We decided it was time for a new vehicle. My daughter said go to Dave Arbogast. So we headed that way not really expecting to find something on our first time looking. Once we were there we started looking at what they had and I found what I wanted 15 minutes after arriving. Never once was anyone pressuring us or hounding us. We did a test drive and I took my new car home. Yes it was that easy. Then 36 days later, one payment made and trip to Milwalkee to watch the Reds play, my new car was totaled by a distracted driver. So back to Dave Arbogast we went. Test drove a few vehicles and once again, no pressure, no hounding and was very helpful. We now have another new vehicle and are very happy. We dealt with the same sales person both times and would recommend him to all that will listen. Kevin Richardson, thank you for your knowledge, caring and thoughtfulness both times while we were finding our new vehicles. You are by far, the best sales person we could ask for.

Terrible Dealership to do business with. I bought a Conversion Van from them and once the sale was over they were done with me. Didnt help at all to make sure I got my vehicle and was happy with it. First time using my vehicle it needed a $2,000 repair that could have been prevented if they took it to their service center to have it checked out before selling it. Van also had roof damage that was not disclosed to me that I still need to pay to repair, also all speakers in the van were blown, more money to spend! This dealership does the bare minimum on everything and does not check the vehicles prior to sale, rotors were pitted and rusted in the front and back, brake pads shot! An easy fix for a dealer, not so much for the consumer!! Would not recommend Arbogast. Go elsewhere!~!!!

We bought our Acadia Denali there a few months ago, but I needed help setting up a navigation site. As usual Hayden, our salesperson, was ready to help. He got me set up in about 2 minutes. He is one great guy!

I had an oil change and I needed a tire patched and I was charged labor of 32.95 for each thing which is ridiculous. I also was quoted for a tire costing 211.00 which I found cheaper for 147.00 and I will purchase for there. In the future Ill be getting oil changes and other services elsewhere because you guys are robbing people. But the people are very nice and polite.

I was in the unique position of having to purchase two vehicles within two weeks. And I love that theres a Cafe and very comfortable waiting area.

Everything went good. The only issue is they left a screwdriver under the hood. Luckily I found it before it could have damaged our vehicle or someone elses.

We had our 2018 Chevy Malibu in for a warranty repair on 7/9 and for starters no matter what we couldnt get a loaner which should be provided for anything under warranty. Secondly we cannot trust the repair. Later that evening we were stranded in Piqua because the car wouldnt come out of park. We had to pay $131.55 to have it towed. We had 3 extra trips to Arbogast with my other car due to the negligence of this service repair. We now have tire/body wear on the car from it needing pulled on and off the flatbed. Then we called Saturday morning at 9AM and were told we would get called back immediately. Never got a call back but showed up at 10AM and they hadnt started working on it. Needed a loaner by 10:30 or the car fixed and they were able to fix it so quickly. Would you trust the repair? I think we should have a lifetime guarantee on anything regarding the gear shift. Arbogast should stand behind their repair right?? Needless to say we were less than satisfied and will not be using Arbogast in the future.

Tim Marshall and his techs went above and beyond to repair a leaking transmission line when I had my truck in for a taillight repair. Great quality service! Thank you!My family and I have bought multiple vehicles from Ross Dillahunt and has had the best of luck with them. Very friendly and honest! Highly recommend!

A good purchasing experience. My salesperson Hayden knows the vehicles well and was quickly able to answer my questions. Through his experience I was able to realize some discounts I previously was not aware of. The trade-in process was well handled and exactly where I thought the value should be. The overall paperwork trail was explained and conducted in a timely manner. Our experience with your team was incredible. We were very well taken care of by Ross Dillahunt, when we stopped in late in the evening to just look around. Ross went out of his way to assist us to find a variety of vehicles to take a closer look at. I had a general idea but quickly found that what I thought I wanted did not fit what I was looking for. Purchased a used truck from John. Experience was quick and painless. Original owner had forgotten a few things with the truck and John reached out to get them returned to the dealership. He followed up several times after purchase to ensure there was nothing more needed.

1) Gave a quote to change a headlight. Invoice was $26 more than quote. Said it was a computer error. Final charge was correct. 👎 2) Misc (hidden) charge “all the shops do it” which is a % of bill. Not in keeping with transparency. 👎 3) Have to ask for a copy of the 26 point inspection report.👎 4) Quality of work is good. 👍

Erica is amazing! I was on the fence about what kind of SUV I wanted, after speaking to me in depth about what I was wanting she had already lined up a few great options and she took the time to show me and let me drive multiple different cars before making the decision.

