Im very dissatisfied with my experience. I was told over the phone that a cracked pump could be repaired so I brought it in.Three weeks later Im told that it needs a new pump that costs $230. I declined because I can buy the same pump online for $100 and install it myself.Feeling Id been mislead, I asked for return of my $50 cash deposit/ bench charge. The owner claims he never told me that a crack could be fixed.After more arguing he eventually said hed refund my money. I had paid cash and did not keep my receipt. Ultimately I was made to feel like I was trying to rip them off!Oh well, live and learn, right?

Ive had a history with around the house size pressure washers. Two electric German made models, and one gas - powered unit from a local retailer. In each instance the down- time and the service time were about equal. Finally, with the demise of each of these washers, and driven by annoyance, I began researching the NWA area to see if a reliable for home use pressure washer existed. In 2013, I found PSI and Hotsey washers in Springdale. The Hotsey washer I bought has far exceeded my expectations, and still functions as new, in November, 2019. No problems, no complaints. As a result of my experience, I recommend PSI for everyone who doesnt enjoy disappointment.Mike

Jimmy and his crew at psi equipment is one of the key players who helped me get into this industry 5 years ago! He now helps me maintenance but most of all grow in my knowledge on pressure washing equipment and solutions to my pressure washing needs.

We actually bought two units from Jimmy at PSI in Springdale. We have a natural gas burning stationary unit in a wash bay at a shop building that has been in service nearly 3 years now and just simply love it. Have had only a couple of minor problems and the service was outstanding to get them taken care of. We recently bought a mobile unit for cleaning driveways with our new construction business. It was more expensive than the ones we had been buying but those didnt last but a year or so before they started failing. This new one is unreal how well it works. We replaced a Home Depot unit that was not a bad machine it lasted nearly 2 years. We just thought it was a good one until we used the new Hotsie. It takes half of the time as the old one, way more pressure and way more water volume. Thats the key I think. Havent had any issues with it so far. Needed a fix for my power washer fast to be able to secure a job Jimmy and the guys at PSI got me fixed up in 5 minutes we got the job and made really good money Jimmy advised against spending a whole bunch for a new wand and fixed the one we had when other companies were trying to sell us the most expensive stuff they could these guys got us fixed up for $20 blown away by the hospitality and professionalism these guys presented I refuse to take my business anywhere else
