The staff at Fred Anderson Toyota in Sanford, NC were the absolute best to work with when purchasing my brand new Tacoma. Never have I experienced such a streamlined service before. Front start to finish, they worked carefully to ensure all my vehicle needs were met and didn’t let me walk away without a warm smile and a photo to remember the awesome moment. Highly recommend John, Lacy, and Jeff(sales manager). Superb team!

One of the worst expenses and one decent experience. Tried to low ball me on a trade in. Sold the car privately to buy a vehicle and they still wouldnt help me. DONT fall for there buy 3 Tires get the 4th or rebates. Got the worst runaround on the rebate till I finally gave up. 20 years lived in Sanford and 30 yrs of military service. I can understand a fair deal and Ive bought 1 vehicle here. You would think they would be a little more helpful. Service Department is outstanding but sales department you can do better.

I had the best experience I ever had at any toyota dealership. This was my first time driving to Sanford toyota dealership and I am so glad I did. The minute I walked in Dennis was very helpful. I was confused about what I wanted but Dennis was helpful and helped me find the perfect car. I had a budget to work with that was limiting my choices but the sales manager Bryan and Dennis helped me find the Perfect ride, a 2021 toyota highlander, the perfect family vehicle. The process was so smooth and pain free, I walked in 2 hours later the deal was done. I was told it would take weeks before I could get my highlander due shortage but Dennis did a great job keeping me up to date and today 1 week before the original delivery date I picked up my new ride and very happy with it. I would diff. Recommend The Sanford location and Dennis, who was awesome.

After several weeks of researching new vehicles and checking current product inventory at several dealerships on-line, I narrowed down my focus and began contacting dealerships to view various vehicles and begin tests drives. My initial experience with Fred Anderson Toyota in Sanford was via text and email with Salesperson Lacy Tripp, who provided product information and guidance in an accessible, but low pressure way. A test drive with Lacy helped confirm the vehicle that was right for us, which led to the dreaded pricing negotiation process. This process was handled in a smooth, quick, low-pressure way by Lacy and Sales Manager Bryan which resulted in the trading in of our current vehicle and the purchase of a new Toyota. Finance Director Mike Barton quickly completed the purchase transaction by providing additional information on products and services that were available from Fred Anderson Toyota without excessive pressure. The vehicle was nicely cleaned and prepped while the paperwork was being finalized. Cell phone connectivity and usage instruction was completed before the initial drive home. The aggressive sales, closing, and finance tactics that are so often a part of the new car purchase process were not encountered here and the entire process took less than 3 hours, including the extensive test drive. There have been several post-purchase contacts from Toyota and the Fred Anderson staff to make sure that our family is satisfied with our purchase. A week after the initial purchase, we made use of the lifetime car wash service that came with our new car and also visited the Parts Department to purchase some accessories for the vehicle. Again, the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota was friendly, professional, and efficient. Both Lacy and Bryan came over to say hello while I was waiting for the car wash. Based on my very positive experience in August of 2021, I would definitely conduct business with Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford again.

Update: After posting this review, the general manager reached out to me, as did the service manager Jeff. They were both very helpful, and got me back in to address the issue at hand. Their customer service was wonderful and the communication throughout this process was more than I could have asked for. Bryant my service advisor went out of his way to communicate with me every step of the way. I am grateful for all of their assistance to make this right, and will continue to bring my car there for all service. I truly think my last experience was a break down in communication, but it was resolved and I have no complaints.I have been a loyal customer to this dealership I bought my car here and have had it serviced here, as well as car my husband owned prior to thisand up until recently have had wonderful customer care and service. The service before last I was up sold on services needed (I agreed to two services but got three), but I chalked that up to me not doing my own due diligence. My last experience I took my car in a for a service and an issue with my rear passenger seat sensor. Upon leaving they told me it was fixed. A few days later it went off again, I called and left a message to ask about this and was never called back. I called again 10 days later and the service manager said that what they did was the first step and he did it at no charge to me, so now it was going to be a minimum of 143.00 DIA charge. I have no problem paying to fix it, the issue I have is me being told it was fixed, never told that it may not work and that I may have to have further diagnostics done. I would much rather pay to get it fixed right the first time, then made to feel as though they did me a favor and still have to listen to the stupid seat sensor beep randomly. Communication is key, when I was leaving they should have told me it may not be fixed and I may have to bring it back. Not to mention that he was very condescending. I then left a message with the general manger and never got a call back. Time to reach out to a different Toyota dealership and service department.

