This was by far, the best phone shopping experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in and was greeted with a joyful “Hello! Welcome to T Mobile,” to the genuine interest in finding me the perfect phone, Luigi and Orlando went above and beyond. They walked me through every step of learning my new phone (switched from Samsung to iPhone) and were extremely personable. Customer service at it’s best!

I first went to the t-mobile in the mall and they did not know what to do or how to fix my problem, I came in to high ridge and without a problem they fix my problem Kevin and Edward are both amazing!

I should have read the reviews in Google before switching providers.So a few recommendations if you are switching using this store: 1) please review your first bill asap, I was charged a full month for ONE day or service, T-mobile claimed is was b/c an extra phone number was created in order to copy the data from my mothers old phone (I dont think I received a logical explanation); 2) check the plan you picked asap as well, we were given the more expensive plan even though we requested it multiple times when we signed in; 3) if you are trading your phone for a credit, BEWARE, make sure the IME number is written on your receipt before you leave and take a picture of the number before you give them your phone, I was told they couldnt find any record of the phone I traded in so I was not given a credit; 4) I talked to the manager at the store and was promised a call back, I never got a call; 5) if you call customer service, you will always wait an hour at least; 6) service around Westport and Southport is not that great. I hope these recommendations help someone have a better experience than me. A formal complain letter should be sent to T-Mobiles corporate office about this store.

Horrible experience both times I went here. Tried to buy a phone and only after I swiped my credit card did the guy tell me it was 64 gigs. I asked to return it since I wanted 256 and he told me he “couldn’t do that” and I needed to call 611. He also tried to tell me he couldn’t waive the insurance which is 19 dollars a month. I showed him the policy that he could waive it and he mumbled some excuse that he couldn’t in store. I called 611 and they were super confused and told me I HAD to return the phone in the store… and that I could absolutely waive that insurance. I went back the next day and they charged me a 70 dollar restocking fee and then accidentally deleted my line. I spent 70 dollars for absolutely nothing except troubles and annoyance. The people working here are all kids who mumble when they don’t know what’s going on. I’m super disappointed in the service I received here and highly recommend y’all go somewhere else. Also listened to a woman trying to upsell an elderly next to me for 30 min. And not to mention a friend of mine left the store after trying to be upsold and he HEARD the manager ask “did you get him?” before he could even leave the store. Do better guys

Walked-in to discuss options for transferring 2 lines from another carrier, so we waited... and waited... and waited... and waited... and waited some more... and then we decided not to wait any longer.Opinion: Understaffed and without a managerWe will try another store downtown to see if it is any different.Good luck

Totally incompetent kids work there.They sent me to Yonkers, NY to have my screen saver replaced but first they sent me to Fix It block away that wanted to charge me $100!!!Yonkers store is really with it and worth the drive!

My experience was HORRIBLY ! I went to the store to buy a new number, and left with two lines and paying 46 dollars for a sim card. 46 DOLLARS, the attendant lied all the time, asked me if I wanted a new line and I said NO. But even so he did it, when I left the store I called the support and found out that nothing I asked for had been done and I still paid for something that I shouldnt have paid, I felt stolen. I returned to the store and the manager ironically said he would solve the problem, 7 days passed and nothing was resolved.Conclusion: I had to call support to cancel what they did and call a credit card to open a dispute because the manager said he had returned the amount, but he did not. if you need something, look for another store. Trust me!

After having a terrible experience at the Sprint store in Yonkers, NY I called this store to see if their workers were more competent. I ended up speaking with three different employees and all of them were helpful, kind and accommodating. Thanks to Kayla, Hendy and Edward for their stellar customer service!

Very impressed and pleased with everyone in this store I was greeted with smiles helped immediately got my bill paid and Juan the store manager offered me a new s20 gave me an incredible deal!! Dilaneen thank you for your customer service as well you were able to answer my questions and be a tremendous help as well!! My experience was a 20 star !! And it gets better I called today and Edward the assistant manager answered my call to ask a few routine questions and he was spot on and friendly sprint store bulls head you guys are a complete team and are outstanding when it comes to your customers thank you !! Amazing experience here after an awful one at the Norwalk (Westport Ave location). We had to spend a long time here and the staff especially Juan and Edward were beyond entertaining and helpful. They gave sprint an awesome reputation after such a bad experience at the other location. They went above and beyond!

The people were very nice but sprint is notThe store has long wait lines due to understaffing and the people at the store have very little control over how they can help. Sprint has changed for the worst 👎👎Save your time and just call sprint. I would recommend a different carrier the cell coverage has gotten even worse every since they were taken over by t-moble.

Mikey the sales pro in the store is a Wizard. He diagnosed a problem with my kids phone in about 30 seconds and saved me needless expense at the Apple store. He saved my day and more importantly made my kid very happy with his fix. He brought life back to a dead phone. He is a phone whisperer. He should be commended by the store manager and owner.

I switched from AT&T to Sprint Unlimited turning in 2 samsung phones for 2 Iphones. The deal was great and made even easier because I was waited on by JOSH. He was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He took the time from beginning to end to do both phones and made me feel like he cared about my service. Great Experience!

Coming from the most patient and nice person, DISGUSTING customer service. Both over the phone, AND in store. Treated with extreme disrespect from the second we walked through the front door (not an exaggeration.) Every question AND answer was met with the attitude of a teenager from both of the ladies, one of them raising her voice at some point because we were explaining EXACTLY what we came to do but she couldn’t get it through her thick skull because she was trying to talk over us. Didn’t even get to finish what we came for because this sprint employee “couldn’t get access to our sprint account.” A 15 year customer might I add. I am never coming to this location again, at least until those 2 young ladies are fired. This is a great way to lose customers, sprint.
