The guy working was more helpful than I have experienced at ANY cricket store. Got my dads new phone so much faster and easier than just popping in the sim card and leaving us to fend for ourselves.

Great customer service. I give it a three star cause two times Ive gone there to pay my bill. The have been closed and it says they dont close until 7 pm. Both times I went it was different times and they were closed .
