I have been to a couple different Mazda dealerships and this is by far the best. Everyone there is friendly, timely, and transparent about what needs immediate repair vs. what doesn’t. I have had Seth the past two times and he was great and tried to accommodate repairs with my work schedule. Would highly recommend!

Best experience I’ve had buying 4 Miatas. Hunter delivered during the pandemic, trustworthy!Also service people were lovely. Only down side is the waiting areas and bathrooms. Need cleaning and updating!Well, a year later and they are rebuilding service area. After driving 5,000 miles, I discovered a defective clutch. Ivan got it replaced by Mazda, which is as it should be. So far so good! Thanks Ivan and Gladys.

I purchased a 2021 Mazda 3 a few months ago and was happy with the sales team. However, today I came in for a service because my car was experiencing some concerns. I decided to get an oil change package as my car was approaching 5k miles and needed a wash and a vacuum. Upon arrival I noticed a scratch on my car door and a horrific car wash. The car looked as if it was barely touched, and the inside was not vacuumed. When I asked the service advisor about it he told me that its a basic hand wash and no vacuum is supposed to be done. It is clearly listed in the picture, so its either false advertising or incompetence. My car was brought back to the service to attempt to cover up the scratch but nevertheless it is still visible. $133 for what seems to be just an oil change is just absurd, especially considering I just purchased a brand new Mazda.

Prices at this dealer are a bit out of control. Full synthetic oil changes shouldn’t be triple what market costs are. This place charged $70 for full synthetic. STEER CLEAR!Tire patch for a simple screw in the treads shouldn’t cost more than $15-$20, yet Riley wants to charge $66 for a simple plug?!? Again, NO NOT take your vehicle here for its maintenance. What a joke.

This is the only mazda service provider I go to. I use to go to another mazda service but since I Recieved excellent service at Riley, I will never go back to any other. First of all they give you email and text appointments so you remember. When I go there I get a text saying I can go to a specific person for help. They have a cute outside sitting area while you wait for your car. I asked if they take a coupon but even though they didnt take it They gave me 10% off. They even washed my car. This place is excellent, this is the mazda service area that you should go to.

Went for the 10000 mile service on my wifes CX-5 and let me say I was highly impressed by Rileys Service Department! The check in process was very quick and easy, everything was explained to me on what was going to be done along with knowing what the price would be from the start. The waiting room was very nice complete with TV and Wifi along with complementary coffee and granola bars. Service was fast and my check out was fast and got a complete rundown on what was done. Overall I was very satisfied by everyone in the service department and completely satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend going to check them out.

This is one of the best dealerships I ever did business with. I came from Milford to purchase a new Mazda CX-5 from Riley Mazda in Stamford. Milford Mazda did not come anywhere close to what Riley Mazda did for me. Also, Milford Mazda said the deal I made could not happen. Riley Mazda had no problem with it. The are very easy to do business with. RJ is a very good salesmen. He listen to what I wanted for the deal and did not try to counter my offer. The whole transaction was a breeze. My wife and I were looking at new vehicles over the Memorial Day weekend and were very pleased to learn that Riley Mazda was going to be open for a few hours on the holiday itself. We really wanted to explore our options at Mazda before making a deal with another brand later in the day. We headed to Riley first and met Hunter who braved the pouring rain to show us a few different models. We really wanted two things, a manual transmission and non-halogen headlights. Hunter happened to have just the car, a new 17 Mazda3 Grand Touring and with the special running that day, we made a deal. We love our new 3 and so do our pups! Came in for a regular service visit. I had to reschedule my appointment due to the snowstorm and the team and their technology (Xtime) made that super easy. Today, during the visit, Nelson and another employee (didn’t catch his name) were extremely helpful and efficient in getting me in and out as quickly as possible. I received a real-time update on my car as it was being serviced and I was able to approve/decline suggested services while I was there (they send you a text message and you can instruct the mechanics/technicians what you want done in real time). Overall, a great experience and I really appreciate Nelson taking the time to explain my options when I had questions.

There’s a reason why this location is so highly rated. They are professional and then some!! While my car is covered under a warranty, they went above and beyond when servicing my vehicle. They even set up a valet service to both pick my car up and drop it off when it was ready. The little details like a complimentary car wash are what sets them apart. Mind you, I only scheduled a basic oil change and they did a Full Service Circle Report! Couldn’t be happier with the service at Riley Mazda of Stamford. Highly recommend.
