I would give 0 stars if I could, I was charged cash, up front and then told over the phone a couple days later that they can’t meet my request and was put in a situation to agree with their solutions for the print ... I was not given a choice.... when I came to pick up the print I was not satisfied with the quality... the print was made from to pieces and they wore not aligned properly and it was very visible, the guy was just in denial of the mistakes and was saying that it looks perfect... I asked for the money back and he obviously refused and was very rude about it ....I literally left in tears, and I’m 38 weeks pregnant, the guy did not even care .....Horrible treatment, very rude and unprofessional...They would charge you upfront and days later would come with excuses that they can’t make it how you requested and not even make it in time!The estimate I was given was 2-3 days, 1 piece quality print 110*70 and on mate fabric,for 290$ cash, paid upfront... and I wasn’t given a receipt by the way...What they did was 2 pieces of print seamed together, top part didn’t match with lower part, the mistakes was clearly visible ... Printed on glossy fabric that reflects all the lighting.....horrible seams ...the guy was in complete denial of the mistakes he made ......Do not go here for your printing needs ...

29$ Plus tax for 2 Canadian passport photos is terrible! Writing on back is hardly legible (written by hand). If youre going to charge that much, at least invest in a stamp. Photo itself is fine. Employee was nice enough. I will never return though.

My experience with the Rainier Copy and Print has been nothing but effortless and satisfactory! The owners and other employees are quick to reply for all orders (even those that are very large) with excellent turnover. I have done business with them for over 2 years to print and assemble 200+ colored pamphlets and hope to continue doing so in the future. Come here for all print jobs! GREAT!

The worst service ever, very unfriendly and not professional. Will not recommend to anyone.When I tried to expain what kind of photo I need and even gave the printed discription the person refused to listen to me and said that I have been doing it for 5 years in a very aggressive manner. When I saw him printing the photos I said that I need a digital version he became even more aggressive and added that I did not tell him, but he just did not want to listen. Anyway the quality was so bad that I decided to do it in another place instead.I believe no one should talk to customers like that.Last year when I was there, there was another person and he took great pictures.

I needed to make 500 color copies and I checked out four copy stores on University Ave. Rainier Copy and Print had the friendliest customer service and their prices were very competitive. Not to mention the color copies looked great! Ill be using them again in the future.

Updating my review after recent care given to my case from the photographer. I went there to get my photographs taken and Khalil, the photographer, did a decent enough job. One good thing about this place is that the photographer can accommodate your custom requirements. Also, a few things can be improved for a smoother experience in my opinion e.g. better ambient lighting, better digital camera, making sure that the customers agree to the quality of the pictures taken and getting customer contact before-hand in case any issues come up. But Khalil is responsive to the queries & concerns which makes things easier!

I was delighted that they would do a rush print of a 40x60 poster for less than half the price of fedex, but the black regions of the poster were streaked - I printed the same file on a different plotter the next day with no problems. They kindly refunded my entire fee and offered a free print of the same size the next time I need one. Wonderful customer service.

I had a passport photo taken here for my canadian passport and ended up paying over $30 for a photo that was rejected by passport services because it had marks likely from a junky printer. I will try a regular drugstore cause the price was ridiculous considering it wasnt even a correct picture!!!! Honestly how can a photo place that advertises passport photos not be able to actually deliver!

I like the service. I print and scan here for twice and am satisfied with the service. The computer used for printing is a little bit slow and I wait for more than 15 mins to receive my e files from scan. The location is easy to find.

They cant even give you an estimate for something as simple as printing resumes. I understand that this can vary widely but I gave parameters -- standard 8.5 x 11 with a bleed (so itll be printed on an 11x17), 32 lb paper. But nothing. Couldnt tell me if there was a print order minimum, how much it might be per page even without a bleed, kept saying he needs to see the files to give me a quote instead of asking the questions he needed to in order to get an idea for the project. I mean -- seriously. I ask if I can provide my own paper, says he needs to see my files. Ask if they can print on the opposite side of the resume as well, says he needs to see the file. No idea if its going to be 0.50/page or $2 per page. Cant even get out what colors are on my resume before he cuts me off again and the end of our conversation is him holding the phone away from him actively hanging up on me as he says ok? (again in relation to needing to see my files first). He hung up on me before I could say okay back. Nice. Cant remember his name but that was just now at 2:30 on 6/21/16, Indian accent. No thanks.