We purchased a RAV4 Prime from out of state (Minnesota). Kenny Rogers was our sales person. He was fantastic with his communication. Whenever I had a question or concern, he would immediately text me back (even when he was at home). Since, we flew in, he picked us up in the morning and brought us to the dealership. It was an efficient, stress-free process at the dealership when we picked up our vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Kenny Rogers if your looking for a Toyota in NC.

Update: Brian called me this morning and madethings right. He was very apologetic and said there was no excuse for no call backs. Thank you for restoring my faith in Fred Anderson’s Brian. I have fixed my review to 5 stars just based off how quickly Brian resolved the issue once he becameaware. The 5 star is for Brian being a 5 star employee, I wish I had spoken with him sooner.I moved out of the area about a month ago, went in for an oil change and rear differential fluid change before the move just to be safe. I’ve used them before and have been pleased. Right before I left I noticed my rear differential had a drip. Instead of having my friend follow me in the truck I called and rented a car haul trailer to tow my truck behind my U-Haul. Called Fred Anderson’s of Sanford on the way and explained the situation, they said to take it into the dealership where I was moving and get it checked out. Earliest appointment I could get at Modern Toyota of Boone was a few weeks later. Brought into Modern and they found the drain plug on my rear end was loose and the fluid didn’t appear to be changed. Fred Anderson’s Service was closed that day, I needed my truck back, so I paid Modern Toyota of Boone to fix the mistake. Called Fred Anderson’s the next day and was promised to be reimbursed for the bill. I was given an email address to send my paperwork to and did. I’ve called 3 times to confirm the email was received and to check on getting my money back for a service not performed properly and could have destroyed the rear end on my truck. Allegedly a message was left all three times for a call back from my service advisor. No call back, no refund yet. It’s been over a week and a half.I love my Toyota Truck, but its shame to pay dealership prices for services and when a mistake is made they ghost you.Fred Anderson’s of Sanford, don’t comment back saying to give you call. You call me. I’ve left my name and number three times and I’m in your system from previous services. Check with your service department if they actually wrote it down.

We had a very bad experience at another dealership before finding our perfect car at Fred Anderson. When I called to check on availability, I was connected to the absolutely delightful Richard Covington. Richard was absolutely terrific, helping to ensure that we were able to come in and get the Sienna we wanted the very next day. Once at the dealership, Richard was already having our car detailed and filled up for our purchase. The dealership gave us an excellent value for our trade-in - an also welcome surprise. When we got the paperwork and finance pieces, Mike was amazing - and went out of his way to help us get everything put together, even though we had a few challenges in our purchasing situation. Throughout the sale, we felt very respected, and felt that every member of the sales team we interacted with went out of their way to make our purchase a great experience. We would 100% buy from this dealership again, and definitely recommend them over the Raleigh Toyota dealership with which we had a very negative experience!

Salesman Kenny R excellent. Wait time 2.5 hours. Not busy in lobby. Two managers on duty didn’t check in with me or sales agent or finance to keep room moving. Managers completely unaware. I brought everything and sales agent had everything as he knew we would be driving 4 hours to get there. I would buy from Kenny but I will not say a good word about managers and how they handled their jobs. Should have been 30 minutes. Managers seem to forgotten it is about a good smooth customer experience. Made me understand why some are going to home delivery companies after that experience. Sales agent almost lost his hard earned commission at the hands of two managers. I would happily speak to the actual owner of the franchise dealership. He/she would be furious.

Make sure if you make a deposit, you won’t be needing it back. After putting down a 500 dollar deposit and months of waiting on a car and no one being able to give my husband even a timeline of when one MIGHT be available, my husband decided to just get his deposit back. He was told he needed to speak to someone in finance and was forwarded to a voicemail. After several weeks of calling and leaving multiple voicemails, he was finally told that he needs to come in to pick up his refund in the form of a check even though he paid the deposit with a card. He went on a Friday, as he was told to do, sat for hours, and eventually left empty handed. We just went this morning, two days later. The man in finance told us they can’t do it on a check, since it was paid with a card and he has no idea how to login to the website to refund my husband’s card - despite being in the finance dept. So he’s going to have someone else in finance call us tomorrow. Left the dealership empty handed once more. Now all we can do is sit and hope that someone actually DOES call this time - and it’s not a repeat of the last two weeks of leaving messages with the finance dept. I understand dealerships are hard pressed right now but this experience has been absolutely subpar. Very disappointed. Hopefully we get our money back soon.

