an large order of soaps it said my order was placed everything was good I get my package I realize Im missing two. I contact customer service and they told me my two soaps were canceled and was told I was not charged. I did not get notified about this until after I got my order. I am irritated because I really wanted two specific soaps.

Really nice store. Very clean and smells amazing. They are very expensive but its a lot cheaper when they have their huge sales and when you use coupons you get in the mail.

Great deals plus coupons took my grand daughter for her 🎂 birthday the staff disinfect the counters before we approach that was a plus for me 🎁 the girls took time to wrap my granddaughter gifts in pretty cellophane paper and a beautiful unicorn bag she loves it and I saved a ton with coupons thanks for especially making my granddaughter feel like such a princess as she is thank you Bath & Body Works for hiring a great team .

People was rude. I needed help and they was more focused on female. Customers than me so i walked out. Ill order on line for now on

This stores staff went above and beyond any other retail store I have been to. My daughter purchased 2 candles yesterday at regular price and received an email this morning that they were buy one get one free. We called the store and a wonderful woman answered the phone named Katlin (not sure how to spell her name) as my daughter paid cash and deleted her email receipt, katlin went above and beyond to search for the receipt in their computer and had my daughter go in and get a refund of $20. The rest of the staff were amazing as well as she decided to use the $20 to buy 2 more candles they gave her 20% off coupon as she had yesterday. Thank you so Much to all of you, you are great and greatly appreciated.

I love this one. The staff is so nice.

I forgot my 20% coupon at home. When i got up to the counter, i mentioned that. Typically at other bbw stores i’ve shopped at, you can just tell them and they’ll take off the discount. But at this store, they told me i would need the physical coupon present. I was annoyed at myself for forgetting the coupon and also annoyed that the store wasn’t as flexible as other stores.

They definitely have very unique smelling scents. My faves are cherry blossom and A thousand wishes. These smell amazing along with others that are great too.

Store is always stocked with a good selection! I was greeted today with a song and dance as soon as I walked in and it was just overall a great shopping experience! The cashier was patient with me with my returns and the young lady with the pretty burnt orange eyeshadow is always helpful during my visits!

This store rules! the workers are very nice, well most are anyway! the sales are great! they always got excellent sales; buy 3 get 3 free.

Employees at the store were rude. Also they would not let us shop, stating they were closed 30 minutes earlier than the mall even though it was posted they closed at 6. Were also people still in there shopping .

Holy cow the place was so packed. Shelves were nearly empty and overwhelmingly mixed up. Waited in line waaaaay too long, line across the store, only three registers open, hello its Christmas. Not one staff person available to help find specific item on the floor. In past years I recieved paper coupons that kept me coming back but not one this year -- even when I made a purchase and specifically inquired about coupons, the best clerk had was to ask for my email. Ive recieved multiple emails and still no coupons. Boo.

All Bath & Body Works are pretty much the same but if youre in the area and you have to research the Bath & Body Works I guess you should definitely come to this one LOL

Great prices, nice selection. The store was a little crowded and it was difficult to distinguish the different scents as everything just kind of blended together as soon as you walked through the door.

My favorite store! The employees were helpful and helped me find everything that I needed.

Only one sales rep on the floor seemed to know what product was on the floor. I ask 2 others and one was unsure and the other said no. I asked another rep why they didnt have what I was looking for and she said we have that and went right over and picked it up for me.