I got my visa photo at this place! They do all kinds of visa photos. People here are very nice, they helped me take photos and make sure my photo meets the requirement!

Khalil here always exceeds expectations. If you want inexpensive and fast service these guys are always where Id go. Ive used them for years and have never been anything short of impressed with their service. Ive done packaging components, short runs, posters and flyers over the years and its always really solid.

As a student at the University of Washington, I continually use Rainier Copy and Print for all of my academic printing jobs. Shaun did a great job helping me effortlessly print three architecture portfolios in the last two years. Some people get frustrated with the wait times, but specialty printing jobs require attention in order for the prints to be done correctly. Extremely satisfied with their services and will keep going back!

You won’t want to print posters here... We printed our capstone poster here and it was a very wrong choice. It turned out to be huge color difference, and there were bubbles on the mounting board. When I asked why there are so many bubbles on the surface, the person told me it was because it’s hard to mount on this kind of material. ??? It was YOUR OWN MATERIAL and YOUR OWN FAULT right? And all their solution was to give me a $5 coupon NEXT time when I print with them... (the poster was $66) I don’t think I dare to print with you guys anymore.

I am an out of town Event Planner who called Rainer Copy in a panic when my participant workbooks didn’t arrive via UPS for a live conference - they saved the day!! Not only were they professional, affordable and VERY fast, they delivered 200 beautiful workbooks to the venue at 9 pm. I can not recommend their services enough and will use them again when back in Seattle!

Amazing job! Ive printed literally millions of pages of marketing material in my career. I started tried out Rainier and was surprised of how quickly they gave me a quote and how wonderful their customer service is! They also helped me with some problem solving, going above and beyond what a typical printer has done for me. I wish you were more centrally located or had parking, but Ill be seeing you again soon!

WARNING - do not get your PASSPORT PHOTOS here! We got Canadian passport photos taken, which was a complete ripoff at 2 photos for $30, but we bit the bullet because it was convenient. However our application was rejected because the PHOTOS DID NOT MEET CRITERIA. This was after triple checking and confirming everything with the photographer! There was shadowing and the background contrast wasnt strong enough. So not only did we waste money on the photos, we also wasted our application fee. Not to mention the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

If youre looking for Canadian passport photos go elsewhere. Almost $30 for 2 photos. It stated on the website passport photos were $6.99 for and $8.99 for 4. When I arrived I was informed Canadian passport photos were $25 plus tax because they were a different size and that the advertised price applied only to U.S. passports. Many other foreign passport photos were available for a price above U.S. photos but none close to the cost of the Canadian photo. This is price gouging based on the number of Canadian citizens present in Seattle area. Get your passport photos elsewhere.

The place doesnt look like much but the owner and employees will work hard to get your project done just right at a reasonable price. If you need copies or something printed this is the place to go to.

First experience was fine, but there was a problem with the printer the second time I went that caused damage to my prints. I had to point this out to the guy (even though the printers mistake was quite obvious) and cancel the rest of my prints, but he still ended up charging me for the unusable material. Will not be going back.

I brought my USB to print the passport photo, but I didnt notice the computer of this copy center has virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I need to use my USB later, I found that all files disappear!!!!!!!!!! I am so desperate because my files CANT be recover!!!!!! I tried all solutions but still cant recover the files!!!!!!!!!!!!! All papers, my models, researching materials, photos..... Can u image how angry I am???? I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS COPY CENTER AGAIN!!!!!!

Though Ive been happy with the work theyve done for me in the past, today I was nearly charged for the printing of 50 sheets rather than 40; Khalil was positive it was 50 sheets, but became less certain when I re-did the addition ... Im used to this kind of hustle on the Ave, but not from an actual storefront.
