On 8/31/21 I purchased the childrens Timex watch....the 1st few days it kept shutting off...I took it back told the guy an he replaced it....I had to pay $20 for the 2nd watch which had no service......I went back to the guy.....he purchased a third watch.....this time watch still had no service...he then told me to call the 1800 an have them trouble shoot it.....they then told me...there was nothing they can do an told me to go to a authorized metro.....I went to a different metro they ordered me a refurbished watch I paid over $120.00 for this watch an still right now the watch dont work...they could never figure out why this watch got no service... this store took my money then brushed me off to customer service which never helped me! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK EVERYWHERE IN 2021

Awesome customer service! A younger gentleman named Joe helped me out today upgrading my phone. He helped transfer all of my information over along with helping me learn how to use the new device, so kind and helpful!

Got my son a new phone here the other day and the employees name was Joe and he such a sweetheart, most kind and genuine Metro employee Ive ever dealt with by far. He was very helpful and had multiple customers in the store by himself and was still able to keep everyone happy and laughing the entire time. I usually dont take the time to write a review on a specific employee, but he was 10/10!

These guys really take customer service to a new level. Very respectful and polite. Lance made sure my family was taken care of. I will definitely be back to this location. Not to mention.. the store is brand new and clean. Very nice!

Great experience at metro today. Walked in to open a new line and the bearded fella took care of me instantly. Made the transition from sprint simple and quick, bundling some great deals together for me! Can’t wait to visit to pay my bill?!?!

I have been going to this location for some time now and all the guys there are always so helpful and kind. Theres a much closer location to my house but this is worth the further drive just for the service ( I have had bad experiences at these places, so I write this to help anyone else making a decision on where to go). I was stressing about having to get my kids phone lines but Austin was so helpful in making sure I had a plan and new phones to fit my budget. Great way to start a weekend if you ask me. Stay away from this store I bought a phone from them and a phone came and a screen protector and the screen protector was trash I went back to the store and he replaced it with another piece of garbage I was texting on my phone and the screen protector fell in my lap and when I went to pick it up it shattered. I will go to another store this store is not for me.
