The employee kris here only cares about sales and not the customer. My wife went in the to buy a part for me and she knows nothing about cars and he sold her stuff she didn’t need. Is this what autozone employees are trained to do push sales on people that don’t know what they are doing. It’s not right to take advantage of these people.

Hands down 5 stars! I needed a brake light, and asked for help. The manager went above and beyond helping me out. He came out to my car to make sure I was purchasing the correct light bulb and then he installed it for me. He truly went above and beyond, & I appreciate his help.

Just your average auto parts store. Nobody goes out of their way to help you with what you need! If youre into deciding if its an aftermarket part that will fit your car from a shelf this is the store for you!

Decent selection, I always have to wait in line at the register. Outdoor construction work gets in the way, caution tape on stairs, and parking lot now has sections blocked off so theres limited parking spaces available. Hopefully this is all for a big improvement...

I needed my headlamps changed, and the gentleman came out and took care of it for me.

I went in to get antifreeze for a GMC product. The people were helpful and showing me which one to buy. Was able to get what I wanted at a reasonable price.

Excellent customer service, and thats something that goes a long way with me because you cant find good people and good workers these days, highly recommend shopping here plus they have a lot of cool stuff for your vehicle that a lot of other places do not have!

I needed a battery for my car. I asked the 2 guys working there if they could help put a battery in. After being broken down for 1 hour and 45 minutes the guy told me there is to much depth putting it in and he was unable to help. Just lost your store 149.00 dollars.Now my car is at a garage. All I can say is thanks for nothing. I will not go back ever.

Worst customer service of all time..no help at all..NO COMMON Sense at all..hows it possible on a return which was 5 minutes after I bought it same guy and managerial with slip in my hand..they wanted me pay 4 dollars more than for my return than actual paid..I had to give them money for my return..with my slip in hand due to them will not visit another auto zone

I dealt with Ian, the store manager. He installed a new battery in my daughters car and his customer service was excellent. He was very professional and friendly.

Helpful staff that know what their talking about. Carry many things in store but if they dont have it they can get it for you.

Top notch! I had a battery installed in less than 5 minutes. The technician that put in my battery knew a lot about Hondas and was very kind. I will choose you over your competitor any day.

Multiple trips to this location with similar outcomes. Understaffed with an overcrowded store. Came once looking for a particular engine air filter but didnt have it in stock. Was kind enough to find me the next closest store with on available. Next trip was with a dead battery. After waiting my turn in line for assistance, employee immediately looked irritated that I requested a battery test. Went outside, tested the car, confirmed the battery was dead, unclipped from the battery and started walking away. I asked (to his back no less) that they do free battery installation and without breaking his stride from returning to the store said Yeah, when were not busy. Easy $100+ battery sale blown on the spot. I went to another auto parts store instead offering a cheaper battery with longer replacement warranty, but had to self install. Stripped the bolt on the battery terminal cable, so I returned to this store for one last chance. Asked a different associate which bolts offered in the battery aisle would fit my post (only two sizes were available) and he told me there was no way of knowing, so I bought both. Tried both sets in the parking lot, neither fit. Returned both on the spot. Went to a hardware store and received better service. Ill drive a little further for better customer service at a different auto parts store from now on.

They had most of what I was looking for, one of the associates even went to look for something for me. Im glad that they are now advertising the military / veteran discount now, too.

Nice store, good selection, friendly employees. I bought a nice cover for my car there; the neighbors annoying trees and ensuring sap and acorns were destroying my cars finish. This fit the bill perfectly. Nice selection of accessories, too!

Always helpful staff, fair prices on parts. They will hook you up to a diagnosis program free and install batteries, wiper blades and perform similar services. Shade tree mechanics everywhere have them on the list for parts.

I needed a new battery, they did a battery check for free, helped me choose a new battery, clearly explained the warranty, and installed the new battery for me (for free), taking the old one, too. The price was fair compared to what I had seen elsewhere. They answered all my questions very kindly and the whole visit was 20 minutes max. I appreciate the time they took to help me out and would happily go again if I need anything else.

Always have a good experience at this AutoZone location. Good help great service. I live nearby so I am here quite a bit. ✌

Unless you want to get ignored and wait 30+ minutes to buy one item off of their shelf, avoid this store at all costs. I keep making the mistake of coming here thinking it was a fluke and every time I stand in line forever waiting to get checked out. Idk if its lack of staff or lack of caring but Im going to avoid this store and just go to advance from now on

Always good to me with pricing and availability or even having to order parts in, could use more the 2 people who know what they are doing though thats my only complaint

Quick stop in case of an emergency. Assistance when u need it. Only criticism is most their items u can buy online half sometimes less than half the price ull pay in their store. But as I mentioned its ideal for emergency situations when theres no time to wait. Always had what I was looking for, clean, friendly staff. 🚘

I took waste oil there for fourth time being last three times container in store was full ! One guy told me to bring it in because I explained to him how many times I came and how much oil I have built up being I have seven vehicles ! Grey shirt got all ignorant like I did something wrong! I told him I purchased every container of it there ! And told me it was last one I can bring in and shoved oil covered container back to me which were 2.5 gallon delvac containers which covered my shirt with oil! I really didnt care for his cocky attitude ! And I will never step foot in AutoZone again! Dave strange should be ashamed if this is how they train workers these days ! I worked in balakely, pa autozone some 18 to 20 years ago as assistant manager! Cant believe managers are allowed to act like that ! Its this young generation ! They have the right to do what ever they want!!!! I Guess????

They charge 150.00 dollars to borrow a tool if you leave their property with it. You better run into a problem in their parking lot or have the cash to front the tool. Some much for being a friendly neighbor.

Very inexperienced, ignorant, arrogant staff. Constantly sells wrong parts. Call for a part they tell me they have it and i go there and they dont have it. Staff telling me im wrong and their computers are right. Theres only 1 guy that knows a good deal about vehicles especially old vehicles. He has more knowledge then all of the other workers put together. I always get the right things i need with him. Hes the only real old school parts guy all the ther guys just look at the computer and tell you what the system says. Im getting really aggravated with going there and getting junk, incomplete parts, and wrong parts for my vehicles restoration. Im one step away from using a different parts store.