Hands down the worse dealership experiences ever were at this dealership, over multipe visits. After buying the car, the salesman would call me every 5 days, to see if we were happy with the vehicle. The first couple calls were fine. After 2 or 3 more calls, I told him the calls were unwelcomed and to lose my number. They didnt stop calling until I finally lost my temper with them.During the Free oil change period, scheduled services took 3 to 4 hours, when they knew wed be waiting on the vehicle. At 20k miles, we were told the vehicle needed an alignment. We took the vehicle to a alignment shop, which told us it didnt need an alignment.Today, my wife was put on hold for 30 minutes with the service department to schedule an appointment to have a recall performed. After being on hold, she was told that the service writer speaking to her could not order the part or schedule the service...only the service manager could do that, and he wasnt available. On the flip side, the Toyota dealership in Aberdeen was more than happy to order the warranty part and schedule an appointment. Took all of 3 minutes with them.Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford knows nothing about customer service. I wouldnt visit this dealership again if they were giving out free cars.

Toyota of Sanford helped me out of an impossible situation. David, Michael (Financial), Richard Covington, and Jeff spent the better part of a day helping me find and finance the car that I desperately needed. Jeff called at least four different finance banks to negotiate the best deal. Richard listened to my needs and found the one car that would fit those criteria, and he also gave life advice that I needed to hear. Michael set up payment terms with me that I could afford while also showing me the most adorable picture of his girl. As much as he loves his little girl, I also felt that he cares about his customers and wants to make sure they get what they need. David personified the way customer service should be when my mother said to him, “ I know that legally you don’t have to work this hard for us” he replied: ” it’s true that we don’t, but we have morals, and it’s the right thing to do.” This Toyota is the epitome of a family business. I owe them a lifetime supply of cookies. This is the fifth vehicle that my family has bought from this dealership, and my mother will be traveling back from CA to get her next car from this dealership. On a side note, the service team is fantastic. I walk into the store, and they know me by heart and always greet me with a big smile on their face. Make sure you guys talk to Mike as he always can make you laugh. They walk through your service with you before check out, and make sure to let you know if they found anything while servicing your vehicle. I do have to say that they have a new setup that they record the walkthrough under your car so that you can see their finding with an estimate of the charges.

June 2021.. Recomended the owner of a 2017 Rav4 XLE (w/ 29k miles) take their vehicle in for warranty repairs due to drivability issues. We had already completed diagnostics on the vehicle and found the fuel pump failing to meet required pressures for proper operation which would set the check engine light and decrease the vehicles power to undrivable levels. Two days later the dealership contacts our customer and states bad gas is the problem and recommends removing the fuel tank for cleaning at a $700 price tag. The dealer also stated the vehicle had a MAJOR oil leak at the timing cover and offered to reseal it under warranty. We recommended the customer refuse the fuel repair and accept the leak repair. The customer then returned the vehicle to us where a diagnostic and repair were done on camera. Videos of the fuel pressure failure were sent to representatives of the delearship. We purchased a new OEM fuel pump from the same dealership and repaired th fuel pressure concerns with the vehicle (Recorded the process). This repair did fix the fuel pressure issues (waiting for warranty reimbursement 1 month later). However this did not fix the drivability issues, and upon further testing we found the Catalytic Converter to be failing. Under Dynamic testing (road test) the Converter will set an Over Temperature monitor which in turn begins to turn off cylinders in the engine (causing the no power/drivability issues). Catalyst and emmissions parts are under a Federal 8/80 warranty (meaning full warranty replacement at no charge if failed within 8 years or 80,000 miles). We could not perform the warranty as we are not a Toyota branded dealer ourselves, and returned the vehicle to toyota for repairs July 3 2021.It is now July 27 2021.. The dealer is still claiming the impossible of bad gas, and stats they cant find a problem with the catalytic coverter. The customer is making payments on a vehicle they have not had possession of for almost a month.. the dealership is again trying to say they have pulled bad gas from the car.... however the problem is as stated earlier, we removed the tank to clean it and change the fuel pump, sooooo since the old gas was removed, a new pump was installed and fresh gas put in.. then there is no way they are pulling bad gas from the vehicle. (We also own our own fuel station and the fuels are tested religiously and pass qc)The dealerships NEVER call back, they NEVER answer the phones, they NEVER keep promises, they REFUSE black and white warranty. As a side note, the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership, plain english black and white in their warranty guide states THEY COVER TOWING... is a lie.. the dealer required the customer to pay an outside company out of pocket to deliver the vehicle.Approx 2 hrs of audio and video are in editing and will be posted to our Youtube channel for crooked/shady companies.

