The work has always been great! The entire staff is professional and honest. They use a system that lets you approve and decline work needed via a web link. This is convenient because often because of other work, I can’t always be reached. So the work was quick! More than what I would like to pay, but this place backs it up with quality and speed everyday, all day.

I liked it. Randy at the service desk is friendly knowledgeable and professional. I used their free shuttle service to work in a doctors appointment while my car was being serviced. My only disappointment was their price was a little high to plug a nail hole in my tire. Still this business deserves a very high service rating

Went in thinking I had a bad thermostat on my truck. They troubleshot and found I had a crack in my Radiator. They got it changed and back to me the following day. Incredible work, so unusual to find such professionalism in auto care these days. Fair and transparent pricing. Excellent use of technology as well; I was able to see the diagnostic, get a quote, and approve repairs all on my phone while I was away. You wont get the Tappet Brothers rope-a-dope run-around about unnecessary repairs here. Here they find the real problem and fix it. Oh, and theyre involved in the community with giving back to local charities etc. Win/win!

My wife and I were on vacation and our brakes suddenly started making a noise. We had to be at our destination in northern Michigan the next morning. We found this repair shop and told them our urgent issue. They got us right in, drove us to a nearby restaurant, and did a brake job in two hours! The price was exactly what I’d have expected at home. They let us get to our destination on time and saved our weekend. We really appreciate this business.

Hands down this is the BEST garage around. My mom broke down with my 3 year old in the back seat. I wasnt able to go get her and AAA was an hour out. Randy dropped everything and personally went and got her, brought her home and arranged a faster tow truck and took care of all the details. They found her a rental even though it was a holiday weekend and we thought it was impossible. They have worked on all our vehicles and we are always completely satisfied with their work. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place.

I’m relatively new to the area. I took my Toyota in for routine service and was informed that my brakes were nearing the end of their useful life. I was a first time customer this week but will definitely be going back.My engine oil light came on. My service and experience was great. They flushed my radiator and without having to be asked, inflated my spare tire that was in the trunk and needed inflated. Vary friendly and professional.

I have used their services several times to install tires. My last experience leaves me scratching my head. I purchased new tires earlier in the year. I went out today to check the tire pressures and noticed that they put the wheel cover on wrong so that it completely covers the valve stem. I cant even check the air pressure. I will have to completely remove the tire from the car to reposition the wheel cover. Big fail. You can see in my photos that the wheel cover is not clocked right. Nobody else has touched this car since.

We had an unexpected van emergency right before a big trip, we tried to go to our normal go to and they couldn’t guarantee a time frame. Extremely frustrated we went to Trojan Auto Care for a last resort and couldn’t have been more pleased. They have great customer service, offered next day repair and even changed the oil when asked to do it last minute. Highly recommend! There was an issue with my first visit, but after an easy talking with them the problem was fixed and they properly offered a refund. I know problems happened everywhere, the question is how the companies respond to them, and I believe auto trojan did it correctly.

They did an amazing job fixing my Wheel Bearings. They even gave a 3yr guarantee. I’ve had to have them replaced 3 times in the last three yrs by another garage. Car always had a loud noise. I always though it was a muffler issue. Turns out other garage never did my bearings correctly this place did amazing! Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

I recently had a blower motor go out, I checked the fuse and replaced the relay, but to no avail. I get a mailing from Trojan Auto Care about once a month, so I went online and researched them and I now know why they’re so highly recommended. They provided me with shuttle service and then a loaner car! They tracked down an electrical issue that was affecting my blower motor! They addressed the electrical issue and replaced the blower motor. I was blown (pun intended) away by my experience and I’m now a customer for life. Their website is easy to navigate, you can schedule appointments via the site if you prefer, and they’ll keep you updated via texts and phone calls. The entire team at Trojan Auto Care was absolutely stellar! 5 STARS!

Didnt have a very good experience with this shop. Took car into Trojan Auto Care a few times for a brake light problem with my 2009 Saturn. Every time we left the shop the issue was still there. They had the car for a total of 7 days. Shop manager was supposed to talk to mechanic and try to brainstorm what could be happening. That was a month ago, and havent heard a word. Since then we have taken car to Super Tech in Union and happy to say they were able to fix the issue, much cheaper I might add!!! Will continue to use Super Tech in the future. They were determined to find the problem and did great job!

This will be our family’s new auto care provider. The service was professional, yet very friendly. Timing was great as well. Easy to get an appointment and the work was completed quickly. Very pleased with our experience and the end result. We will return!

The saying You get what you pay for comes to mind. While they arent the cheapest place around, they are indeed the best. You may not like the price, but unless you have an older vehicle its probably worth it. If your dream car needs serious engine work that you cant do yourself, they are the ones you call. They also dont BS you. I had them inspect my brake lines after a leak, and of everyone that took a look, theyre the only ones that lifted it up and looked at the whole system. Come to find out it wasnt just the back half like I thought. All the lines were bad. Great guys

Ridiculous charge just to see your car. Didnt mind you tell me until after they had already worked on it. Also told me to take it to the dealership. Didnt really do anything for me.Other than that the ride to and from work was very helpful.
