I dont understand all the shade this place is getting. I have been coming here most mornings for almost 4 years now and have yet to be disappointed. It has everything a normal 7-Eleven would have but more, is often well stocked, store is usually very clean, and the staff have always been very kind and professional ESPECIALLY the woman whom I believe to be either part owner or the main store manager. I love this place, I am going to keep going to this place, and I am going to keep passing other 7-Elevens to go to this specific one. The only fault of this store is the parking is rough but thats hardly the fault of the establishment.

The best 7-eleven around. The cashier goes above and beyond at this location to make sure her customers are satisfied and can find what they’re looking for.

On 6/5/21 at 10:30pm I went to this 711 location and the doors were locked and there was a poorly scrawled sign on the door that said closed due to short staffed. I can be sympathetic, except I could clearly see 3 employees milling about with all the lights on. What a joke, 711 really just doesnt care.

Horrible service. Rude staff and the manager is never there. Staff dont even know how to load gift cards and relies on the manager. No other 7-11 has this issue and doesnt require a manager to load gift cards

Since moving in the area this location has been my go to for quick snacks and coffee before work. For the past three months when Id periodically go in for my morning coffee, the older man who works there seems to be incredibly indifferent to his customers. This man does not greet you when you walk on nor will he hand you your items after theyve been bagged. I hardly get eye contact and I often times feel unwanted. I thought Id share my experience. By the way this would happen early morning around 5:30 AM

I asked for something that i get from behind the counter all the time and she goes its not here she didnt even bother checking.. your getting payed to service people quit your job if you hate it

I’m not sure if I’m gonna buy any gift card from there because the employees say they don’t know how to do it. I wondered why they don’t bother training them how to sale PlayStation network card to costumer during at night time . I have no intention coming back there so whatever it was disappointing I be getting my PlayStation gift card somewhere els . It happen once at different locations and now this is a no thanks. Why even bother to have a game gifts card in there if they don’t know how to sale them.

The older man who works here obviously hates his job and his life. Everytime I go in there he is mumbling under his breath probably cussing us out. He is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Went in there yesterday at around 7 pm. Young brunette girl working there wasnt wearing her mask. I get it that we are all fed up with wearing them but we are still in the midst of a pandemic.

Always love this store, everyone is nice an nd helpful, its clean, large, well stocked and fairly priced for a convenience store.

The place itself was fine, but the curly-haired blond woman that Im guessing is a manager was just berating one of her employees while four or five people were in the store telling her that her job isnt rocket science. Super unprofessional, that woman shouldnt have a job. Someones clearly on a power trip.

Came by to visit and nothing seemed to have changed. Very rude and inconsiderate. I will avoid here at all cost! Just a toxic environment.

I asked the lady at the counter about more flavors for this drink and she said life is a Bych and that I have to make do with what she has. The staff at this location are very rude and I will no longer frequent their establishment.The ladies informed me that my cup selection for a slurpee was incorrect.They were rude and acted angry. They were visibly upset about it.They have been rude before, and so I will not go back.Learn business etiquette.

The staff at this location is extremely rude. No one ever greets you when the customers entering are the store. The staff are always having inappropriate conversations about the other staff members. And please dont try to ask them a question, you are getting your head tore off. I have been to this location 2-3 times and my experience is always unpleasant. I will not be back. Every other location I have been to is always very pleasant.

Ordered 2 magnum glizzys and the woman dropped one of them somehow. Had to settle for a little one cause all the magnum glizzys was out😐

I swear this lady that works here has to just be miserable! She is rude every single time to the point I’d drive further to another location rather than deal with her. Today was no different and much worse! Had I not been on a conference call for work, she definitely would have caught a piece of my mind today!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Staff here is VERY rude. Especially the gentleman thay was at the register today.. Wont be coming back there. Ill try the one on the other two on Crooks.

Some of the staff here are rude in the evening times. The shorter lady with glasses is always rude and makes snarky remarks. And the African American gentleman never says a word. “Hello” and “Thank You” are taught in preschool.

Worat 711 i have EVER been to.i thought the point of a convenience store was to have whatever i needed readily available?no hot food at all, the girl at the counter looked like was nodding out from drugs, parking was nonexistent for a large vehicle even in an empty parking lot.would have given lower star rating but it wouldnt let me.would go out of my way to not come to this location ever again

I bought a slurpee which should have been around 1.79 for the size i got. I wasnt told the price and was kind of in a rush. I got into the car and we were down the road some and glanced the recipe which said 4.01. They charged for another Slurpee costing 1.99. I called and first got oh so and so rang you up and nothing else said. I asked wyat theyre going to do about that and she told me I could come back. I couldnt. I was in a rush. They wouldnt give me full answers in things and the girl i spoke had zero clue and kept making comments off to the side to another worker. Dont go there or youll get jipped money and spoken to like youre an idiot.

The staff is almost always rude at this location and its kinda grimey for how new it is. They also werent enforcing anyone to wear their masks

Store manager doesnt seem to know what she is doing nor does she seem to care about the employees. If youre working and someone calls off the next shift, the store manager will just leave you there to deal with it, as if its your job rather than hers. Take that into consideration if you visit this particular store. The employees are hard workers, for the most part, and deal with a lot of unnecessary BS.

Staff is unbelievably disrespectful and rude. Attributed is unbelievable. This is your job treat the customer right and do your job or quit. Not coming back again.