I had five different people helping me throughout this experience. I would definitely go back. One thing to point out is that youre not pressured into an extended warranty like another dealership I purchased a vehicle from. At that other dealership in the triangle area, youre taken into a gestapo interrogation room and pretty much coerced and tortured, and they wont let you out until you finally give up and purchase an extended warranty. The manager has to learn how to make business in a respectful way with potential buyers. He will find a lot of people asking questions or asking for a best price for the cars. Today I drove 45 min to buy a Camry and they skipped intentionally some information : a dent at the front bumper. The cost to fix that is more than $1000. I didnt like that surprise, but I was willing to negotiate that issue. At the end, I asked them to reduce $500 because they made many mistakes on the website. The negotiation was not successful because the manager was rude. His attitude was arrogant. They believe that they can humiliate people saying: we can sell that car very fast ...well I prefer to buy a Camry from other dealer where their workers be HONEST and CORTEOUS.

He knew I was in no hurry to purchase a car until I did my research. Lets just say he waited 3 months and never gave up and finally purchased my car with him. The process was smooth and simple. Even when I didnt have a ride to the dealership David came to pick me up. Thanks for my awesome experience in my car purchase.

From the initial contact this dealership was very nice and responsive. I set an appointment to see what they had to offer and I love the transparency in communication. They were able to work with me and get me what I needed in the price I needed it in. David Darrow was awesome and I would definitely recommend him and this dealer. I have never been in and out of a dealer with a new car so quick. They truly work as a team. I am now glad to

Loving my 2019 Highlander I bought over the internet from Fred Anderson of Sanford. It was delivered to my door in 3 days.... much quicker than the same car I was looking at on a national buy from home site. It is exactly as promised, drives like a dream, and comes with lifetime oil changes I can take advantage of from one of their sister dealers in my area.

I was interested in getting myself a Toyota Tacoma and I was helped by a nice young man named Eli everything was going well and then somewhere there was a disconnect. I had purchased a Corolla in 2015 and didn’t have any problems. I was asked if I could make a down payment and said sure. I waited to hear back from the finance department but heard nothing for almost a week. Then on the fourth of January I was told to bring the truck back! I really didn’t get a clear cut reason why and when I returned the vehicle the finance manager there acted like he didn’t know anything and the sales/ finance manager that asked me to return the vehicle wasn’t even there! I think at Toyota Sanford they need to work on communicating better with potential buyers . I just spoke today with Capital one Finance company with whom I financed my 2015 Toyota Corolla with and was told there wasn’t any financial documentation sent on my behalf in purchasing the 2017 Tacoma. Like I mentioned beforehand there is definitely a disconnection on Toyota of Sanford!

After going in this previous Friday to look at a car I was interested in, I got told I would get a call Monday so I would receive the status of my financial options regarding the vehicle since banks were closed over the holiday weekend. Apparently, the sales manager who was the one suppose to be giving me a call must have thought I was a waste of his time because I never received an update. I also messaged Toyota Via text to ask the sales rep I had been communicating with to at least just let me know my options so I could know what to do. She also never responded to me Monday. So guess who is driving a brand new FORD ESCAPE now!?! Crossroads Ford in Sanford was AMAZING. They worked with me, were straight up with me, didn’t try to screw me over, and let me know the best route to take purchasing my new vehicle. They will be getting my business in the future unlike Toyota. I have lost all respect for Toyota. I have another car with a couple scratches from my 4 year old I was going to have buffed out at Toyota as well, but now I’ll be taking it elsewhere as well regardless of paying more. I’m a loyal customer to those who are good to me. Toyota, you just lost one.

