If you want to have an awesome experience shopping in a rent to own this is the store to go to..They make sure you are happy with your purchase and if there is any problems they will do whatever it takes to correct the problem.. I am very happy with this store and will be doing more business with them...

There is many loopholes in communication. Waited over two months after confirming my order for a certain type of washer, and then I received a call stating the order was never placed and someone new took over the ordering department. When it was the same person that order my set!!! Would not drop off the washer and dryer with my husband. I had to be there. I even offered to go to the store to sign all paperwork just in case i had to leave for an important meeting. They insisted they would be there on time. I set up an EXACT time for them to come they were ridiculously late. The whole process was very unprofessional.

Rude disrespectful damage product on delivery and if your aday late they will harass and knock on your door at 7 or 8 at night
