My 13 yr old son has autism. Staff are always willing to listen to him explain the game he wants because he cant remember the name. Then show him the games until he recognizes what hes explaining. Steven has helped many times. Great employee. Thank You! A little kindness goes a long way.

The guy answered the phone incredibly distraught. He was either purposefully making his words unclear and rude, or having some sort of attack. If the company cant handle business, they should close the doors or provide help for their stressed out employees. Nothing against the employees, because I feel bad for them, but I cant stand being subjugated to professional disrespect.

Went there today to see if they had an original Xbox 360 power supply (which they did not) and ended up sitting up there for quite a few minutes while the lovely lady was calling around to see if other stores had one around my area but still no luck but even though they could not find what I was looking for they were amazing regardless for their genuine effort and kindness a big shout out to Katie and Steven up there they were amazing non the less

Stop in and ask for one of the game release posters in the window and Jimmy fixed me up with one. Now my grandson is super happy to have that on the wall of his bedroom.

Most of the time (Id say 95%) its quick to get through the line and they have a great selection of videogame merchandise (not just games). Service there is great and helpful and thankfully knowledgeable for those who need it. Fully recommend.

YEAH!!! This was everything I wanted in a gaming store. Talked Geek with the guy who went out of his way to point out a way for me to get more stuff for less money than I would have paid. And theres literally everything geek you could want.

Quick visit, in and out, customer service was decent, pricing was okay, store seemed to me to be a little crowded with merch for that location. Would probably come here again.

Went to get a controller that I called to see if was in stock before hand. When I got there the girl had no idea what I was talking about. She went in the back to look for 15 minutes and returned with a controller for a totally different system. Her fellow employee knew what I was looking for but did not offer to help her or me until she came back after searching in the back for another 5+ minutes. All 3 employees did not seem the least bit happy to be there. Ill stick to my local GameStop wouldnt even go to this one for something that was out of stock elsewhere.

Used games were all marked up in price. Ive been a rewards Pro member for years. The recent increase in used products negates the discount a pro member receives. Now non pro members could pay more for a used game that had been out for a brand new one. I will no longer buy ANYTHING from them. Their greed has turned used games into a racket.

Bad service, This is real. Employee need more training. No sign from where the line starts for the coustemer. The coustemers have to wait at least 45 to 1 hour, This is the beginning, Im not done yet. Let start with the employee when we discuss and what the coustemers need take more time between 20 minutes till 30 mints. the examples we spent times around 1 hour and 30 mints just buy 1 game or buy some on the store. Thats why bad service. And waste the coustemers time.

Loved it they really know what there doing here with a wide selection of video games for PS PSP Xbox one 360 an Wii if thats your thing they also have great prices on collectable video game figures and Life like models for any game you can possibly think of give or take a few they were a tiny bit low on gold year long gift cards however the lady helping us was really nice and helpful I will be back soon to meet my Destiny lol but anyway stop by and pick up something you definitely wont regret it

I usually dont have big problems with gamestop, and to preface this comment, I will continue doing business with the company, just not at this branch ever again.I called ahead for a game, as the drive was quite a bit away. Once I got to the desk, they told me that the gane I was talking about didnt exist. I insisted it did, and gave them the title 2 more times. They remained skeptical, but eventually found the game in the drawer.While in the process of picking it up, I was bringing back a couple other games I had tried pre owned, and decided against keeping them after 2 days. The woman at the counter gave me a hard time about me not liking the games, to shortly after finding that she had never played or heard of the games. Im not sure what the issue was, and why she was suggesting I should keep them, but she did eventually return them.The same woman then questioned if I was intereated in KH3, and proceeded to give me information. She stated that the game there came with a preorder bonus, but that square enix offered only a keychain for their bonus, stating the reason they werent was due to the statues being damaged in delivery.While on the topic, she also informed me that FF7 Remake was confirmed and cancelled by square creators. I was very disappointed in the news, but agreed to put in a preorder for KH3 and move on with my day.The problem with this long story being, she was absolutely wrong on every account. The game I said existed did exist. KH3 preorders through square enix directly DOES give not one, but 3 figures, a pin, a steel bookcase and an artbook. FF7 Remake was NEVER cancelled by creators, at best, I can only find fan theories based on bumps in production of the game stated to just put the game at a later release date (most likely years).I dont think this was all intentional. Moreso, I think it was based on ignorance and not being skeptical of heresay (ironic, considering they didnt believe that a game existed that was in their database until they found it in the drawer). I dont think it was for me to buy the gane through them, as they dont get a cut of that as far as I know.TL;DR: At least 2 of the workers are incompetent on looking up a game, and one is ignorant on the matters of video game news, speaking complete nonsense based on either heresay or out of ignorance. Again, I will buy from gamestop, just not from here.

Im a long time customer, who has been shopping at gamestop for years. Well the staff is friendly, but if youre a gamer like me and have a power up rewards card, be careful. I traded in about $165 worth of stuff after the 50% trade in bonus, i renewed my pro card for the extra 10% and pre-ordered a game. Well i never got the points for the trade ins or anything else, as i came in awhile later and got that new ghost recon game on relase day.Gold edition, $100, no points for that either, the only thing showing up on my account is the another game i purchased down the road. So if my problem cant get fixed, then one star for this place, if it gets fixed, ill change this review. So be careful when dealing with the employees.

Friendly staff, but they tried to sell me a used game that goes for $35 new for 55 (xcom2 ps4). Said new its normally 60. Bestbuy has it for 39 new, amazon 35, ebay 30. This location stocks very few new games, since there is more profit in selling used. The gamestop on Eureka is much better...