Found a car online at this dealership for my pregnant daughter. We live over 2 hours away, so of course we called three different times today to verify it was still their. Listing price with tags, tax and title was 7998.00. So we drive our daughter their and when we arrive we are told, car will not start qnd has to be put in shop costing 3000.00 more dollars. At no point during calls was this information provided.Very poor customer service. Not professional at all.Even though my husband could of picked a different car we choose not to deal with a dishonest business. I recommend strongly unless you want to get screwed go to a different car dealership.

The good: prices are great, my salesman, Marco was great. Very helpful and friendly. We were able to get the negotiation to a reasonable price. Not my target range but the price was very reasonable for the vehicle I was interested in.The bad: Eddie, one the finance guys, was rude on our very first interaction. I needed help with understanding some of the terms my bank was laying out and my salesman guided me to Eddie so he can help me. He didn’t help. He was rude from the beginning of the conversation and didn’t answer my questions. The horrible: after a long day of going back and forth and finally coming to a deal. The “floor manager”, Jason, backed out the price we were set on and said he couldn’t give a $500 “military rebate” because I wasn’t using Toyota to finance. I was never told that was part of the deal and he knew I was not using Toyota. The part that left me with a bad taste was his attitude when I told him I wasn’t going to take that new deal. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH JASON.

Definitely would not recommend as a dealership if you wanted to look and just test drive.

Did not have a good experience here. Me and my boyfriend came a few weeks ago to look at used cars. The car(s) we were interested in were actually at another location but they said they were happy and able to transfer them to Sanford, especially since *they* wanted to be the ones to make the sale. We signed all of these forms to initiate the transfer and a commitment to buy. We also gave our salesman my boyfriends number and email. The salesman said he WOULD contact us. This was on a weekend. We didnt hear until Tuesday morning that the car had been sold the day before. We were upset because we did not get a text or voicemail or anything and thought the car was waiting for the car to be transferred. Then, we decided to ask about another car that was on the website. Another one had sold. We asked about another car, they said it was unavailable, which was a lie since it is still on their website and the price is going down. Then, our salesman, stopped talking to us. We called the dealership and asked to speak to him and we were told he was out for the day. To this day, he has not checked back on us or given us a single update. Its fine if the car can still technically be purchased even though we initiated a transfer. I just feel like the communication with this particular salesman could have been improved instead of not leaving us a voicemail, telling us a car wasnt available, constantly trying to upsell us to things we cant afford, and then ghosting us. The dealership was alright and nobody was really rude to us, I just had a negative experience with our salesman and do not want anyone else to deal with that. We ended up going to the Fred Anderson location that had some of the used cars we liked and made a sale there and had a much better experience from start to finish.

My wife is a traveling Medical Laboratory Technician and we go to a new location every 3-4 months. After spending three months in New Hampshire, we went down to North Carolina to thaw out and visit some dear friends in Sanford. For nearly a year we had been going to each new location in a tiny little car. We needed something that could carry more cargo, including our 170 pound Great Dane. That is where Fred Anderson Toyota and our dealer James Porter come into this story. We found a Tacoma that was exactly what we were looking for and our trip to our current location in Michigan was so much more comfortable.

I called yesterday morning and spoke with 2 people who told me an equinox was on the lot and I could come look at it. I drove almost 45 minutes one way. Once I got there the salesperson couldnt find the key so we all walked in the cold to try to locate. Once we got back we were told it had been taken the day before. They told me they had a Rav 4 that was comparable and I told them we would look at it. We went looking and it couldnt be located. We were told it was sold the day before. Very unprofessional experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If they misled a customer to drive45 minutes and have no idea about their inventory, I would be hesitant to think they know the ins and outs of how to sell a vehicle.

I scheduled a 60,000 mile service for my Tacoma, which apparently takes about 2 1/2 hours to complete right now (close to Christmas so understandable). Unfortunately I was not made aware of the length of time required for the service until I had made the 45 min drive there. Since I only had time for the normal oil change (about an hour), I asked if they could break up the service needed into 2 different trips. The guy at the front desk refused, and said it all has to be done at one time in order to stay in the service plan. I was a little upset at his refusal, so I left the dealership. On the way home, I spoke with the service manager, who also refused to break up the service into 2 different appointments (even a week apart). So now, I’ll have to run up the miles until I can make time to do the drive back up there to deal with their horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. When I bought the car the sales and finance men were nice but after having it exactly a month, it leaves me stranded a hour and half away and shuts off. I drop it off at Toyota this morning and they tell us we can’t have a loaner because they don’t have any loaners to give out. Thanks for leaving me with no car with a 3 year old and a job! Said they probably won’t get to my car until this afternoon and no clue when it will be ready. A loaner should be guaranteed when your car you just bought breaks down within a month.

