Dont come here for pokemon releases. Had 2 managers give me completely different stories about releases. One saying they never got the shipment and the other saying they sold it to people before even opening when I was waiting in line before opening and saw no one. Was there before the manager even showed up. Cant trust them after this

Quality Gamestop with quality collectors games.

Went to cancel an order and Return a used game that was over priced. When returning the game the employee said were not a rental service even though it was my first return and its their policy to give 7 days for any reason. When canceling my order the employee try to preasure me to get the game since it was cheap. When I looked for another game to buy their used game selection was limited and overpriced compared to other retailers who will give you the game for new, and cheaper without any rude comments or pressure. Btw they claim their number does not work so you cant cancel orders through phone here or ask questions.

Today I went to return/exchange (2) games both priced at $15.99 = $31.98 + CA sales tax $2.96 = $34.94I also had a $25.00 rewards certificate towards (1) item and a $15.00 rewards certificate towards (1) item.I picked up (3) games:(1) for $15.19 + CA sales tax $1.40 = $16.59(1) for $27.99 + CA sales tax $ $2.59 = $30.58(1) for $30.39 + CA sales tax $2.81 = $33.20First of all my $34.94 should have been credited and then the $33.20 game should have been deducted leaving me with a credit of $1.74Second my $15.00 rewards certificate should have been applied towards the $16.59 game leaving me with a credit of $.15Lastly my $25.00 rewards certificate should have been applied towards the $30.58 game leaving me with a balance due of $5.43.Instead the employee charged me a balance of $12.07 meaning I overpaid by $6.64 for no reason other than the store wanted to add more sales to the daily total and therefore decided to apply my certificates incorrectly and did not refund my original sales tax from the (2) original game purchase exchange.This is immoral and unethical and this employee should be ashamed.
