Our old dishwasher broke and they got us a new one that was a perfect fit for us and installed within the week! Quick and knowledgeable with installation. They were not pushy with the sale either. Will definitely return for other appliances when we need them!

I bought a new over $2000.00 whirlpool double oven that does not work. It turns off and on at its own will. Someone came right out to look at it and said they had no idea what was wrong. Ive been calling everyday since, with no response. I do not believe that I should have to pay that much money for a broken oven Lorrie

Visited the showroom and purchased a speed queen washing machine on a Friday and it was deliver the following Monday. My entire experience was great. The two gentlemen who deliver the unit were very polite and courteous! They were very careful not to scratch the new unit when bringing it into the basement along a concrete wall. 5 stars all the way around!!

Not the friendliest people or the most helpful, but not bad either. It really depends on who you interact with there. Theyre a small operation, so they dont have a lot on their showroom floor and expect to pay top dollar.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The women on the phone laughed at me the whole time because I was trying to replace parts and I’m not the best at knowing about dryers. Very rude talking with attitude. VERY OVERPRICED!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time or your money. Their markup is anywhere between 40% (for a dryer heating element) to 400% (for a thermal fuse) compared to Amazon. I’m all for supporting local businesses, which is the only reason why I ever came here to start with. But it’s hard to care about local businesses when they don’t care about you. They’re absolutely crooked.

The best service and reasonable prices. You cant get this service at the big box stores. They will take care of you the day off and after the sale!

Burner wasn’t working on my gas stove. Had called another repair shop yesterday - they wouldn’t help me unless I could tell them the model number, which I don’t see anywhere on the stove. Called Dick Cooper shop today. Spoke with a fellow who walked me through what to try; he said if it doesn’t work, they could come look at it. I tried what he suggested, and it worked. No need for a service call. I’ll definitely call them again if something breaks down!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a GE Profile used range for $599. Right after it was delivered I noticed that, not only was the ceramic cooktop filthy, but the oven was missing a rack. When I contacted them about the missing rack (not even mentioning how I had to clean the cooktop with a razor blade for 30 minutes) I was told to come in with the existing rack to see if their service guy could find one that fit my range. I did and, while I waited, he rummaged around in the basement. I was given one to try but it was too big. I then looked online and found a replacement rack for $45 (plus shipping). I sent Rich the link at which point he said he had no intention of buying the rack for me. To make matters worse, two weeks after the range was delivered, I noticed on my invoice that I had been charged $149 for delivery, rather than the $100 I was originally quoted. When this was pointed out to Rich in an email, he totally ignored me. In the end, I bought a 15-year old range for $801 ($599 + $149 delivery + $54 replacement oven rack). And spent time cleaning a stove I had just bought, driving 50 miles round trip to go back for the oven rack (that didnt fit), searching online for the right part and writing a number of emails to try to straighten things out. If you are looking for used appliances, STAY AWAY. You would be better off buying something for $150 on Craigs List. The customer service would be the same and youd save a lot of money and aggravation.
