She was very helpful, answering all my questions, and following up with an email re: how she could help me meet a quick deadline for a banner. I came by first thing Monday morning to speak to Morgen - I had a sense she was the type of rep who would really help me get this job completed. Morgen set aside other tasks she was doing and graciously walked me through my order and offered suggestions on how to improve the banner . As a first time customer, I am very happy with the customer service I received! I will be back with future jobs.

We worked with Morgen on a number of banners and signs that we had printed. The quality was very good and we were quite pleased with the price. The website allowed us to pick exactly what we wanted, and we had questions about your signage needs, Morgen was very helpful by phone. They lost a star because their printer wasnt working and they missed the deadline without communicating with us. I kept writing them asking Are we ready for pick up? and Is it done yet? and they finally responded when it was, but it was about a week late. However, when we picked it up, the quality was great!

They did a great job on my van. Loved how it turned out. Would highly recommend.

Everyone that I worked with at this company was so nice and so professional. We were relocating our spa business (Advanced Skin and Body Solutions) to a a new and nicer location in Bellevue. Good signage was very important, as we are on N.E. 8th in Bellevue. In addition, we needed signs on the inside of the office as well. I couldnt be happier with all of their work. Morgen expedited the whole process and was always very friendly and understanding. Even the sign installers were professional and fun to work with. My landlord liked their work so much that he hired them do design and install all of the signs for his buildings. I would highly recommend them.
