Bruce was fabulous. We had a leveling jack on our RV that needed redone as it leaked and wouldnt hold pressure. We were told it couldnt be rebuilt and had ordered a factory replacement. Well....this is 2020 and anything goes. After being told the factory had no idea when we could get one, I called AR316 and talked with Bruce.
