The service was good except that I didnt get the engine air-filter that I should have gotten. Theyve also stopped washing the car as part of the service. But everyone was polite and helpful. The service got done quickly. The waiting area is clean & comfortable.

The rep are very poor in estimating time of completion for simple oil change. I usually have to wait 1-2 hr more then estimated time. When I follow up and ask about the time, they would tell me 5more minutes but its actually 20more min. The service is fine but too expensive. Example, they want to charge $50 just for the parts and $30 labor for engine air filter. I went to buy a toyota brand air filter from Amazon for $18 and found another mechanic to help me put in for free because it take less than 2min. I tried both Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks Toyota service and they are both the same. I will try to avoid using any toyota dealership service from now on.

Service representative didnt seem to know what was going on for much of the time. Made a few false promises but they ended up being able to get the job done by putting in extra effort which was appreciated.

I just went to refinance my car with them and everyone there was ignoring me. I’m a woman and all I saw there is ignorant men, they where all laughing and not taking care of the customer. Worst customer service and this comes from someone who work in customer service.

Service was great! I went for my appointment and they took me right away. The waiting area is very comfortable for customers. The staff were warm, friendly and very professional.

I generally like their service, but they ripped me off on the price of an oil change. Charged more than double what other dealers charge. I guess I should have asked for a line item estimate before agreeing to service, or I can just go to a place that wont try and over charge me.

You know, this is my little cars home away from home when it needs its manicure and pedicure maintenance thingees done when the car screen tells me so. I call the service dept and they welcome me with open arms and treat my car like family. Coffee and doughnuts! Greeting cards to buy and TV or a nice shuttle ride home. My car is in good hands and I am, too. This is how TOYOTA does it. I have been driving Toyotas since 1995 so I know. This dealer changed hands last year but it was a smooth transition. How nice for all of us and our cars.

WARNING: Dont get your Toyota fixed here! They lied and stated my Prius battery was bad WITHOUT even running a diagnostic! Then suggested I purchase a new vehicle... Self interest is unparalleled.Service manager Michael and Amanda will make you very unwelcome if you just want to get a vehicle fixed without overcharging you EXPENSIVE, unnecessary costs.GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER for service. Youve been warned.

Amanda was distracted and angry over something in her personal life, then handed me over to her lying boss Michael, and I had to run out of there with my wallet in hand while they tried to add more cost to a simple repair!!