I had my van serviced at Bob Ross for first time and they rotated the tires. When I drove it over 40mph the front end shimmied. I took it back and they said they did the tires right and there was nothing they could do. Arbogast service road tested it and confirmed the problem existed. They checked the inflation pressure and found them all low and balanced all the tires and found one definitely out of balance. The rotated the tires back to the original and all is much better like new again. Only 5700 miles on it. I would have thought that a GMC dealer like Ross would think to check the tire pressure on a service and even the balancing of the tires. Arbogast got me in as scheduled and got me out so I could make my appointment at noon in Kettering. Was most pleased with all and especially the waiting area. At Ross I had to go outside as the waiting area is an internal room with no space. The checkout clerk at Ross is no walk in the park either. She is rather snippy! GOOD JOB ARBOGAST GMC SERVICE!

Severely dissapointed, my husband is a conversion van fanatic and on top of that we are bother marine corps veterans and because of my husbands over excitement and the language barrier him being hispanic he had tons of questions and MIkes customer service was absolutely terrible, had 0 enthusiasm and made it very clear he was annoyed, had no desire to answer questions or phone calls and over all killed my husbands enthusiasm to buy, customer service questionable, and a definitive mood killer for my husband. not to mention no mention of any veterans accommodation.

Arrived with an Oxygen sensor recall. Left with a locked up brake caliper. Coincidence? Hope so. Just know that it didnt arrive that way, and now expensive brakes, rotors, and calipers...

I called June 18th for help looking for cross rails and spoke to the “manager” and she proceeded to get rude with me saying they don’t make cross rails for my vehicle. So fast forward to Saturday June 19th around 11:55 right before a gentleman named Corey( I think) was about to leave for the day I walked in and explained what was going on and he took time out of his day to go above and beyond and found me cross rails so I would be able to go on vacation. The 1 star is for the “manager” that obviously didn’t want anything to do with me. Corey went out of his way and now I have my cross rails. He deserves 5 stars and I do appreciate everything he did. He even followed up that following Tuesday to let me know what was going on and when he would be able to get them.

Had Service Transmission and Service Stable track warnings on instrument cluster. $150 for a diagnostic that revealed nothing. I know there is history of problems with LaCrosse Transmission. Have scheduled Service with another dealer. Probably have to pay for another diagnostic:(

They have way to many 5 star reviews, makes me think they delete the 1,2,3, star ratings, I got a car there 5 months ago, only had 70,000 miles on it yet here I am putting over a thousand dollars of repair on something that should have been fixed before the car was ever sold. Update on my car 8/2021, just put another 1000 bucks into this car and just like before nothing was done to the car, AC still does not work, car is still all over the road, brakes still squeal. I will never go there again, and I have tried 3 times to get a back up light fixed, guess what, the light is still out!!!

I live in Fort Wayne Indiana, a little over two hours away from Troy Ohio. I contacted the dealership and asked about a corvette convertible that they had. I set up an appointment on Monday to see the car on Saturday. I was told to see Josh Delver to test drive the car. I drive all the way there and find out from a sales person that the car is in the shop for a problem. I couldn’t even get in the car or hear it run. The sales person said sorry! No one called or emailed me to say that the car wasn’t available! So inconsiderate and rude Josh Delver didn’t even come out and talk to me. He just stayed in the office and told the sales representative to let me know it couldn’t be test driven. I wouldn’t buy a car off of this dealership if it was the only place in the United States!

Wonderful experience purchasing my car from salesperson Kevin Richardson and the team at Dave Arbogast Buick. I am one of those folks with an attachment to my old Toyota Solara convertible (had it for 15 years and didnt want to part with it.) We saw a gorgeous car online at Arbogast: a 2019 Buick Cascada convertible - midnight blue, cream interior, with 13,000 miles on it. Drove up to Troy, Ohio and it was even more beautiful in person. Immaculate - like it had never been driven. Kevin was beyond patient with us - given my attachment to my old car. Well, Ive been driving my Cascada for a month and I am crazy about it. I absolutely love this car! I am so grateful to Kevin/team for their patience and for making the purchase so easy. 100% recommend this dealership.

