My daughter wanted speedway pizza after her first day of school today. The pizza is good when it’s made fresh. I sent her in to pay for it and a few drinks and the woman told her she couldn’t make the pizza cause she had a line. It’s a gas station there’s always gonna be a line. But the fact she refused a child food because she had a line was just ultimately disappointing. My daughter was in line and was customer like everyone else in that line. And it wasn’t like she didn’t have any pizza she just didn’t want to make it. I work in customer service so I see both sides of the coin. But this is unacceptable service.

The cashier was on her phone didn’t notice me I stayed quiet for about a minute before she noticed me and asked how she could help I bought a beverage and $50 of gas on pump 1 paid with a debit card when I got to my car pump said pay inside I went back and she was still on her phone I told her it’s still not working and someone behind me said pump 9 also was not working she told me and him to try again..did not work so she handed me another receipt saying that I was not charged I asked to speak to a manager and she said it was her. I feel this could’ve been prevented had she have not been distracted by her phone
I will NEVER go back here!!! First and last time!!! Lady was extremely rude. And on top of that I swiped my card to pay for gas and she had to nerve to say that I didn’t have any money on my card but when I called I was still charged and nothing was done.. they don’t answer the phones and they’re rude won’t go to another speedway if this is how they treat their customers
The larger taller darker skinned black woman at this gas station is extremely rude. It’s as if she completely hates her job but refuses to leave ... if I was the owner I’d for sure be looking to get rid of her. I can almost guarantee she’s costing them money
My go-to gas station. The Speedy Rewards program is awesome, Ive already got a few $10 gift cards. The people at this location are always really nice too.

Place is clean and most of staff is great. But rose always has such an attitude always rolling her eyes she makes if feel like coming there is an inconvenience to her. I avoid going there now as much as I can

This store is dirty and disgusting. There was 2 people on shift the soda fountain was dirty the was zero clean counter space to get a drink there was nacho cheese in the drip tray of the soda fountain. The floors were dirty and sticky and the grills were full of old gross food. Plus the girls were just standing at the cash register the whole time doing little to nothing and it still took 5 min standing in a line of 3 people (including myself) to get out of there. It was pretty bad...
On 11/16/19 at 1:15 A.M. to about 1:30 A.M. I went there to purchase 3 rockstars and some tobacco. I here all the time I talk to everyone and respect everyone at this location with denise diane or even scotty but last night was my worst experiences at this location I pressed the little button at the window to get the attendant and I stand in the big window where if she actually turned her head shed see me she walked up to the window awkward body language I meet her at the window ask for my order above she starts yelling at me for waiting in the large window saying I need to be in the little window look Im so aggravated Ill be there in the morning sometime Ill have denise get me the Mgr when I get there and talk
Decent location and gas prices. The store is where this place shines. Lots of choices and they have Dunkin Donuts there!
Good gas station with a sizable store that has fresh Dunkin donuts coffee and donuts (self serve) and good selection of items. But they are usually crowded and it is common to have to wait in line a while.
I don’t see why these company’s hire people who don’t even want to work tried to get gas ...overnight lady didn’t want to serve me I don’t get it all you gotta do is take my money and press a few buttons....won’t be getting my money anymore...