I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Premium on 4/25/18. First, I will say that my demonstration drive was highly enjoyable. I learned a lot about the vehicle, and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I have never purchased a Toyota, so I had a lot to learn about the features and benefits of the vehicle I was driving. When it came to negotiation, the process was a breeze and was very reasonable and comfortable. One day after taking delivery of the vehicle, my Entune model 100150 multimedia system with navigation unfortunately stopped functioning. As the vehicle was out of its manufacturers warranty and it had not qualified for an extended service contract with its nearly 90,000 miles, the dealer was technically under no legal obligation to repair or replace the head unit. This is where Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford truly set themselves apart from every other dealer Ive dealt with. Working collaboratively with my sales person Jonathan Nyquist, the stores General Sales Manager Charles Ellis, and their Finance Director Jason Bell, we reached an excellent solution. The team agreed that the dealership would split the cost of a brand new radio with me. The job was $1,000, and I did not have the $500 in cash to pay at the time for my half of the job. Jason in finance was able to negotiate with my lender to have my half of the radio replacement added to my financing, which only increased my payment by a couple of dollars. The team in the parts and service department also exceeded my expectations. My new radio was coming from California, and we expected it to arrive in about 5 days. Only two days after the parts department ordered the unit, I received a call from Chan Coleman in the service department letting me know that I could come in immediately to have the radio installed! The installation took under one hour, and my radio is now functioning perfectly. About one week after I purchased my vehicle, I received a mystery package in the mail from the dealership. The package contained two Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford coffee mugs and two bags of delicious cookie cups! The company was even so kind as to include the recipe for the delicacies they sent, and Ill certainly be baking them in the future. I cannot thank the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford enough for their hard work and dedication. This dealership has raised the bar for the entire industry. I highly recommend Jonathan Nyquist as a sales representative if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also had very positive interactions with Robert Jordan and Johnathan Whitfield in sales, going on very enjoyable test drives with each of them. Thank you to Shannon Jones in the Internet Department for providing information on availability over the phone prior to my visit to the lot! I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect every step of the way by each member of the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. It is clear that this automotive group is dedicated to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention, and I absolutely plan to do business with them in the future.

Bait and Switch: I want to share my recent, and unpleasant, experience with the sales team at FA of Sanford. I connected with their internet chat person on Sunday (29th) regarding my interest in a 2021 Sienna shown on the website. After a back and forth conversation she confirmed the car was indeed on the lot. I was later contacted by a Toyota Care Assistant at FAoS regarding my exchange with the online representatives, and again I inquired about the car being available and the confirmation I received. Finally contacted by a FA Business Development Representative by phone, we discussed the car I was looking for and again confirmed it was on the lot and the dealership was open on Sunday. She even sent a video with my preferences clearly stated.I, and my family, drove from over an hour away, to visit the lot and see the car. Once we arrived, I was introduced to Salesperson to discuss the vehicle. At that time, he inspected my car, took photos, and drove MY car around the lot. When we returned to the lot, I asked to see the car I had driven an hour to see, only to be told by him that the only cars he had were 2020s and they were essentially the same. The car I was interested in was sold yesterday (Saturday). He offered a weak apology after I explained the trouble I went through and the distance I drove.I have since asked for the sales managers email, I received no response, I expected someone from their team to reach to explain, no one has. Basically, this was a complete bait and switch tactic to get foot traffic into the dealership. Lastly, if the team had been honest when I arrived, it wouldnt have been so egregious, but to have the salesperson waste my families time, (and gas), further by doing a test drive an inspection on my car is infuriating.(I have purchased my last two cars from Fred Anderson of Raleigh, and have owned a Toyota for the last 12 years)

We went here and waited around for hours on end to find a vehicle...way after waiting so many hours, they finally decided to tell us that the banks were closed so we couldn’t get an answer that day. We were told we would get a call on Monday about the status of the application; never got a call. Called in to check on it myself and was told I’d get a call back that day..never did.
