This Walmart has a horrible electronics department. My dad went in to buy a new Straight Talk iPhone SE and someone named Kendall told him he couldn’t use it with Straight Talk and needed to switch to Verizon. She did that knowing it’s not what he asked for and what he was asking for was in fact possible. She just wanted to make money off of him in commission through Verizon instead of actually helping him. If you are in the market for a phone here, DO NOT do business with her. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the electronics gentleman named Shawn was so helpful, spending over an hour with us to cancel Verizon and make things right. I would recommend talking with him for your business!

No checkers anymore employees just standing around watching?? Items constantly being moved or done away with completely. Prices soaring. Rude employees.

Didnt get off to a good start at this Walmart location. I had my service dog with me and like I always do I had him in the seat of the cart on a towel and the greater told me that it was against the law. So I took my dog out and went straight to customer service and another associate with a yellow vest and management made it clear I could put the dog in the cart with a towel, so thank you for rectifying that situation. This Walmart has a good selection. It has everything from auto service, lawn and garden, craft section, etc. Its laid out a little different than Im accustomed to so its taken a little bit become familiar, a newer store, but over all I give it 4 stars. Aside from the 1st greater I met the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its Walmart... I pretty much just stopped by to get the first Covid vaccination shot. I will say that they were helpful at the pharmacy since my appointment was for 1:30 P.M. and I had finished a job interview early and decided to take a chance to see if maybe they could get me in earlier since I live 17 miles outside of town and didnt want to have to just come back two hours after getting home. They were able to work me in after a slight wait for a couple that also came in early.

Low or no stock on several items listed several weeks. After 4 trips in 3 weeks trying to get 1 item, I started driving 45 minutes to another walmart so that I can actually get what I am looking for.

Wanted to buy and carryout a new set of tires. Called said we dont sell tires for carryout. So I went the networking expecting to buy new tires and be serviced. Tires i wanted were 4 sides over my trucks rated tired. WM refused to service me but sold me the tires. Which is what I wanted in the first place. Just confused. Not unhappy.

Walmart changes things way to often. You get used to something being one place and they charge it.

We all make mistakes... Please teach your beautiful young people to communicate better at these self checkouts. Old people like me do not like to be embarrassed like my experience today. I apologize if I was a bit too grumpy. Ill try to do better but I expect not to have to deal with what I did today my first time trying to use a self checkout by myself. I know, I know. Someone call the whaaaaambulace cause Im a whiner

Well I couldnt find my digestive enzymes there at your big super store or the Rand McNally Arkansas atlas. So guess Im a little disappointed.

My second time visit. The store is pretty neat and organized. Great staff.

This was a very well stocked Wal Mart. No human cashiers, just a bunch of self checkouts, but I was happy with the selection and was able to find everything I needed. And every worker we came across was very friendly.

This Wal Mart is conveniently located nearby, accessible from any direction. Staff are friendly, helpful when needed.

I absolutely hate that you are practically forced to use self checkout, if I wanted to run a register for Walmart I would put in an application. Also its ridiculous for them to have a majority of their registers set up for card only, my cash says legal tender for ALL DEBTS public and private. Im sure that the people at Walmart corporate wont see or care about this review but it needed to be said.

I like the prices and the selection of items at Walmart. And I’m also glad that their spice department is finally having a blend of garlic and jalapeño. And if they add more flavors to the menu of spices, another idea for a new flavor would be Parmesan Jalapeño Seasoning.

Not bad. Very few people wore masks and it was a bit dirty but selection was adequate.

This store was wonderful. It was busy, but check-out lines were moving fast. The store was clean. The employees were very friendly.

Dont have really any real issues with Walmart but what can I say its Walmart always packed always got a lot of people in there find something you like for some reason they always seem to discontinue it

Walmart use to be my favorite place to shop. But not so much anymore. Almost all self checkouts are cards only. And only a few actually people to check you out if you dont like self check out

It was good everybody is nice down there came down for a week from Minnesota

All card only self check outs so I waited in a long line to pay cash only to have some lady use her card when she could of used it at the other registers. Some people have to get to work. Walmart has went down hill.

