Can never get thru by phone to make an appt. I literally think they take the ph off the hook. As I tried every 3 mins for two days straight. You cant tell me that they they are so busy with multiple lines for anyone to get thru .They should offer a service to leave a message so they can call you back .

Everything about this dealership is below average. The customer service is extremely unfriendly and rude. You feel undervalued. Your car comes back dirty with grease. Bring your car in for a problem and it takes 2 rounds to be resolved. I was on a list for a loaner for a month and 2 months later STILL am waiting for a loaner. The communication while your car is in for service is very minimal. Next time I need something from Jeep I will travel to a further dealership to have a positive experience since I am continually disappointed here.

Clean sitting area, but no amenities while waiting. Took 2 and half hours to do oil change. A bit long to wait. They do a good job. Wish the staff would wear masks when walking around the waiting area. All the customers are wearing masks

I was just there this morning. Went in a 9:30 for oil service and was done by around 10:15. Very safe during this covid-19 situation. Socially distanced seating and all staff were wearing masks, following safety precautions and very courteous. Particularly want to appreciate Suzanni Ortiz. I had to take a work call and I didn’t wanna bother anyone else seated there so was speaking on call outside the building. I didn’t notice that my car was ready as I was occupied on the phone call. Suzanni took the extra effort to walk out in the cold to let me know that it’s done, handed me the summary and keys. This really is the way to keep customers happy and I’m grateful for it. Thank you once again.

I had a great experience with the service department at Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram City in Stamford. The service advisor Ralph was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I also interacted with a few of the service technicians who were welcoming and knowledgeable too. If you need to bring your Jeep, Dodge, Ram or Chrysler vehicle in for service, I would highly recommend using this dealership!

Just had a flawless and straight forward experience here. I needed the 60k mile maintenance service and had an appointment scheduled for when they had a loaner available (they are limited on loaners so you have to be on a waiting list if you need one BUT I also saw an Enterprise, literally in the back of their lot so you can also rent a car), dropped off my car and received a text when it was ready. I have to say the best part was driving the Chief Blue Sahara unlimited all day I almost didnt come back for my own car 😂 😂😂 Jalani was my advisor and he is very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions. This is definitely my dealer of choice from now on.

They told me I needed new brakes which would cost almost $700. Instead I went to Firestone which told me there was nothing wrong with my brakes and charged me nothing. Can you believe that?

Well I was admire the Jeep gladiator when one of the seller instead ask me what car I interested, he come up to my face tell me to not touch the car.Obviously I wasnt there to play but there are more than Larchmont Jeep dealer that I can see without having talking to a arrogant .

Terrible experience with manager Robert. Waited over an hour when there were no other customers around to test drive. Were ready to lease and he wouldn’t even take us to a desk he wanted to do it all at the registration desk. We asked to sit and he said it was faster standing? When I said it felt like he didn’t want our business he said “forget it I’m not selling you a car”. Apparently all the cars in the lot were dead and had to be jumped before we could even test one.Worst car shopping experience ever.

RELOCATED?!If you have relocated, it might be helpful for your customers to put the proper address in your email correspondence, or perhaps mention when I schedule an appointment that you have moved to Stamford.I value my time greatly, and you have failed as a service provider to show any regard for it. Called for my uncle to speak to a technician for an extremely simple quick question on his $50,000+ vehicle he bought from dodge and was told I had to make an appointment running into 3-4 weeks to ask a question. Coming from my uncle owner of several business in automotive services and myself owning my own business service oriented. This place is more than unprofessional and have absolutely no customer service skills in any and every way. I’ve had better service at any fast food restaurant to the DMV. I wouldn’t refer this so called business to my worst enemy. Totally unorganized and they seem to have no knowledge of actual service. I suggest anyone in need of service of a Chrysler/Dodge or Ram to go anywhere but here. The people at advanced auto parts have more knowledge and service qualifications. I strongly suggest anyone thinking of using their services to go absolutely anywhere else.

