Tom was so amazing to work with! He came by the clinic a couple of times as we worked out the details of the signs we were wanting, and called to check in a number of times to make sure we knew when things were in motion and when to expect our signs! Our signs came out beautifully and the fast signs team worked so hard to make sure the design was exactly what we wanted and were patient with us when we needed something adjusted. Overall we are very happy with the outcome and will be returning for any signage needs we may have in the future.

I printed a large poster and the result was very good. The service is also very good, I just showed up at their office, but immediately got a very professional help with my complicated file and had it printed quickly. They had a variety of paper qualities and could personalize the sizes of the printouts. The gentleman at the office was very helpful and knowledgeable. I contacted Fast Signs to change the text on my van doors. The girl spent a lot of time trying to match the font I already had. I appreciated that. I called to check on the progress and was greeted with a very pleasant voice who told me I would be getting the proof shortly and we scheduled installation at that time. When I took my van in, I was met at the counter by that pleasant voice. The doors turned out just how I expected and I had a nice conversation with the two ladies. My van graphics were originally done by another Seattle Sign company on Ellis Street in Georgetown and my experience with them was less than satisfying. Rude girl at the counter and no communication. I contacted them twice to make the change to the doors and never heard anything back. I recommend Fast Signs Downtown and will use them again.

I place orders all the time at Fast Signs all the time. Its easy to get a quote and place an order. Ryan is always quick to get back to me about my orders--theyre typically ready within 2-3 days. There are also many times in which I cannot recall the previous orders Ive placed, but Ryan has been able to pull up orders from years ago! We order a variety of products: banners, vehicle magnets, stickers, etc.

Our company was participating in a trade show on a weekend and our booth wasnt scheduled to arrive until Monday. I found this out on a Friday. Called Fast Signs, had graphics sent to them by 11:00am and new banners were made by 1:30pm. Wow! Thats fast. No other company I called in the area was able to have the fast turnaround we needed. Our company was debuting a new product line that weekend, very important to have a great looking display so disaster prevented!I spoke with Michael on the phone, he was prompt, courteous and friendly. I called to place my order and received next day service. Product turned out great! My PDF had two pages to it so unfortunately they forgot the second sign. Good news through... they delivered the second sign the same day we brought the error to their attention.

I paid for parking at the Convention Center because I wasnt 100% sure of the location or how long it would take; it was a walk over to 9th and Pike and I was out in less than 2 minutes. Fast Signs is always able to meet our needs for various types of signs, banners, placards, etc. The products are always of high quality, completed in a timely manner and very reasonably priced.

FORGET CALLING THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called on June 17th to a sign quote and again on June 27th. I was told by Sarah AGAIN that my first request fell thru the cracks and that Ryan would go out the next day and call me from the site. Today is July 15th and Ive NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. They just lost a lot of business for our company - must be nice in this economy NOT TO NEED WORK!!!!!
