Found the truck that I wanted at this dealership using Cars.com. I sent a request for information and heard back from Marco who identified himself as the sales manager shortly thereafter.The process after that was very smooth and painless until I went to pick the truck up. Once the paperwork was completed, I went out to the truck and gave it a once over. I found what looked to be a large scratch on the side and asked Marco if he or someone else could look at it. He was visibly annoyed and made it known, but he came outside and addressed it. I was taken aback as it was obvious to me that once Marco made the sale, he had no interest in hearing from me again.The second issue that I had was with the technology guy that they sent out to go over the truck with me. He could not answer most of my questions and the information that he gave me was dead wrong. I wound up just leaving and then doing the research on everything myself.The dealership is clean and modern. The bathroom was also clean which to me was important as I came from a distance to buy the car. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Marco, I would not buy another car from this dealership.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought my 2013 Ford Focus into be checked out and when I described the problem to them I was told that “that’s supposed to happen” and they serviced the car but didn’t investigate the problem now a year later I have brought my car to a shop for the SAME problem and they are confirming this shouldn’t be happening and that there has been a recall out for a part in the transmission that causes the problem I have been talking about the whole 2 years I’ve owed this car. I can only assume he didn’t feel like looking into the problem and brushed it off as she’s a 20 old girl she most not know what she’s talking about. I wish I remembered his name but unfortunately I don’t. I am very disheartened by learning this and infuriated. I will never be going to Ford again for help!

This review is about the Stamford Ford Service Department. I have a new car I leased in January 2021 and it is having electrical issues. They just had my car for 4 days, with almost no communication until I left a message for the Owner, his assistant, and reached out to another dealership I know to help me. They returned my car to me and told me they couldnt find anything wrong. Of course, only 4 days later, my car died in the middle of traffic. My husband was able to help me and realized a metal part is not connecting properly on the battery and very loose. How could the Service Department return my vehicle like this? Now, I will have to be without a vehicle again while they take their time servicing my car. Very poor experience.

I came to Stamford Ford and Lincoln to buy a used car. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone before coming to see the car and she was very friendly over the phone and most importantly upfront and explained their policy in full over the phone before I even came in to the dealership. My sales associate was Virginia. She was very friendly as well as helpful and she was able to accommodate all of my needs. The car was in great condition and even though they said the sale was “as is” they cleaned it and filled the tank. All in all I was very pleased I made the trip to Stamford from New York.

Was avoiding the local dealerships because of how bad McMahon Ford is, not only did they find the problems, they were covered under warranty, and they promptly gave me a loaner while it was fixed, I will definitely come here again for my next car.However the Ford Escape you guys loaned me is garbage, noting specifically wrong with the car, but the design is HORRIBLE. 2020 and they still make cars where you have to turn the key, but have a digital knob for a transmission shifter.

We are from out of state and broke down on the corner of Hope and Woodway in Stamford. Our Ford C-Max had to be towed in. Even though it was late and on Friday (and 98F!), Dave ??, Scott ?? and the guys in the Service Dept were great! They assisted us beyond regular service hours in getting the work order in place and assuring my sister and her daughter and luggage were safely setup in their rental car for the remaining drive to grandkids in Providence, RI.Eric Munnilal went way out of his way to expedite the repair and arrange for delivery of our car after the work was done. I was in a financial crisis and I needed my rotors and brakes to be replaced but they cost a lot because the car is expensive for my Lincoln navigator and the manager gave me a huge discount and help me out a lot. if you have any problems regarding making payment for the service or parts that your car need to speak to the manager he will help you out or do monthly installment payments set up if I buy any other cars that are close for the Lincoln I will always use this service and nothing else

Stamford Ford Lincoln, is the best car dealership on the East Coast. I wanted a new car, but the payment came in too high at first. The owner said, what do I do or a career.? I told him Im in the school system for Greenwich and I am getting my teachers certification. I said, I love working with kids and tutoring math, and being at the day camp in the summer. My life revolves around the student body. He said, you worry about the kids and I will get the payment down for you. He came back and the payment was more than perfect. Mrs. Mancheno brought me the keys and let me fully inspect the vehicle. No sales pressure. No creepy lurking over my shoulder. I did my inspection and took my sweet time. I want to share the terrible experience I had with Stamford ford. I purchased a 2016 used SUV from Stamford Ford in earlyJanuary with only 14k miles they assured me that they inspect and make any repairs to all the used vehicles before they sell them. Took delivery of the vehicle after being at the dealership for 5 hours and they were about to close. As the weather got a little warmer in March we finally got to turn on the A/C which did not work. I called the dealer to discuss this problem which I could not have test earlier because it was cold outside ( dealer should have tested the A/C in their warm garage) I got the run around for 3 weeks. Finally Eric had Tony call me back and he wanted nothing to do with situation and did not offer any compromise to work with me to make this repair that they most likely new that existed Or was missed during their delivery inspection when they sold me the car. Also when I took delivery of the vehicle they promised to have dent king remove a few dents at their expense, they would contact me the following week to have it taken care of, never got the call even when I spoke with business manager.I would strongly recommend not to purchase any vehicles from this dealership as they preach that they car about their customers until they get your money. It cost 1750 to get the A/C repaired from a dealer. Only giving one star as it would not let me post, should be 0 star.I hope this helps others from getting in these situations.
