The store is in the process of closing, so they do have very limited stock. There are still some nice things left and what I think are floor models for sale. They are staying up until the end of the year/ once they sell all inventory. All the girls working were very nice and polite. Still a good amount of bedding and bath stuff left

. They downsized the candle dept which was a big draw for me.. Its more a essential oil, oil diffuser section.. However my biggest draw to them is that no matter how OLD their coupons NEVER expire even though They have an expiration date on them. It amazes me how many people still dont no that! I have a bag of coupons some yrs old. They will STILL take them so dont through yours away!

Very clean and organized store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lines are always short and quick. Next to Target so easy to shop both stores at once.

I’m pretty sure that the people giving 5 stars to this store are employees... I have a hard time believing anyone will give them a 4 or 5 stars seriously! Every once in a while I stop by to see if I’d would have a better experience just to get disappointed over and over again, the same rude lady with glasses at the “not so friendly” customer service counter and I was just shopping not returning anything (unfortunately she was the only cashier open). It will definitely be a while before I go back again, that’s for sure! If you work with customers you need to SMILE if you can’t be nice DON’T work with customers very simple!

They always have what i need. Bought a pop-up flip hamper. Going to put Monarch butterfly eggs in to hatch for more butterflies along with milkweed for them to eat.

Sorry to say the Torrington location is going out of business. Not much left.

Store is closing so there was barely anything left. Sale prices were horrible and wasnt worth buying anything when you could go to a store that wasnt closing and still get it for cheaper during a sale.

The staff is very helpful but really, is there anything here you cant get at a better price elsewhere? I bought an Instant Pot at Kohls and it was cheaper there even if I had used my 20% off coupon.

Store is well kept. We went for bedding and thwy didnt have really anything in split king. I guess it should be renamed bath, beyond and then bed.

Store going out of business do barely any stock but workers are very friendly

I took my coupons to buy some yellow rugs for my bathroom. Was disappointed with their poor color selection. Earth tones only. Their prices are too high, evidenced by the crowd of shoppers in their clearance aisle.

Most of the items are not marked and very few employees are on the floor to ask. Great for using coupons to save money but I might have bought more if things were priced or tagged with shelf cards.

The employees and managers are second to none. Always a discount to be had. They carry just about any home product you might need.

Many specialty items for the home, fairly complete cooking and software lines. Some prices very reasonable, but specialty items are priced accordingly.

You can always find what your looking for plus lots of items you never knew you needed lol!

Bought a stool for my kitchen & went home. 1st one had a cracked cross bar. Went back & went home with the 2nd one. That one was missing parts. Went back again for the 3rd time & had to use parts from both stools to make 1 good one. This was an easy sask & took me almost all day between assembling & driving. I was in tears by 2 Oclock.

I was raised that if you can not say something nice that you shouldnt say anything at all.. But this is after all a public review, so so I say that a few of the employees, manager included are very disrepectful and judgemental individuals

The Beyond section was awesome I found a portal to the next Dimension and there I was able to find some bath mats

They didnt have the item I went in for and the sales person was not the most helpful or even friendly. Disappointing as Ive always liked this chain.
