Needs updated! Carpet was pretty stained in room and hallway and was very wrinkled. Clearly needs replaced. Doors and furniture showed signs of wear. Chair and ottoman were stained. As far as cleanliness of room it was clean. Definitely overpriced for the condition. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Waited 20 mins to set up an appointment. Got to my appointment about 5 mins late due to traffic, waited another 10 mins just to be told I have to wait 1 and half hour to see someone. Whats the point of setting up an appt? Not good first impressions for someone looking to switch providers.

Not helpful and overpriced.This was supposed to be a review of my online experience, not a representation of my experience in the store. All Verizon staff that i dealt with online and in the store were always professional and helpful. The process of ordering online and picking up in store was awful. Took 5 days and never worked properly.It was only the in-store employees that were able to help get me a new phone.If I wasnt able to get the phone today, i would have switched carriers. Truth.

Our bill went from 78$ to 170$ over the course of 2 yrs. Cant upgrade phones without paying the original release price of an outdated phone because apparently it was on sale. Its nearly impossible to talk to a human to find anything out. Now that our phones are paid and weve went with a new carrier they are taking forever to port our phone numbers to the new carrier. Hated this carrier.

I stopped at the Verizon in Taylor, MI. Before I got out of my car a security guard and an employee came out. Instead of allowing me into the store he kept questioning me as to what I wanted. I understand social distancing but having security there and not allowing me in the store when I need help and telling me to go online if I could get online i wouldnt need help. There were no other customers in the store.

Called to make sure they had a phone in stock, specifically new in the box, and they sent me to a call center rather than actually taking the time up look themselves. The call center says they have one so I order online. Then the store calls back half an hour later and tells me the only one they have has been used and returned. Should have been a simple couple of minutes to check stock in the store, pretty disappointing experience.

The tech was very knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. He was able to assist me with getting things taken care of in a very quick fashion. He was also friendly and was willing to help me with my tablet cord. Great place to do business. Recommend this store for all of your Verizon needs. Really good customer service!!! They also verify that you are the person on the contract so no faulty charges appear on your bill. Highly recommend this store.

I purchased a phone online today and picked it up from this store. When I did the purchase online I missed the part to make a down payment, which I need to do to afford the monthly payments. I asked at the store when I picked it up if I can make a down payment. I was told at the store that it was too late. I called customer service and they told me the store can do a return and redo the sale! Don’t know who is right so now I have to return the phone by mail because I can’t afford the monthly payments without a deposit! Very disappointed!

It truly is a rarity to run into people that just do the right thing at the right time. With everything thats going on in our world these days, I literally wasnt expecting the experience that I had! I spent over 3 days prior on Verizons chat lines dealing with people making me jump through hoops and doing everything they could to not help! Literally Monday was from 530 till 1045 at night!! To say I was extremely upset was an understatement! I went up to this store after work with no appointment and with a very unsavory attitude, I was greeted at the curb by a very professional and pleasent young lady whom I remembered from before as the same person who had helped me in the past. I was maybe at that store for a total of 5 minutes, not even, and my issues were taken care of! Still dumbfounded!Thank you Somatra for being a great person!

I’m writing a review for my mother in law who visited this morning. She said that Jered was very helpful to her. She has been going through a tough time and lost her dog a few days ago and her phone started overheating and the screen would freeze. My husband and I don’t live there and we tried to help her to backup her phone but it wasn’t completing and she kept getting an error message. She just didn’t want to lose the pictures of her dog so she went this morning to this location and they took her phone and backed it up for her within 15 minutes. She was so happy that she asked me to write this review. Thank you, Jered, for helping my mother in law! Now we will work on getting her phone fixed next week. Thanks again.

After reading some reviews about this particular location, I was worried about the service we would receive. Our visit was not bad though, Edward helped my mom and I with switching to a new plan and get new phones. We had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The other employees seemed very nice as well.

