Yesterday, my wife and I were shopping for an OTC medicine. Could not find much help but after waiting for lknf, we got the pharmacist to help us out. We asked one young female pharmacist about this OTC medicine that we picked up from the aisle and she couldnt pronounce the name of the ingredient, let alone that she did not know what it was. I was amazed about this fact. I would never go here for a medicine refill 🥶. Wouldnt be confident in what they fill out for me! 🤷

I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for nearly three decades and I’m tempted to cut ties with them after my experience today...actually my last three visits. Quite possibly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. I’d go so far as to say that the DMV provides not only a better client experience, but faster service as well...and that’s saying something. Furthermore, the pharmacy technician was beyond rude. They couldn’t bother to make eye contact or even offer a simple “hello, how are you today.” Would it kill them to maybe crack a smile or show some sort of sign that they appreciate your business?

Extended wait, long lines, waiting on covid-19 testing 20 per. Contradicting signage on where you can pick up prescriptions or get tested for covid19.

The absolute BEST pharmacy staff! Annie and the pharmacy staff are always very helpful and friendly.

This location service is very bad, my doctor try to send prescription they are not getting almost week....dont know why...i will find out tomorrow...

If you are going to have your passport photo taken at this place, be aware that they will NOT provide a digital copy of that to you. This was a bummer as the VISA i was applying for required a digital copy to be uploaded on the site. Also in the past, they had given a soft copy to me but this time i was told that it is a CVS policy to not provide the digital print. $12 wasted.

I have always had good experiences with the pharmacy staff as well as the regular store staff. The pharmacists have gone out of their way to answer questions for me. The store is always well stocked and clean.

I questioned if i was next in line after a young woman went before me & when i was treated EXTREMELY POORLY by her, Mgr Kevin never spoke up to diffuse it. Would have been appropriate for him to instruct her not to talk to his customers that way. Especially since there was a huge line as well. This poorly managed location has lost me forever!

I can always rely on CVS! They have a friendly staff and are pretty quick with service. Never had a problem at this location!

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!!!!!!! How can they not fill a prescription SOOOO many times BY MISTAKE.... this is not a mistake your just lazy. they are so rude. they need more training. My doc office said they are the worst pharmacy to work with. Had so many times that i got a call my prescription was ready went in the next day just to be told they put it back??? THE NEXT DAY?!?!?!? and gave me attitude when i told them i was just told it was ready the day before. customer service is NOT key here.............. Please do your job right.

Friendly pharmacy staff, Ive never had any issues with anyone at the pharmacy or store. Not sure why all the poor reviews to be honest. No issues here.

Granted, I was in a rush so I didnt ask questions at the time, but when I got to thinking later I had paid too much for my prescription, turns out that I did. My prescription was covered by my insurance and should have only been a $10 co-pay and I paid in full out of pocket for it. When I called the pharmacy, they said insurance doesnt cover that drug. Wrong. Mine does. Will be going somewhere else from now on where they actually check before they charge you for something they shouldnt be.

Had to fill a prescription out of state this location was wonderful. Assisted when I had issues transferring it back as well.

Not the greatest CVS location if you want to run in, pick a few things up, then leave. There normally isnt a single cashier at the front when I walk in, or anyone in the store available for questions.

Had to call 3 times on different days to find a member of pharmacy staff who knew how to transfer an out of state prescription.

Pharmacy management is very poor. Prescriptions not filled, multiple times. They have also lost all my insurance information, causing me to have to fix the problem and couldnt get my prescription. Every month seems to be a new problem.

Says 24 hrs but they are to dam lazy to work