Walmart is always busy I prefer going in early in the morning or later in the evening that way theres always a register open and the Isles arent as crowded

Usually the police are arresting somebody in the parking lot I know its not Walmarts fault but, it makes me be aware of my surroundings and uncomfortable because there must be a lot of thieves around.

I enjoy this delivery thing they are doing.. but their shoppers arent great. I keep getting subs that are completely different than what I asked for. Then I still have to go to the store and guess what? What I wanted was there. Everytime. Same day. Walmart is such a bully that theres not many other options. Harps is cool and all, but they dont have a lot that we use, either, but I do go to them often still for quick things. If I didnt have a toddler that hated sitting still in the basket, I wouldnt have them shopping for me. Im sure other moms feel me there.

It was beautiful. And the people was good. I would go there all the time if i lived there.

Store associates very unfriendly. Did not acknowledge you when coming into the store. Some of the shelves were low on product. Could not find any help in aisles. 2 boys were stocking shelves and made it impossible to go thru the aisle. Had to turn around and go down a different aisle then back to the aisle we wanted. Thank goodness 2 checkers were working to check us out. I will not do self check out.

Is bar soap becoming a thing of the past? I had to circle four times before I realized they were mixed in with the liquids.

Self check out is a joke stood at self check out with an age restricted product and it took there employee 15 minutes to come and enter her Id number so I could purchase it, and the Walmart pickup Ive had items missing from my orders, and ice received the wrong order multiple times. Sam Walton must be spinning in his grave the way things are now.

The worst experience ever with self check out. I had surgery and am one handed. It was total chaos so many people waiting in line even at the two regular checkouts we have. I usually do pick which I didnt do today. I may just start shopping at Harps. I will never go back in to the store and go through that mess again. Im so disappointed in Walmart decision to go this route. I felt so sorry for the elderly I saw today that didnt have a clue what to do.

It was dissatisfing, realizing I drove out of my way to save money. Thing is most self check out are not set up to receive cash. Thats right an they dont even tell you which ones will.

I go here a lot. Love the Halloween decorations. The floor was polished to perfection. Everything looked great. The thing that concerned me is it doesnt matter what time of day you are there it is tough to go down an isle when there is a pallet of freight setting there. It is unsettling to see stockers working around the clock especially during peak shopping hours.

Tried to get a large plastic container for lettuce storage. Counter was more out than in stock. Self check outs were short on help and customers looked confused. I understand the efficiency being strived for, however unless I am seeing a direct effect on savings. I dont like to check out a whole cart. Store and bathrooms were clean, appreciate that.Thank you!!

Its Walmart. For some reason it is set up dramatically different from every other Walmart in the area. Also, there is nothing but self checkouts here. Kind of confusing for someone who had never seen the self checkout set up they have here.

I have used this Walmart many times for many years. Today I noticed that there were multiple shoppers who were without masks inside the store, and one employee was even helping an unmasked man at the self-checkout. I realized that while masks are offered to customers at the doors, wearing masks in the store is not enforced by Walmart, and the result of this is that Walmart employees on the floor and other shoppers have their health jeopardized by those who act recklessly by removing their masks once they are inside. At the very least, Walmart should allow its employees to refuse assistance within 6 feet to any customer who is not wearing a mask. When Walmart recognizes the seriousness of the pandemic and does everything possible to protect its employees and customers, I will consider changing my rating.

I hate self checkout....if I wanted to run the register Id get a job there

Its a typical Walmart. There was so many things that they are out of its ridiculous.

Everythings accessable and self checkout is quick and easy

Lines were easily 20 people long in the couple checkouts open. Waited almost ten minutes for help after pushing the help button and hearing it page over the intercom. Customer service is mediocre at best.