This has to be the most unorganized and poorly run service facility in America. From the Manager to the janitor, what a complete joke. 6 months for a radio to be fixed and when I call to confirm my appointment they have no appointment scheduled ANDDDDDDDDDDDDDD they had the radio for 2 months and sent it back. I was never informed that the radio had come in. I was told its on back order, so I waited patiently for it to come in. I didnt scream and shout, just waited as sometimes things are out of stock but they had the radio the entire time. What a joke. I pay my note every month, never a problem there, but when it comes to them doing their job they fail, every single time. What an absolute joke. I cannot wait to drop this car off at the dealership and let them deal with this incompetence.Oh yes, and love the fact that the team who works there provides positive reviews to keep their rating high, at least change your name so its somewhat sneaky. Sad!

Had a great experience. All the seats, however, were taken in the waiting room. Had to stand up for a while after I lost my seat when taken into the service bay to speak to mechanic who did a great job. Only in a Jeep. On my 8th Jeep in a row!!

Brought my wrangler in for an oil change yesterday. I was told I could wait. After 2 hours, they told me I needed over $2,000 in repairs.. I was furious as all I wanted was an oil change. They did a air bag recall and as I was driving away noticed that they didn’t put the dash back together properly. Staff was rude. Lazy. Was a horrible experience and would never go back. Thankfully there are other dealers in the area.

If there was a sub zero star rating for service and customer service they would get that. This has got to be the poorest customer service department I have ever experienced in the 20+ years I have been buying and having my Wranglers from Golden Eagles up to my current 2016 JK unlimited.Check engine light came on (torque converter switch stuck on code reader) car only has 38,000 miles, made an appointment for Sunday night drop off, left car no call from Greenwich Jeep Chrysler City on Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday I call to hear the part sent was defective & new one arrived that day, was told by Joolani (service rep) not sure when car would be ready as they had another big job to work on. No offer of loaner car or anything as if this warranted repair was my fault or I am responsible for this second defective part? Everytime I was promised a follow up call it never happened. I finally go to service center and am told they are still working on the other big job! Friday afternoon I get a call to pick car up that evening, Saturday check engine light comes back on, Sunday dropped car back off after being towed to dealer service center. Monday morning the woman at service desk tells me on phone a loaner is coming in today and she would let me know when it gets there..... No phone call again from them all day. 4pm I Call Greenwich Jeep Chrysler Service center and am told Joolani my rep is in garage & he will return my call, they take my # again & Im sure you have already guessed by now that it is 6pm, everyone is gone and there is no service update or loaner car. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & rest assured my pending Gladiator Rubicon purchase will not be from Greenwich Jeep Chrysler City nor will I ever service my Jeeps there.

I bought a new part for my 07 Jeep GC Laredo. It was for the rear hatch lock because my message board kept telling me that the rear gate was open which in turn kept my interior lights on all the time. So I replaced the part and it stop for a time until we got the heavy rains. Now I get the message again, I will be damned if I am buying another lock piece! Somebody needs to tell me what is going on here! I saw on a blog something about a manufacturing defect of the back hatch where it lets water inside the back hatch causing it to malfunction? Is this true?01/12/2019-I again stopped in at 300 Westport Ave Norwalk CT for a different issue, I needed to get them to program the key FOB for my 99 Jeep and first is is going to cost $80 and take about (this being said very lightly) and hour to do BUT they could not do it because they were booked and said to come in on Monday after lunch about 2 pm so that did not work for me since I am in Stamford so I wanted to schedule the 1/19/19 and again they are booked!! REALLY? Greenwich is SO MUCH MORE willing to help and accomodate! I am DONE with this dealership!!

I took my car 3 times to fix an issue. They had no clue in how to even explain the problem. The transmission guy tried to convince me with some poor and NONE professional arguments. I got charged and took my car back with the same problem. Rude customer service and lock of experience

Called to set up an emergency service appointment. The receptionist put me on hold. 10 mins later I’m still on hold listening to their tunes. Gave up after 15 mins. And called back. The same girl took my phone number and promised to call me in 10 mins. Of course she did not.

Not very happy with them they quoted me a price that was fair and then added an extra 300$ to that price and also didnt call me when they said they would I had to call them after 3 days just to see where they stand with my car . I also witnessed how expensive they are they wanted to charge this guy 1200$for a brakes Im mean like really at the most parts are no more than 300$ at the most and if you want to charge 200 $for the work thats a maybe but not nice but come on really this is why people dont go to dealerships for service ! Think about who should have to pay 160$ an hour doctors dont make that, do you see what Im saying really guys its the holidays come on .
