Would of given 5 stars but my car seem to be just about the same since I took it in to get an oil change, a radiator fan replacement, and my a/c went out. I took my car in because Ive had good past experiences with other Midas locations but my car has been continuously overheating since the repairs. I look under the hood myself and everything was out of place and I had to clip, screw and connect almost everything they touched mostly everything they did was not put back properly and Ive checked all my fluids and belts and filters and cant figure it out, theres no leaks either. The customer service was definitely a 5 star but the work is more of a headache and is going to cost more to get it checked out again.

I was not happy with a different location. Thought I would try this location on 99th Avenue and Santa Fe in Sun City, Tony the owner was a very nice guy to talk with thank you sir.. Great personalities, I stopped in to have my headlights adjusted due to a lift I put on my truck, They did not charge me, I felt very comfortable there, I found a new home to bring my vehicle too when needed repairs are due, Thank you so very much. Purchased new tires, an oil change, and valve stem replacement in July before moving up north a few hours. Back right tire was a dub and wouldn’t keep air. Jennifer was able to get the part ordered, coordinate with my family in the valley a good pick up time, and caused zero hassle about honoring the warranty on the tire. Excellent service writer, she’s takes the stress away from the customer so I can focus on my 65 hours a week at work. Will be my go to place anytime I visit the valley for regular maintenance going forward!

Oil change was great no issues there just they couldn’t get my tire pressure sensors to read and if they would of done just a bit of resource they would have found out that you have to put the vehicle in a mode to allow it to read/reprogram. Had it programmed at discount tires. But good customer service that’s why Ill give them a 4 star. Thanks

Very helpful because we all know car fixes are expensive. Had an emergency situation where our vehicle had to be towed to them and Tony had the car reviewed and quotes by that afternoon. I found this is place a few years ago after my old mechanic shut down (due to bad practice) . My oil changes have be $20 cheaper than the other guy I went to and Midas really treats you like family. The receptionist is always very nice and almost remembers everybody that walks through the door.The mechanic makes the best suggestions for your vehicle and Ive always felt comfortable going to them with any type of repairs needed. I will continue to take my vehicles to this mechanic because I trust them so much.

Hands down best people! My man and I have gone in a couple times the past few months to take care of some much-needed maintenance! They have taken care of us every single time. Not only in great customer service, great prices, but always willing to work with my time frame and budget. You can definitely get the mom and pop Shop feel from this location! As a matter of fact, I just left with a quote to fix my leaky water pump. I have extended warranty on my car, but would prefer this garage over my dealership garage.

I was quoted $700 flat in 30 seconds to have my motor mounts changed. I called around to at least 8 different shops and this one was the most expensive. Makes me wonder how many women theyve overcharged and with the location this shop is at, how many senior citizens? I had my motor mounts changed and EGR valve for less. Do yourself a favor and make those extra phone calls so you dont settle for a ridiculous price!

I had a 4 pm appointment for an oil change and filter, plus a tire rotation. I was out of there by 430. The appointment was honored on time. Jennifer the manager was great and even let me know that one of my tires was quite worn down. I will definitely use them again.

I only take my vehicles to this Midas because I trust their integrity. There have been times where I had taken my car somewhere else and was informed I needed to have hundreds of dollars in repairs. I brought it here to get an estimate and, without me mentioning the other estimate, they mentioned the potentially expensive way to go about it, but told me it was unnecessary, and then told me what theyd be able to do to make the repairs. It was a fraction of the cost, and they did great work.

Driving home from our Arizona weekend vacation when our a/c stopped blowing cold. Being pregnant a 4 hour drive home was not an option, so we stopped here and it has been an excellent experience! Did great job at a reasonable price in changing my leaf spring and did it quick.

My dealings with the owner Tony in trying to get my money back for a bad job his shop did has been a nightmare. He has offered only a small bit of the 1500 I have lost due to this fiasco. He talks a good game but has no follow through. He is supposed to send 289.00 to me but I really dont expect it after all his delays. If this review is still here and unchanged then he never paid me a cent and I suggest not using his Midas services unless you want to end up stranded on the road with no recourse. VERY BAD SERVICE all the way around.

This place has great service and very reasonable prices. I trust what the mechanics there tell me is needed for my car. They always give the reason for replacing parts, which a lot of car service centers dont. Can also get coupons for services at there web site.

Ive been using this Midas shop for over 3 years without a problem. They always been up front with me explaining whats wrong and fixing whatever problem quickly and reliably.Over the summer I had my car towed to the shop with engine problems. It took them four days to diagnose, and told me I needed new spark plugs. They had my car for 5 days just to replace the plugs and get my the engine codes to clear so my check engine light would stay off.Easy fix I thought. Two days after the fix the car was still having issues, so I replaced the coil packs and plug wires myself. This seemed to fixed my problem with only an occasional engine hiccup which I was comfortable with owning a high mileage older vehicle.I brought my car in for emission testing and it showed an engine code failure. The technician thought it was strange since my check engine light wasnt on so he ran the test again and told me that the bulb was probably burned out. Once again older car, I can see that happening.Decided to bring my car to another shop on recommendation to fix the problem, and upon removing the instrument cluster to change the engine light bulb, THERE WAS NO BULB. The Tech at Midas REMOVED the check engine light bulb so I it would seem like my car was fixed.They just lost all my business. Sorry Shane.

Ive recently been shopping around for a new auto service shop.I have a good amount of automotive experience from racing and I tire of the lame excuses and problems in the service industry. I dont let on I know as much or more about what is wrong with my car as they do.This Midas was wonderful.They gave me exactly the answers I expected with the problem I have.They did exactly the work needed.And they found a leaky brake line I missed!I am very impressed with them.I dont often recommend auto service. But I feel good about these guys.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but felt rushed. They never rotated the tires. When I asked about it they said my ties are great. I like to rotate them every 5,000 miles. I also just got to town from driving from New Hampshire and could visibly see wear on my front tires. They proceeded to tell me that my next oil change was due in 1,000 miles. I felt like they were too busy to know what was going on. I drove down the street and paid an extra $20 to rotate my tires. I wont be coming back to this shop.

Super awsome service and communication and when I get work done there the quote they give me is exactly what it ends up to be, no ad on fees and one time tony looked at me cars problem and after talking about it he convinced me to take it to last place I had it because it turned out I still had a warranty and he didnt charge for what he did and time he took because he said he didnt fix anything . Went in for an oil change. First time using them and they were great. They walked me through what they were doing and went ahead and did other checks on my car. Appointments are great but i recommend going early on saturday for the first come first serve. They had me outta there in less than half an hr. Faster than appointments ive used in other branches. Overall great experience! Ive found my new auto shop
