They were recommended to us by family friends and they have not disappointed. Trust is so important in choosing anyone to work for you and seems exceedingly difficult to find in the area of auto repair. Now, I believed that I had found it before and was ultimately disappointed. Thankfully, no signs of that here as of now.They have been friendly, trustworthy, and a pleasure to deal with. My hope is that this is our last stop on the search for an auto service center that can be trusted. Time will tell but early indications are looking good.

I have never met a mechanic who is more honest and reliable than Paul and his staff. I love that they are a small business, and he will tell you HONESTLY what is wrong with your car. I have gone to other auto repair shops and ended up coming to him for a second opinion. He not only saved me thousands of dollars, but even gave me a discount because he felt bad that the other place had taken advantage of me! I wouldnt trust my car to ANYONE but A&A. I called A&A Auto Service today and Jay who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. He told me to come in the same day and they would try to find the solution for my car. I went in at the time he suggested and Paul took care of me right away. They were able to scan my vehicle and were very honest with the outcome and I felt very comfortable with their suggestions. Best auto service for a great price!

Hate to post something the opposite of everyone else, but my experience wasnt great. Perhaps I would take a car here for an oil change, but any kind of work done in terms of quality and price is suspect.I brought my car in to have the rear brakes fixed, AC recharged, and an oil change. It cost me $600 but I had relied on all of the good reviews, so I paid and went on my way. Too bad because my car was driving like junk when I got it back, and when I returned it to them they quoted me at $1,000 to replace the rear struts. Then to add insult to injury, someone they do business with called me to buy my car for $1,000. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Its very hard in todays world to find a business that is truly honest, sincere and cares about its customers (especially in the auto repair industry!). As a woman, Im already fearful that Im going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about motor vehicles. I have been taking my car to Paul (the owner) for over 20 years. His business is family owned, and you often see his wife and/or kids at his shop helping out and being extremely friendly. His daughter even gave me a ride back to my house while my car was being worked on and picked me up afterword without charging a dime! She was so sweet and considerate - I didnt even have to ask and she refused to even let me give her a few dollars for her time. His wife, Kim, is always at the shop and is the most down to earth woman Ive ever met. His waiting area is always full of loyal customers who have nothing but positive things to say about Paul and his staff. Ive even referred my parents, children and friends to him, and they are all so happy to have a mechanic that they can trust. My mom brought her car into a repair shop close to A&A and they wanted to charge her an arm and a leg to simply look the car over. Paul, being the generous guy that he is, not only looked at the car himself, but also had one of his mechanics top off all of her fluids and fill up her tires. When my mother asked how much he was going to charge her, he simply told her to have a blessed day and remember him in the future and that he wasnt going to charge her a dime! I know he cant do that for everyone, but I found it so sweet and caring for him to do that for a little old lady living on a limited income. Needless to say, my parents are regulars at the shop. My father sometimes visits Paul just to say hi and talk shop. His mechanics are knowledgeable, skilled and their licenses to provide services are displayed in the waiting area so that you know, as a customer, that youre getting professional service. Paul is always honest with me and never tries to up sale or overcharge me on anything I dont need. He will explain the issues he and his mechanics found with my car, but will be honest in what he thinks is the most dire and needs to be fixed immediately and what problems I can wait a few months to fix to save up some extra savings so Im not strapped for cash. I have heard from many friends and colleagues of other auto repair shops that try to get their customers to buy anything and everything for their car, even to the point of telling them that something must be fixed at an astronomical price when, in fact, the issues are relatively minor and can be fixed for a fraction of the price! I cant tell you how many people I have referred to Paul or how much money he has saved me and my family, but what I CAN tell you is that for a family business to be in service for over 25 years means that youre dealing with a fair and honest person, as Im sure word of mouth is their best advertisement! Thank you, Paul, Vince, Jay and all of the other hardworking people at A&A. You have truly made a loyal customer out of me!

In My opinion, if anyone can not back it up at least for two years, they are not backing up anything.If you always have to find someone you know to pick you up and drive back to shop, I recommend you to come here.They always gave me excuses, not to give a ride. They said they will give me a ride next week, but I am trying to make an appointment this week. I live within 3 miles.In six years, they have 11 reviews. Thats 2 reviews a year. They only have to ask two regular customers to write a good review for them. I hope, any place can find two customers to write a review. I went there because of reviews, but I did not look how many reviews and time period.If you want owner to scream and kick you out, I recommend you to come here. I was explaining to ower, Paul, that, what I am going through to take care the issue, he got mad, screamed and kicked me out.He does not know that I dont work at mechanic shop. I dont drive my car to shop, fix my car and when I clock out, I just dont drive home with my car back.Every time I go there, I have to schedule myself and person whose picking me up.He keeps saying we dont make the parts orHe keeps saying it is a different issue.If you want your mechanics to give you excuses all the time, you have found the place.I hope the ower, Paul takes this opportunity to have a better concern for customers and moving forward with better customer services in mind.I hope this review helps future customers in a long run.Best wishes.
