I visited this store on 3/10/21. My phone was acting wonky & I needed to buy a new one. The sales manager who helped me was Leo and he was fantastic! I knew which phone I was interested in; he helped me with the purchase & set up. Its been a long time since Ive done one-on-one visits in a retail location but the store & the sales manager were as concerned about safety as I was. Thank you, Leo ... you made all the difference in a positive customer experience! Ive been a Cricket Wireless customer for almost 6 years & Im very satisfied. Thanks again!

Comb my phone and moms to one plan. Charged to me instead if mom. Mom purchased tempered glass and associate put on badly at store. Associate kept box it came from that had warranty. So when mom asked it to be fixed free, associate said not without box that she didnt give us. Bunch of BS

This is my neighborhood Cricket store.. Came in and got a great phone at a great price, the girl that helped me was great. I havent had not one issue. I have had both Cricket and AT&T they are both great at what they do... I would suggest them to anyone...

Went to this location and was helped by Leo. He was very nice and professional. He seemed to really care about his job, and his customers. I explained to him How I & my wife were treated at the Cricket store in Newburg, Oregon, 2401, Portland Rd Newburg,Or 97132 Store Unit 3.Leo was very forthcoming and told us he would wave one of the fees for the 4 lines for $100.00 since we only had 3 phones. We need more retailers like Leo. I will be back to the Tigard Cricket location and this will now be our home store.Thanks again Leo..

This store has always been my families go to store. It always has friendly workers there ready to help, my parents dont speak english so we always rely on the spanish speakers there which there has always been. But for the last month or so everytime my parents go to the store there is always 1 person working a very nice girl but there is never a spanish speaker there anymore. My parents have to call me to translate and sometimes I am unable to because of my work. I have been in a couple times and there is always that one girl working, at times I feel bad because at my work ive been single staffed it sucks.

Store was closed...it seems all stores in Beaverton are gone now. I will be leaving Cricket very soon.Thus is not acceptable customer service. I would give zero stars but I cant.

Knowledgeable tech, no other customers, they had the phone I wanted, and tech was masked.

I love unlimited data on my phone. That ended my financial obligation to comcast

They gave me a plan that my phone isnt even compatible with

CLOSED ON SUNDAY.Update:Tried to come in the other day. Called ahead to see what time they close. Guy on the phone said 7pm. So I thought I could get there around 6:50pm. Nope. The agent added: Were closing 10 minutes early for cleaning. Would be nice if they posted it here - not something that everyone knows or assumes. Oh, and theres absolutely no grace period for paying late. Used to be 3 days. Then, 24 hrs. And now is none.

Went in to ask about pricing of services because I was looking to switch from my current company. And I ended up walking out as a new cricket customer. Leo was amazing and made the setup process easy and fast. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family looking to switch.

Had an EXCELLENT experience at this location and had to share. I called this store today because I was having issues sending and receiving photos on my phone. I went to Best Buy and no one there could fix it. I called and spoke with Angela over the phone and she immediately diagnosed what was wrong with it and I went in to the Tigard location. within a few minutes of me being in the store she fixed my problem. Very intelligent and very impressive that she knew what was wrong with it and how to fix right away. THANK YOU!

Verygood service

I dropped my Samsung S7 and ruined the display and thought Id have to buy a cheap phone to use while it was being fixed. But Leo, at this location, told me I could use my old AT&T phone, after AT&T told me it had to be unlocked which would have taken 3 days. So I was very happy to have him save me some money and help as well. I saw him helping a couple before me, and he was terrific. Ive had Cricket for about 2 years and so far have been much happier with them than dealing with AT&T or Sprint, both of which were nightmares. People actually help you, both on the phone and in person. Way to go, and thanks Leo!

Not a very intelligent net work provider, I dont know why he go there, when US Cellular, and Verizon have most of the cell phone companies pretty much bought the others out.Cricket is just a horrible phone company

This store for me helped as soon as I walked in the door. Theyre VERY knowledgeable, unbelievably fast and got me much better service than what I had with Verizon. (Plus there was a super pretty girl that helped me, which is always a bonus)

Been with this specific Cricket for years. Ive never had a bad experience! Ive never seen the same employee twice it seems like a revolving door but they are always nice. They make it as speedy as possible and Ive even gone in there with silly problems like not knowing I turned off LTE data. They recently gave me an insane deal on my new phone. I was way overdue for an upgrade so I had a certain amount of money to spend on a new phone (came out to 700$!!!) I got a nice HTC phone along with a case, and the rest of the money went towards my monthly bill. Total win.

It was fast and seamless. Moved my number cause bloody Verizon simply didnt work on PCC Sylvania campus. $80 to $35 not a bad deal.

Went to this dealership to get a phone able to receive picture messages. Which they claimed to give me. But the new phone does NOT receive pics. Half hour of my day wasted.

It took me 4 times to get a customer service representative that knew what they were talking about. I was in the store almost 40 minutes just to switch wireless carriers because Cricket is cheaper (now I see why). If you do your own research then its great, if not be careful as many dont know anything about their own company. I used my own Samsung Galaxy 4 phone I bought from best buy. Im saving almost 600 a year switching from verizon to cricket. Be careful of autopay and due date. I finally got a Manuel Rodriguez online chat who explained it all very well to me no one else did, they all just didnt care. So I went into the store on 10th, my automatic draft is the 7th. If I call on the 4th I can change the draft to the 2nd. So you call on the day you want to change it. It restarts the 30 day month coverage. Or you can pay in advance online. The best part is their data 4G data plan of 2.5 GB, then anything over is just dialup speed but no extra charges!
