Great group of guys working here. Purchased a 2016 Silverado from them a couple weeks ago. After I had the truck for a couple days I discovered an issue that needed to be fixed. As soon as Wes was aware he offered to stay late and help fix the issue.

Dishonest. We made a verbal agreement that i would buy the truck on the condition that they fix my backup camera the following Monday. I wasted my gas and time to drive back and they hadnt even bothered ordering the camera. They said they would ship it to my house and I could do it myself but they never sent it. I tried calling back and they blocked my number. Theyre just bad business people. I also discovered later that they put old dry rot tires that were a decade older than the truck itself. My brakes are already starting to go 2 weeks after the purchase. Im worried about what will come next.

I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 FX2 from Back Country Trucks about a month ago. The truck is an amazing truck. It did have two faults that they said that they would take care of. One of them is the driver side front window, it was all scratched up and the second is the intake tube that goes to the turbo. the agreement was if I buy the truck, they would take care of those two issues. They told me that it would be fixed by the time i pick the truck back up. When I pick the truck up, I noticed that nothing was fixed. I brought to their attention again and they told me that they i would have to come back and have them fixed it. I told them that is not possible because Im not driving back 40 miles each way to have it fixed when it was suppose to be fixed by the time it was ready for pick up. Then they told me that they would have a glass guy come to me and have the window installed at my location. i was fine with that. A few days had past and i didnt hear anything from them. gave them a called and then they told me that the glass guy dont work over in my area and that the owner would come to me and do the install of the glass and the intake tube. They have never called to update me. i had to call them every week to get an update or answer. Ive even told them if they ship me the parts,, Ill do the install myself since i work at a shop. Ive even asked to talk to the manager/owner and they told me that he doesnt talk to the customers. This place does sell some nice trucks but the customer service sucks. I was going to buy another truck from them if this one went well but thats not going to happen. They definitely have lost a customer and many more if I had to refer anyone.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it couldnt have been a more horrible experience. The truck the owner Wesley sold me had a near blown motor that was found out 8 days after i purchased the vehicle. Upon bringing this to his attention he couldnt have been more unprofessional. He wouldn’t even let me come to the dealership to discuss the problem with him. Would never recommend anyone to buy from this crook. Ultimately i got stuck with a 10k repair 8 days after spending 30k on what i was told was a perfect vehicle

I have recently bought a 2013 ram 2500 Cummins from this family great experience,the price was just right the vehicle runs great the salesman Pierre I believe his name is,is a-1 they take really good care of their vehicles and their clients,for the negative reviews let’s behonest a dealer isn’t always responsible you always take risks buying vehicles especially a used one,they bought a brand new lift rims tires for my truck had a full inspection record and the truck was so clean you could eat off the motor these guys are jam up and I would highly recommend them. I did not end up buying a truck from these guys as one of the sales associate assured me a f-150 they had was an fx4 when in reality it was and xlt and I had to call a ford dealership my self and have them verify the model by vin number big difference in trucks between the two, I was stil interested in the truck but we could not come to an agreement but Wesley (the owner I believe) offered to make the situation right and was kind enough to offer a reimbursement for my flight I booked to buy the truck, which was very nice of him and i do really appreciate the kind gesture as to why im leaving a good review. I would consider them again next month when I am buying another truck for my business and for future purchases.
