Sleep Luxury Beds in San Jose is the best place to get bedding, even (or especially) when ordering online. Service is the best—decision makers always answer the phone. They help. They answer questions honestly. We replaced our Hästens top mattress and saved time and money. They can supply the whole range of Hästens goods, and offer other premier-bed lines and products. Definitely, check them out—we found them to be the best option after a fairly exhaustive search for the right vendor.

Barrie was very patient and worked with us to help understand which pillow was best for us. We’ve had 4 nights using those pillows and our necks have not been as stiff in the mornings. I’m glad I read that travel article with the reccomendation for the Hästens travel pillow. Without that article, I never would have known to stop at Sleep Luxury Beds to buy the pillows we are now using. When it is time to start taking those long flights again, I’ll go back and buy that travel pillow.

Purchased a vispring mattress here half a year ago. Very happy with the product. Barrie is very knowledgeable about mattress/bed; I learned quite a bit from our casual conversation. He also oversaw the delivery of the product at my home which was very responsible and appreciated. Definately recommend this place if you are looking for high end mattress or better sleep experience.

Worst customer service ever.I came in to look at Vispring and maybe Duxiana if they had them.Perhaps I didn’t look like the clientele they are looking for but I was treated with what I could describe as disdain.It took my asking several questions before I was even acknowledged to as having walked in the store. Super duper rude coupla dudes.I never was assisted as I continued to browse, so I walked out and don’t plan to return.