I hate Walmart nothing is ever in the same place. No military discount and they discontinue items that actually work to be replaced with cheap junk that doesnt last or work.

Not much customer service, seems like they dont like helping people. The prices have also gotten tremendous.

Departments keep getting smaller. Selections have grown smaller and smaller and even things that are kept in stock are not on hand. Completely self checkout now.

Friendly customer service, did a curbside pickup which is nice, I know places can change faces very fast, lol. Currently ones their have been caring and nicely stocked store, lots of parking!!

No difference than any other Walmart...customer service is non existent. No plans are in place when their technology goes down, so if you have Rx in the pharmacy....youre out of luck and they could care less. Walmart folks need to spend some time with Chick- Fil-A or Lowes to learn how to do it right. 3 stars is generous, but realistically its the same as every other Walmart

When I do online orders I understand there are time when you dont have my stuff thats fine no problem. But when you do have my stuff and I have to go inside to go get it myself even knowing the app says they are apparently out of that item when I come to pick up through the grocery pickup.

Giving them a one is too generous! Walmart needs to rethink this self check out! I will not be buying my goods there again! I do NOT work for Walmart!

I go to walmart at least 2 to 3 times a week. They have everything I need. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop at walmart. They have the best prices.

I had a hard time finding a register that would accept cash and it was hard to find employees or any of the things I went there for... Place has turned into chaos!

I hate that all the self checkouts are cards only and you have to stand in line for 15+ minutes to check out when the self checks are empty.

Im big on walmart this store was clean and organized up til you get to the registers. That is were I had my issues. Theres no order to the playstations theres no clear lanes, your boxed in. I almost just walked out and left with out get my stuff. They need to rethink there layout.

Would be alot better if they had checkers in the checkout isle if I wanted to check myself out I would shop online

I found out this is a test store. They never have anything more than once. In the shelves look empty right now. I guess it just goes to show how much they get from China.

As far as Wal-Mart goes, this one is decent. The store is clean. Wide isles, normal selection, its a Wal-Mart Supercenter as you would expect.What stood out was that (other than stockers) I only saw 2 employees working as checkers, since there were so many scan and go kiosks /self check out stations. That translated into a fast check out time but lacks the human element and customer service.That being said, the customer service was excellent when I did speak with an associate to help me locate an item.

The remodel is looking great and its spacious registers make you feel safely distanced from others.

When you pay with cash you have to get in a long line because theyre just watched two registers open for that

Its a normal WalMart store and I know WalMart typically gets a bad rap. However, this location has been about the most face-friendly WalMart in the entire Northwest Arkansas area so they have gotten my business that would have normally gone to Fayetteville. I appreciate the attitude of this area.

It was very crowded with last minute school shopping. Lines to checkouts were long.

Walmart in a nutshell. careless workers, a maze, old food, the horrible self checkout, no cash, never what you need, and somehow the products move like a elf on a shelf. Basically don’t go to Walmart

Sure dont know about Walmart anymore with all the so called up grades which I among many others are very disappointed in and the 1 checker that they did have there was not very friendly get more disappointed in the store e everytime I go in it

The staff here were kinda friendly in some areas. I asked some of them for help and they just walked away like they didnt hear me. Some of them did help me find items I need. But everything is easy to find for the most part, but the staff could be way, way more nicer and helpful.

I was visiting my son and I needed a few items. Was surprised to see so many self check outs. The lines were long if you want to call them lines, all (customers and workers) seemed to be confused.The store itself was pretty clean and I found what I needed.

Can not stand the stupid self checkouts but the registers where they check you out they will not give you your change back so I felt like I was robbed, so I had them give me my 20 back and I went to self checkout I wish there was someplace else to go other than walmart

You have to check yourself out nowadays and you dont always have someone there too assist you to check out especially if youre handicapped. The people you talk to are nice but they are very busy changing shelves.

Its a walmart not much to say. They have just about anything you could need or want at great prices. And they are everywhere.
