AVOID. THIS PLACE RUINED MY PHONE.so I just bought a new phone a month or two back, and have just got around to buying tempered glass for it. I went to the mall, and this (seemingly) nice older lady was at the counter of Custom Cellular, so I walked over to her. She was very kind, told me she purchased the kiosk summer of last year. She even gave me a holiday deal for $10 off my purchase. I was very happy and my phone had some nice protection (seemingly).Fast forward that same day a couple hours into my work shift, I pull my phone out of my pocket to see a huge spider web crack across the screen. Mind you, my phone barely even had a scratch before I got the protection for it. I assumed the tempered glass must have been defective or put in place incorrectly.Not a big deal, right!? The lady was so nice, Im sure she would remember me and wouldnt mind replacing it!I return to the kiosk THE VERY NEXT DAY. Not even 24 hours later. I walked up to the same older lady and asked if she remembers me. She smiled and said yes! I told her what had happened, that I had not even dropped my phone and the glass protection shattered, and I would like it replaced.She stopped smiling. Her entire demeanor instantly changed and she stiffly and firmly said we can replace it for fifteen dollars.What the ****!? Fifteen dollars to replace your **** screen protection, that even had I dropped or mishandled my phone, couldnt even last 8 hours. The way she said it she might as well have stuck her hand in my face to demand her replacement fee.I said no thanks. I went to Zagg and the guy there informed me my phone screen itself had cracked and I would need to be replaced as well. I am livid. I payed that woman $25 just to break my phone, and then she demanded a replacement fee!!!!I feel completely robbed. Tl;Dr DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY BROKE MY PHONE AND DEMANDED MONEY TO FIX IT.

This is the worse company in the world for helping Veterans getting out of the military and starting at a new job. In fact it’s the worse company in the world for customer service. Called to change my number to a local number. They changed my number to another number in the old area code 3 states away. I live in Illinois why would I want another Georgia number when I’m trying to change it to a Illinois number. After they changed the number to another Georgia number they could only offer a replacement SIM card in 3 days. Three managers refused to try and get it overnighted so I can tell three different jobs my new number because it’s going to change again in 3 days. They also couldn’t help me choose a phone number like AT&T did when my wife and I got our phones. Amazing a multimillion dollar company is unable to over night a SIM card.

Buyer beware! I know better than to shop at the fly by night kiosks in the mall, but my cellular carrier had zero protective caes available for my new phone and they suggested I stop by one of the many cell accessory kiosks and buy something while I waited for my Otterbox to be shipped. I stoped at Custom Cellular because it was close. It had already been a rough day and I had 2 babies in tow. I just wanted to buy something and get out of there.The girl at the counter was very polite. I told her my story and she showed me her selection. As any salesman would, she upsold me on a tempered glass (plastic) screen protector for $20. I said yes to it, only because we needed one for my husbands phone (we have the same model). While I am trying to pick a case and sooth two cranky babies. She grabs my phone from the counter, rips off the $25 screen protector I had just purchased only minutes before and sticks it to the outside of a card board box ruining it for future use. She puts on her screen protector. I did not ask her to do that, I didnt even tell her she could touch my phone. I was so flabbergasted,I couldnt speak. I wanted to say something, but after the day I had, I just wanted to cry and get the heck out of there.I tried to make the best of a bad situation and hoped the screen protector would be worthwhile. Its not. It wont adhere to the phone and makes it impossible to text. Worst of that is there is a zero return policy for screen protectors that have been installed. Clears up why she was so eager to get it on my phone.The protective case is adaquit, but a little flimsy.If you still choose to shop there. Dont let them touch your phone!

Their screen protectors are terrible for 20 dollars, they make your phones screen very unresponsive and difficult to use.
