After 15 years of coming to this store, I will be taking my business some where else like WAWA across the street. There is this little troll looking middle eastern looking leprechaun that works here. And if I go back and he disrespects me again Im not sure how Ill react. So its better to just go to a place where people are well trained and well mannered.

There is a black foreign man, employed at this location that has no integrity nor any manners.I went into this store about two months ago to purchase lotto tickets, immediately after I approached the counter and attempted to buy my tickets, he abruptly says to “lotto is down” !His tone of voice made it known that he was being facetious. I took my business elsewhere to “Publix” which is less than one minute away, and strangely was able to buy my lotto tickets. (I never believed that lotto was down).I promised myself I would not patronize that 7-eleven location again.I needed fuel on 10/11/2021, (I was in dire need.) so I returned to this same location again hoping he wasn’t there.He wasn’t behind the register, he was on the floor helping a customer find a “phone charging cord/ charger. (Looks like he was trying to impress her) there was a female clerk at one of the registers cashing out customers.As the female clerk was ringing up my purchase, he says to her “hey do you remember the other night I told you about that old lady…(he then motions to me) I pretended that I wasn’t noticing. He finished talking rudely and disrespectfully about me, right in my face! I couldn’t believe him, HE HIMSELF IS AN OLD MAN!I completely ignored him and left the store.I returned later that same night and asked the clerk on duty (who says his name is Ho) for corporate’s phone number. He says he doesn’t know it or have it. So I asked him for the store manager’s name, he says he doesn’t know it. He kept asking me “why”I promised myself a long time ago, that if I go into a business and if that business employees doesn’t respect me, I will never return and spend my hard earned dollars there again. I went back on my word, and gave 7-eleven another chance.I heard a famous judge say “if a person tells you or shows you who they are the first time believe them)Automated machines may not be personable, but I can tell you none have ever disrespected me.Taxi car rides were once in demand, but as time went on a great number of the drivers were rude to the point that many people seeked other ride options.

Crazy nasty attitude from the employee. Don’t know what his problem was. It was intense. Management should do something about that. I almost went off on the him

Today I went at this place : I found over the counter little cockroaches… the place it’s dirty, food exposed without any safe cover. There’s one person attending the place that causes delays. Before this place was so clean, good customer service, now is so far to be a excellent convenience store.

We use this 7-11/Mobil all the time. Gas is reasonably priced. Pumps, lot and store is clean. Very typical 7-11 : Variety of hot quick pick foods, soda, slurpes, and convenience items. Staff is friendly.

This store Rips people off be careful going here I was over charged here will never go back here

The clerk at the night time and morning shift are nasty and impolite, no good service, they r from the other race and they dont like white customers 🤷🏼‍♀️

Absolutely disgusting! Was there 3 days ago and purchased these items from the cold food area (it was cheese wrapped with pepperoni) took a bite of it and almost got sick looked at the expiration date. It expired over a month ago. So who at this store is doing inventory quality checks. So fast forward was there tonight and I see 3 roaches running around on the counter (by the register that was closed) . This is absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting the broward county health department in regards to this location forst thing in the morning!!!!!

After seeing Michael handle a customer, this will be my LAST visit to this store. I tried to talk to the manager but that appeared to be inconvenient for him. People cant treat people like garbage....not cool.There is another 7Eleven 3 mins down the street and a Publix next door. Its not like the coffee is ever fresh anyway.Horrible customer service from the morning pair.

Great 7-11! Every morning I come in to get my morning coffee. The bakery section is always full and looking great. Coffee is always fresh and when my flavor is out. They immediately stop what they are doing to make more. My favorite section is the Hispanic chip section. They have a wide variety of plantain chips and unique guacamole chips that I only see here. A+ to you guys at this location.

Yesterday the cashier tells me I can’t get two different chips on the funions hot Cheetos and lays potatoes chip deal now she’a trying to fight me over a cup for hot tea which I already purchased. I suggest if you want to enforce one cup per beverage make sure the container works for liquids that are actually hot and not Luke warm like the coffee I felt earlier.

I love 7-Elevens usually. However, no matter how many times I come to this location, its horrible. While the store is generally clean and well stocked, the customer service is severely lacking. Its not uncommon for the manager on duty to have heated conversations with employees in front of customers. As well, the older guy with long hair thats there in the mornings on weekdays is always miserable. Interacting with him makes you feel as though youre bothering him and wasting his time. If this store wasnt so convenient, Id never come here. On the rare occasion i do, its only for emergencies.

The worst attitudes in all employees Ive ever experienced in 7eleven history. Employees are slow and dont care about your time. Something needs to change at this store. Manager must be no better or is there just for a paycheck.

Customer service is average at best. Please check your pumps, I only go to this gas station and they skimmed my card from your machines. My credit card is only utilized for gas and luckily I caught the thief’s transaction through my credit app.

The worst customer service from the older cacasian lady in the noon shift. I come in everyday for the same pack of ciggerets she always ask for id forcing me to go back to my car and wait in line. I understand its the law but Im in there everyday and everybody knows me does not ask for ID. She knows it, she gets happy telling me I need my ID and to go to back of the line. Long story short if your looking for a friendly atmosphere dont come here. The one in the publix plaza is much more welcoming.

They give bad looks no thank and you are a devil for using the app basically but when you dont use the app they little nicer to you

Sold me a faulty vuse vibe ecig kit they obviously took a return for in the past. Went there the next day to return it and they wouldnt even do an exchange with my receipt. Theyve permanently lost my patronage for shady business practices.

I was refused my first free fill on my new 7 11 coffee cup I purchased at week earlier. I peeled the sticker off to redeem my first fill and the employee wanted to charge me for cup as new again. Even after I called to her attention and showed her my cup as I walked in.

A good station with easy credit card pumps. Store is okay.

Do not buy gas from this gas station especially with your debit card. They will take more money than you can possible plan to spend. They debited $100 from my card when I purchased $19 gas and told me I have to wait a few days for the transaction to clear. Then hang up the phone on me when I asked why a company would debit my card $100 to authorize gas purchase at a pump.

Bad customer service. They messed up what I wanted and then wanted me to get back in line to change it.

Price gouging juul pods that theyre probably not supposed to sell [flavored] anyway

Everytime I go to this location, there is a young man there with a serious attitude. He acts if someone has pissed on his cereal. And today while I was there, he started mopping the floor as if I wasnt standing there waiting to check out. My thing is, if your dumb behind dont want to be there then take your ass home.

Customer service stinks, no greetings and no thank you.

Bad customer service rude response and the Haitian girl that works on the Saturday was a total rude and ugly the way she looks.