They seemed very disorganized during my July 2021 visit. I had an appointment but the sales person that the dealership set the appointment with was busy at the scheduled time. Wait, wait, wait, another salesman tried to find someone else but it seemed everyone was talking on the phone. There were 5-6 sales people but they seemed to be doing busy work (my opinion). I wanted to test drive a GMC and have my trade appraised. After they finally got my insurance info and such they found out the new vehicle did not have gas in it so they had to take it to get gas. More wait, wait, wait. They said they would appraise my trade in and when we got back from the test drive they had not.....the saleperson was now with another customer. The vehicle I test drove was missing a few features I wanted so we left with getting the appraisal. Also....When I arrived a couple was waiting out front for a gift card as they had just purchased a new vehicle. When I left the couple was still there waiting for the gift card (well over an hour) to come up front from the back. On our inital arrival and going in and out the door several times the receptist never greated us or even asked if she could help us. It really is hard to find good help these days. That said they seem to be doing well as they are a huge operation, maybe that is part of the problem. There seemed to be one or two sales people doing all the work while others milled around trying to look busy. Maybe they are the senior sales people watching the minions do all the work....LOL>

I started looking for a truck and cargurus found a listing at Daves for a GMC 1500 that I was interested in. The pricing was better than other dealers were offering. I called to see if it was available and it was. When I called I was cheerfully greeted buy their online sales rep who set up an appointment for me to see the truck. Mike Cole was the sale rep who showed me the truck, he went out of his way to go over anything I wanted to know. He recognized I was coming from a 99 Silverado and there had been some options added since then. After the test drive we discussed some of the entry level financial stuff and we agreed on a deal. I was then passed off to Andrew who finished up the financing side of things. He was laid back and didnt force a bunch of add on items at me. We went over the packages with little to no push His approach gave me time to consider my options and I decided to get a protection package. This is normally where I clam up in the buying process, the high pressure sale of extended warranties and such turns me cold almost immediately. I typically decline everything just to finish and get out of the door by this point. The entire team stayed after hours to button up my purchase and see me on my way. From the phone call in to driving away in a truck I will love for many years, this experience has to be the most customer service positive experience Ive ever had buying a car.

Phenomenal buying experience, this coming from a car guy buying completely virtual. Derrick, my sales associate did everything possible to assure my confidence. He took a full, 4 minute, 4K video of the car around every section, wheel, body angle, every inch of interior and trunk. Financing was super quick and the interest rate was the same as my credit union. Pricing was the most competitive on the internet and I searched for quite a while. I would highly recommend them and not be hesitant to purchase from out of state. They are a huge Buick GMC dealership and deserve the high Google ratings.

Now theres a TON of rust coming through, i had to put 1000$ in transmission repair, fix motor for windshield wiper in the 1st 6 months. My service advisor was very easy to deal with. I was given a loaner vehicle at my request to accommodate my needs. The parts I needed were readily available but extremely expensive. The work was done as promised and on time.

Hats off to Michael Stein in the service department. Dropped my truck off for an alignment and picked it up and it was still off. Took it back a week later and Michael took the time to make sure the vehicle was to specifications. He also completed the Takata air Bag recall. This is the reason we have purchased multiple vehicles from Dave Arbogast and drive over an hour for service.

Growing up in the area, I have always heard of Dave Arbogasts reputation and reliability and after purchasing our new vehicle from them, I can certainly attest to this. We worked with Mark Lindenauer and Andrew (sorry Andrew, I forgot your last name!) Mark went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to appease any of my wifes concerns. He showed us every vehicle she was interested in and made sure to give us the ins and outs of each one of them. When we experienced any inconvenience along the way, Mark was there at the ready to ensure he met all of our needs. After working with Mark, Andrew, and the rest of the Arbogast team - this dealership has certainly set the standard for our expectations from a dealership, its sales people, and its financing department. We love our new car and my wife is excited to share in the amenities that the Arbogast dealership has to offer for its customers. Honestly I tend to not write reviews. However in this case it deserves one. For several months Derek had been trying to get my wife and I to come up to the dealership. Work, family, and such got in the way. He never gave up and kept saying I can help you. We called him interested in a vehicle they had and he had it ready to look show. We loved the car it was exactly what we needed probably even a little more. Derek was professional, courteous, and overall he was honest and respectful. He loves his job and you can tell it by how well he serves his customers. He was extremely busy helping multiple people and we never felt that we were overlooked. They were fair on the trade numbers, interest rate, terms and so on. Basically this was the best experience I have ever had a dealership. Mr. Arbogast you make sure you pay Derek what he is worth moving forward that young man has a very bright future.

Nice selection of trucks and friendly people. I took a drive to look at a tuck I saw advertised online. I met with Mike Cole and he set me up for a test drive. Mike was super helpful in answering all my questions and I enjoyed talking with him. Although I ended up leaving to continue on my search for a specific truck I wanted to take the time and share my pleasant experience at This dealership.
