They call themselves San Jose Furniture City now, but still have the big sale signs up. I ordered and paid for delivery and set-up. 1) I called after the two hour delivery window and said that one guy couldnt carry a California King Captains Bed alone, so they had to wait until 5pm for a second guy (really??!!!). 2) 5pm on the same day, couldnt find a second guy, but will deliver in two days when they have a second guy. Day prior, they cannot find a second guy and asked if I could pick up the bed. I couldnt. Salesman said that they could deliver if I help, which I did for an hour and the guy left with the assembly incomplete. Also, once it was all out and in the master bedroom, the delivery guy (Sunny) pointed out that one of the drawers was damaged and was going to give me a $50 discount. I called the bed maker and told him that I wanted to buy another drawer, he requested that I have Furniture City order it and it would be free. I did. Furniture City salesman said that I would need to pick it up in San Jose. When I went to pick it up they wanted me to re-pay the $50 discount prior to me getting the drawer. I refused, and pointed out that I paid for assembly and delivery and had to help and didnt get it assembled. I also pointed it that I had to drive to San Jose to pick it up. They had me call the owner, and I told him the same thing. We all went back and forth for about 15 minutes. On my way out with the drawer replacement, the Asian woman says Leave and dont come back. Very shady place.

Oh my GODDo not buy anything from this store....Very Bad employees,Not cheap at all so expensive more than other store.The signs say GOING OUT OF BUSINESS Sale 50% and up to 70% is liar..The Vietnamese delivery guy is mental he is so crazy and out of his mind yelling at customers and even tell customers do not come back the store buy anymore.I even tell him I will tell his boss he say please tell my boss and yelling very loudOH MY GOD no wonder this business is out now

The salesman was very nice and accommodating. We made 2 purchases so far.
