Do not go buy a car from javier. He sold me a white 2007 honda accord back in February of 2021. I had a few problems just after buying it. He then fixed my right side issues instead of the left side. Then after my car has a check engine light come on i proceed to buy parts after parts. After my car finally getting to the point of not wanting to run I take it to meineke in Tramway and thats where they let me know he poured temporary head gasket fixer to give me a temporary fix. He now has it on his lot for sale once again after not replacing anything. He is a sorry he makes promises when you buy cars and dont stick to them. Mind you, my oldest sister and mama and sister in law all got cars around the same time. My sister is laws car ran for not even 30 days. My mother had a mazda from him that repeatedly had to be worked on. And oldest sisters car goes in lymph mode because the transmission is going out. He is a very sorry individual who aint worth what he makes it out to be.

Recently its been hard going to college and working while finding a way to balance living expenses, but they are willing to work around what I can do. And Im extremely grateful. The Mechanics here are the best!!! I have been to so many shops in Lee county and JB auto is top of the list. They are honest and fast with repairs. Car issues can be so stressful, at JB they tell you whats going on, how much it will cost and are quick to repair and do the job right the first time. #1 place I go.

Dont waste your time and money here. They change their business hours to whatever they feel like with no notice. No customer service at all. They just dont care. Used to be decent. Not anymore.

Took my car there to have struts replaced. The man told my wife it would be $80.00 per each side. What he didnt say was that was the labor only. But it ended up with a total of about 500 and that was also having the front end lined. Cheaper than others. It takes all day to get the job done. They pointed out that the tires are worn-out on the inside edges and they were out of stock of that size. So I told them to put them on the rear and we would get new ones. But we needed the car. So far sounds normal :)The next day we went to a tire shop that had the right size. Guys tried to take the lug-nuts off and No luck. He wouldnt keep trying in fear of stripping the heads or braking them off. So back to JBs. After trying a couple of times. They said leave it and well keep trying. That was that morning. At 4 pm we called. No luck leave it here over night. That wasnt going to cut it with us. Now remember they were the ones who took them all off and put them back on to do the rotation.Now we have been to two other shops and none of them can get them off.If you havent guessed we will never go back !!

I just don’t recommend anyone getting a car from this place. They are not professional at all and do not stand behind their cars. If I knew what I knew now I would have went elsewhere. Brought a car from them the beginning of March and couldn’t drive it without fear that the car would flip or I would either hit someone cause the trailing arms are bent and the ball joint was gone me being a woman I thought I just needed an alignment and new tires but it only made it worse I couldn’t drive over 20 mph if that on the way home from work in Cary I was terrified that I wasn’t gonna make it home. Not to mention the tires was bald so the first weekend it rained the traction light kept coming on so I brought tires to find out I needed tires and alignment in less than a day the alignment was off so bad that it was eating them tires like a snack. Smh after spending $200 on a car I just put $2000 on for a down payment a few days before I gave up and called the owner Javier and he acted as if I messed the car up and wasn’t down with fixing it then he called his self fixing it and it’s still not completely right and not only that I had to get a rental for over a week and a half paying damn near $400 maybe more but The point is I shouldn’t have went through all this and he think he’s getting a payment not this month I’m over the whole situation I have 3 kids and I’m not comfortable driving the truck and I just want my money back and he can have his truck. But he doesn’t want to give my money back so now I have to get an attorney so I advise you to go buy a car from somewhere else not JB Auto!

Love this place. If there is a problem, he fixes it. I have had my car for two months and have had problem. He does what he says he is going to do. Love, love, love this guy and his family.

DO NOT purchase a car from these CROOKS! I purchased a 2005 Nissan Sentra and after him telling me it was in excellent shape and everything worked,come to find out it was all LIES! I took the car to the mechanic and getting it checked out, I had to spend $350 dollars in repairs to just get it safe on the road, NOW the check engine light is BACK ON! Please dont waste your time or money on these horrible people!

They put my brakes on and I havent had any problems. If he sees something that wrong he will let you know how long you can go or need to go before it mess up itself or something else. So people that posted reviews on here did have any money for repair or thought that they should be done for free! Thats why you have a job people, so you can pay for the stuff you need!

This man the J in JB repeatedly stated to me he had no FEELINGS REGARDING THE LOSS OF MY MONEY so I gave him the car back he currently has a grand total of 1,820 free of charge NO LAWYER WILL HELP the B in JB his wife is a compete BLONDE if you know what I mean she is all smile when they are stabbing you between your eyes and clueless when the car breaks down shes just the wife then doing as she is told. Do not listen to me go ahead give these people your money I wish I would had read the previous warning first. terrible people horrible business .DO NOT SAY I DID NOT TELL YOU.

Bought my first real car here (a 2005 vw beetle) drove it for only 2 weeks then found out there was issues with coolant leaking and the entire head gasket needs to be replaced. A complete scam of a place. I am entirely pissed off right now.

They sold me a car with a bad transmission then they told me they lost the title after I paid it off I never received it I junked the car
