I started shopping for this car back in late 2020, first meeting B in the showroom to discuss the possibility of leasing vs financing, she was super friendly and helpful. I finally decided on the car I wanted (K5 GT) in January and called to confirm when they would get one in stock. I spoke to Kevin who told me the anticipated ship dates and suggested I could come in and discuss the financials ahead of time so I wouldnt need to do anything on the day of pickup. I set a time and dropped in, Kevin was wrapping a meeting with another couple, so Dave came over and offered to have me sit with him. At first I was like hold up thats my sales rep over there, I feel bad and he very frankly explained thats not how we do it here, we all help each other, and true to his word we chatted like pals for 20 minutes about how awesome this new model was, and when Kevin was free he came over and we picked up where wed left off on the phone. I left that day putting a deposit on a car that may not have existed at the time, but I was assured it would a) be fully refundable and b) guaranteed I had first look and chance to buy when it did come in. I was without a car during this period of time, so once wed finished talking Kevin offered to give me a ride home, rather than having me pay for another $20 Uber, that was pretty cool of him.Fast forward 3 months Ive been emailing back and forth with Kevin once every few weeks, first he sent me the dealers copy of the PDF covering everything the car had. Then we discussed cost of leasing vs financing and what it would look like with different payment periods and down-payments, he also was super diligent on tracking Kias incentives to help keep the price in my ballpark. I did at one point try to say, yea but you could probably knock another 2k off and that would make this a done deal to which Kevin took the time to show me exactly where the costs where going, and like other people reviewing here said, zero smoke and mirrors. I then started checking the pricing of these cars across the US and Canada, and found that they were all selling +/- $500 of what I was quoted.I had a long talk about this with Terry the finance manager there (who is also AWESOME), and he shared a story from years earlier when the car business was a lot more unrestricted, gone are those days for the majority of buyers and sellers (exotics aside). They explained they had a small inventory and small lot, and could bring in X number of vehicles at a time, so this was more about breaking the mold of stereotypical dealerships and salesmen, and creating a transparent, friendly, inviting place that people had such a good experience with they shared it with their friends and families.And honestly, thats exactly what happened. Kevin kept me posted all the way up to delivery, we had no idea what color would be sent to them (the release was very limited, 1 GT1 package per dealership, and 7 possible colors), so when it came in Black (which is what I had asked for) Kevin literally called me jumping up and down, sending me pictures of it via text message.I waited months to write this to make sure it was not just the honeymoon phase. I brought home my car on April 2nd 2021 and the good people at Kia of Stamford made the experience a true pleasure. I recommend anyone who is shopping for a Kia to check them out, go in with an open mind and realistic expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised.-Jon

I applied the April 2021 Telluride navigation update myself. The distance units changed from miles to kilometers and I couldnt find how to change out back. I called my dealer Prettier Kia of Branford. Service couldnt help me and all sales persons were busy with customers. The service representative suggested driving to a nearby dealer. I did. The gentleman at the service desk at Kia of Stamford came out to my car and figured out how the fix the setting. Very nice service.

I never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership than I’ve had at Kia of Stamford. I worked with Steven Kokkinidis in leasing a 2021 Kia k5, and let me just start off by saying he is the absolute BEST!!! He is so personable and a pleasure to work with. I had just totaled my Jeep Wrangler, and was in a time crunch to get a new car as soon as possible. I texted him on a Tuesday morning telling him exactly what kind of Kia k5 I wanted. He didn’t have this specific car on his lot, but by the next day he was able to (luckily) get his hands on one for me. The k5 was in Stamford on Thursday and it was ready for pickup on Friday. Stamford Kia was excellent during my purchase of a new Telluride!! The sales rep., Steven Kokkinidis was very accommodating during the appointment process and really took his time to show us what our options were when ordering a new vehicle from the manufacturer. Steven was very transparent with the Kia discounts available, especially the veterans promotion they were running. During the three month manufacturing period Steven provided updates where the vehicle was in the process and when we could take delivery. Finally, the pickup process and in detail tutorial/demonstration on all the Telluride features was so helpful and expedient. Saved a lot of time and mistakes. Fist time buying a Kia and the Stamford group made it a great experience!! Definitely Recommend these guys!!

Usually I do not enjoy the car buying experience. Steve made it a painless process to buy my 2020 Niro, didnt do the normal hassling me about extras/warranties etc. that I wasnt interested in
