This is one of the most honest repair shops that I have had the pleasure of using. My first visit there, while waiting for my car, a lady came in with a concern. She explained everything and then the owner said, Well I do not think we would have done that but let me check. Upon his return, he stated, you were right, it was our fault! He then proceeded to return her money, plus extra money for the stress and trouble it had caused her. He not only retained that customer but gained me and hopefully many others after reading this review.

Honest, trustworthy. I have been taking mine and my wifes vehicles to Rawy since the shop opened. You can trust that if they say something is wrong, it needs to be fixed and is not an upsell. They care about doing it right the first time. They check everything from windshield wipers, to brake fluids.

Sun City Auto is a great place for maintenance things such as oil changes (always include a new filter), tire rotation (include with oil change), fluid level and filter checks, and tire pressure setup. They will also take care of any minor or major problems with your vehicle. Their friendly service is appreciated and I expect to be going there for the foreseeable future!

I recently got my vehicle ready for a big summer trip - 6,000+ miles with towing. Sun City Auto provided solid advice on what needed doing, and perfect maintenance work. I just got to NY state smoothly with no problems. Ill be back this Fall for a checkup.

Needed to rent a trailer and have an Oil Change. Very pleasant to deal with. Answered phone on 3rd ring, never put on hold, answered all my questions. When I came to pick up my car, again no waiting, easy to deal with and they hooked up the Uhaul trailer in minutes. When I retuned trailer the next day, same thing happened great customer service pleasure to deal with. Amazing all around.

On a recent Friday, when it was 110 +, our air conditioning wasnt blowing very cold air, so we headed to Sun City Auto Service, where we had our oil changed several months ago, Fortunately, the staff was able to get our car in right away and assessed the problem. They came and told us what the situation was, and we OKd the work. About one hour later, they had it fixed and we were on our way, with an A/C that was blowing really cold air!! Excellent service and friendly, professional staff. Will definitely return when needed.

Sun City Auto Services are not near my work and not near my home. But I dont do even an oil change without them. I have three teenagers, all driving old cars. I need honesty. Rawy is a very honest owner that provides exceptional service.

I was able to get in within a week for standard service and an assessment on a potential issue with a new to us used car. Rawy is very friendly and professional. The car needed a good amount of service to bring it up to par and this was done quickly. While unexpected issues are never easy to pay for, Rawy, the owner, negotiated a fair deal with us. We left satisfied and will return for next maintenance.

I took my car in for an oil leak while on a 4000 mile road trip - he could have tried to really take advantage of us as out-of-towners but he worked quickly and did very well by us!