Horrible Customer Service, not friendly not willing to even take the phone out of the box or help set up phone transfer. Manager is not focused, staff was sitting and talking with each other while I was waiting for help, I began to leave when they came back and were extremely rude and sarcastic. We have a company account and spend lots of money at Verizon, after today we are seriously considering moving it to another company. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Clearly, some of these employees need cleared out.

Watch out for hungry salesman.These people in here are being pushed by the manager to lie to customers only to get a sale.I been with Verizon for 5 years and went in to add a phone for my girlfriend and willing to pay up front.Salesman said why we will give you a phone free.It will show 7 dollars a month with a 7 dollar credit.How could I go wrong.Being lied too thats how.Sure the phone is free but since I dont own it you have to pay 10 dollars a month for insurance. THE SALESMAN never told me that.Thanks Scott for not sharing that.Total B.S.

The manger, Tim, was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was midday on a Friday, and we were greeted and helped immediately. Tim knew exactly how to initiate the changes we wanted. The store was clean and appeared well stocked with accessories. There were sufficient staff so that each person arriving was helped immediately. Vast difference from our experience 1.5 years ago at the now closed location across the street -- that was a 45 minute wait for a rude person to be unhelpful.

I was thinking about switching from T-Mobile to Verizon I walked in the store stood there for 10 minutes nobody even acknowledge my existence even though several glanced at me never had this problem with my current phone carrier so I walked out think Ill stick with who I have the funny thing is Ive read the reviews and other customers have experienced the same thing Verizon acknowledge their problem but obviously nothing ever changes there very poor poor management and customer service. Verizon needs to quit apologizing to the customers on their reviews for not being acknowledged when they walk in the store and actually instead do something about it they would probably lose less customers that way

Somatra gives great customer service. Truly a gem! She’s funny, cute and she is quick i was in and out in no time. I do not think they transfer information anymore but she gave me directions and explained to me that things change quickly in the cellular world, and helped ease my nervousness by instructing on how things are changing via plans, phones and the setup process.

Real friendly staff, helped my fiance and me upgrade our phones and talked us through the best options! Even made sure we got the best type of said phone, and were funny and friendly the whole time. If you had a question they had an answer. I forget the ladys name who helped us, but she was very popular there, had regulars that came in just for her help, and after dealing with her I can understand why! If we ever have problems, or when our next upgrade comes around we will definitely be going there!

I was in this store yesterday (Monday 9/19) to pay my bill. I had a courtesy check from my bank since I had yet to receive ordered checks. Employee attempted twice to accept my check, putting information in his tablet, and said it would not go through because it did not have a check# although my Routing# and Account# were clearly visible on the bottom of the check. Then he could not close the check drawer so he called his Manager named Habib over, who then closed the drawer and walked away. I offered to pay with cash, employee accepted cash and then could not give me a receipt, after trying twice again putting information on his tablet. Manager walked by into back room, employee followed and they both stayed there. Then Habib walked out right pass me and when I inquired if I would receive my receipt, he yelled at me, said I was impatient and to get the hell out of my store!! I will never go to this store again and have informed my family and friends not to either. After leaving, I went across to the AT&T store with the same kind of check to pay a bill and had no trouble at all. Employee simply entered the Routing# and Account# on the check and it was accepted and I was given a receipt.This particular franchised Verizon store has poorly trained employees and a Manager who should not be even closely near or working with the public. He clearly has anger management issues. Verizon customers BEWARE!!!

Really large cell phone store. Nice inside and very well set up. Large selection of the latest phones, tablets, accessories, and so much more. Of it is a mobile device, they most likely have it. Probably the best cell phone store that I have ever been in. Dont let the average size store front fool you. This is really big for a cell phone store. They take your name when you come in, you can walk around and browse and call your name when someone is available to help you.

After waiting 30 minutes in the car the agent looks so tired to work Saturdays, his body was there bu his mind probably was somewhere in the ocean, I asked him very simple questions what promotion you have to buy new phone..he ask me for id, i wanna give picture id from my phone because i forgot my id at home, but he refused to help me, he had thousands option to verify me but he refused to answer even simple question about new phones.....very bed service.

