Too bad they NEVER answer phone calls. It could -potentially- be a great source to rent equipment, but I’ll never know.

Rented a small cement mixer for one day. Mixer was in good shape and was perfect for my project. Everyone I talked with there was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service! Also a good selection of tools and consumables for those in construction trades or working on heavier duty projects. I will definitely be back for my next weekend project or work rental. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Had problems with this company earlier this year. The rented equipment was substandard, broke down and my company was overcharged. Brought the over charge to their attention. They said theyd make it up on the next rental. Rented the machine again several weeks later (reserved it for Thursday but didnt pick it up until the next Tuesday). We were ASSURED it would be ready to go this time with good cutting stones (for Thursday). Had an employee pick it up on Tuesday and bring it to the job site. It was in worst shape than the first time we rented. None of the provided cutting stones matched, other than 3 - of which 2 of the 3 were completely worn out and useless. We had had enough with the previous overcharge and the fact they promised a better experience this time, but delivered a worse experience. Cost my company a lot of downtime and running back and forth. Then, they had the guts to charge my credit card again for the full rental cost - and failed to remember the previous overcharge and take care of it. If youre okay renting junky antiquated equipment and paying a premium price for it - this is your place. TKH

My wife Amy went to rent a small pressure washer, paid rental price and they did not have it in the warehouse. So they kindly offered a larger one at no additional cost but she couldn’t handle it or haul it in the Mini Cooper. So they delivered it and picked it up. Grateful for their awesome customer service.

My first rental, concrete grinder with vacuum and two sets of bits. Went there week before give all my info, told them the bit grits I needed 50 and a 100. I show up after work the next Friday and the crew had no idea who I was or what I wanted. My reservation some how got lost, The new bits that I was to be first to use were no where to be found. Had to dig through a box to find two sets, Ended up with a 30 and 120. Didnt realize the 120 set had two bit of one thickness and one worn out one. Couldnt use them at all. The hose from vacuum was missing the coupling to the grinder, Had to make one out pvc. Brought machine back and explained how I couldnt use the 120s and was charged for them and was told they would order complete sets of what the machine shouldve had. Called today, who I talk to had no clue. My floor is stuck a grind of 30 and could have been finished in a weekend. Use your own judgement after reading.

Experience was quick and efficient, the gentleman was able to help me load the pressure washer in and out of the car. Would definitely return again.

They don’t answer their phones. I called since 9:00 a.m. this morning and no answer in EVERY call.

Wow that s all can say! I rented a mini excavator that you as defective and called them as soon as I discovered it the problem. Never worked right they refused to refund my money and called me a liar even after testing the unit and s eing the problem. They were mad that I brought it back at closing in the rain and held them up. Worst customer experience Ive had! Dont go there youll be disappointed.
