Very disappointed in the service I did not receive here. I stood at the register hollaring for a clerk for several minutes. When he finally came he didnt apologize for taking so long. His answer was he was sticking and had to finish before taking care of me. I couldnt figure out your survey but hope u will read this. Thank you B Delacerda

The lady working there was so very helpful toe and my 4 year old granddaughter. She treated my granddaughter like she was the customer because shes the one that asked the question or something was that. It really warms my heart I really wished I would have got her name I was there around 3:00 so if you know her please let her know that she is a wonderful and amazing at customer service and I really hope she stays Ill come and visit this Dollar store more often.

Upon entering the store, I saw an employee off to the side. She appeared busy stocking but still failed to greet customers coming in the store. However, the store Had everything I needed in stock and it was zoned well. The only reason not five star rating is the failure to greet customers. I understand that you are busy, but it takes only 10 seconds to make eye contact, smile, and greet. That has more than one function as you should already be aware of.

I go to Dollar General regularly because it is convenient with less hassle, and has products I need. Also I go there because it is less expensive than a quick stop store. Dollar General is my favorite.

My go to DG! Not too busy and they always have what Walmart is running out of. Still a basic setup, but I love the convience. Better than a Walmart trip.

My favorite place to shop

Was shopping heard 2 males employees speaking very loudly and using vulgar language also making very racial remarks. I walked out will not shop at this store again. This is ridiculous especially with all of the racial tensions right now.

They dont carry sos pads, underclothes are very expensive

The store at Hico & Cheri Whitlock is a good place to shop. They have a wide selection of items usually good sales I find things cant get anywhere else. Staff is friendly & helpful

They just have cute things from garden decorations to some cute clothes even! The day to day things are cheaper. They always have milk cheaper than walmart too!

Well, at least the chicken pot pie DID have a couple of pieces of chicken..last time there was NONE! Also, the carrots shrank. See for yourself.

Okay heres where I say that yes Dollar General intent and the parking is not very good the store is always out of sorts theres never anything properly Shield or put away and the service sucks I bought an Amazon and iTunes card from that store and when I got home to redeem them they had already been redeemed but I would like to have Dollar General contact me because I would like for them to put one in out here between the town of Stilwell and Sallisaw Oklahoma

Quiet and clean

I was assaulted today by the manager, who after much persuasion finally identified himself as Steve Killing, of the new location on Cheri Witlock drive. Mr. Killing was irate, highly aggressive, and tried to steal my company property. I highly recommend staying away from this Dollar General and its mentally unstable and clearly under medicated manager.

In the Siloam Springs store, there are always aisles with empty controls, and boxes of merchandise on carts & pallets that needs to be stocked. Thats no way to run a retail store. The staff needs to be either retrained or replaced. Im glad its not my money!

The chaos level in this store boggles the mind. As a shift lead at a Dollar General in California the mess in this store would not have been allowed. The management is really dropping the ball here with empty spaces on the shelves, boxes all over the floor, and nothing ever seems to be where it belongs.