My only complaint is the wait time before I was helped. They could use more employees to move the line along a little faster. It took 2 hours to add a phone to my existing line and to make some minor adjustments, most of this time was spent waiting. The service and quality of the phone(s) were great. The man who helped us with the changes made me aware of some opportunities to save money, so it seemed he genuinely wanted to help me.

The service isn’t nearly as good as it used to be it’s not worth the price and when I upgraded my phone I was told that with unlimited data my phone bill would be less than $100 a month and it’s $154 I can’t afford Verizon anymore and I don’t even have autopay set up but yet money has been taken out of my account multiple times without my permission and this time it’s caused my account to go negative so now I have to pay an over draft fee once my phone is paid off I will be switching services,

Horrible customer service. 3 managers walked around as door greeters while the store was packed. Does it really take 3 people to greet people and walk around doing nothing? Finally a manager heard me complaining and came over to help me after we waited 1 and a half hours. Then he didnt even know promotions so he went in the back for 10 minutes. Dont waste your time coming to this location.

I would give them zero if I could. Went in on the 20th to get phones. We left AT&T. Young guy helped us. When we were finished, our bill was supposed to be $140. Day 5 our first bill arrives, $300. Our next bill would be $230 this is not what we were told. Husband takes bill in to question it, was told we have no video or audio. So pretty much,tough s**t. Paid $150 in store 1st day, quit service. Returning phones today, $22 restocking fee. So almost $175 to use the phone for 1 week. The guy who sold them to us was a liar. Would tell everyone to STAY away. He was also skipped over for service twice, along with 2 ladies.

The website isnt very clear about the terms of their promotions.They want you to port over from other carriers, but what nobody tells you is just how unbelievably proprietary Verizon is.Most people there were reasonably helpful, except this one short brunette, about late teens to early twenties.She was not at all what one would expect, within reason, from a retail worker. Her attitude was condescending and the interaction left me feeling like I was a bother.I unintentionally let slip only loudly enough for she and I to hear, and otherwise very quietly; what a f*** story- admittedly not very classy but also out of deep frustration . Her response was to make a building-wide spectacle of my choice of words.This place should be as much an embarrassment for Verizon as it felt hopeless for me.

Walked in 1 rep was with a customer while the other 3 sat behind a table, which is located at the back end of the store. No one greeted me at first, but as I awkwardly made my way TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. The 1 rep with a guest took a moment to greet me while the other 3 continued to stare at me.By far one of the worst locations Ive visited! The customer service is terrible and the workers are rude. This is the 2nd time Ive visited this location and received subpar service. You cant expect people to spend their $$ if you dont even a knowledge them.

Terrible service from Verizon all the way around...from sales to attempted return. First, I was sold a cordless charging pad and an extra plug in charger I didnt need but told I had 14 days to return. When I tried to return to the Woodhaven Verizon store, I was told it couldn’t be returned to that store. So, today I take the items back to the Taylor store where I bought them and was told since they were part of a bundle, I owed $16. As if, I would actually return items and pay MORE! But, the sales lady didn’t even attempt to point this out. She just asked me if I’d be paying with the same MasterCard. When I told her how ridiculous this was, she refused to service me anymore. I understood the point of the bundle and by unbundling, the cost of each item would cost more, thus creating a “cost” to return...but the fact that the sales lady just expected me to pay, seemed ludicrous. Poor sales, poor return policy and poor customer service at the Taylor Verizon. I wont go back.

So, I walk into a nicely layed out and visually pleasing store to activate my iPhone 5 recently purchased from groupon. I was hoping to activate online, but needed a SIM card and wanted service right away. The store was busy, but there was an agent that takes your name to assure that you are waited on when your turn is up. Didnt have to wait long as my agent Edward Measel got my all set up in just a few minutes. Its been about 7 months now and Im pleased with the reliable service, should have stuck with Verizon all along instead of going with a cheaper company.
