Came in for the Labor Day sale looking to get a lower priced mattress and James was great at breaking down the differences in quality and helped me find a solid option that was normally 1,200 marked down to 600 that should last a good while! No complaints, definitely recommend doing business here.

They came earlier than the time frame. The delivery men offered to bring the mattress inside my room instead of leaving out in the living room. And the sales representative was very friendly and outgoing as well. He understood my current situation, so he worked willingly according to my needs. First time buying a mattress in person and I received top-of-the-line service from Paul Isaac Romero. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and did not hesitate in answering all of our questions.More so, we wanted to change the mattress size from a Cal-king to King after placing the order (but before it was shipped) and he was able to help us with easy.I highly recommend visiting this location in person and especially working with Isaac.

I receive the mattress purple 3 and after 3 days i do not think fit any of my expectations, i think i can get more value with my money The 21 days policy also terrible since they never mentioned this in the store, now need to wait 21 valuable days to return this product. Not worth the time and the money invest into this product.Definitively not to go anymore with this terrible company and his bad policyUpdated: none of the representative have contact me since i reach them on Thursday. Also terrible the return process, need to pay extra 100 dollars for delivery + a re-stock fee. terrible service to be honest.

I was able to chat with a customer service rep through the CHAT option they have online and it was the easiest, most smooth-sailing transaction of my whole moving process. I had a wonderful experience at the mattress firm.The customer service rep Tran was amazing. She was nice, very helpful with the decision making on my brand new queen memory foam! When the Delivery guyscame to drop off the bed they forgot to take the old mattress and frame. I was very upset when I found out they did not take the old bed and the frame. When I called Mattress Firm to ask why they had forgotten to take the old mattress and And box spring Tran was on lunch (I spoke with someone else who didn’t make things better nor did she fix the problem) .Tran call me back right away and not only apologized for the mistake, she scheduled the delivery guys to return the next day to pick the old mattress . DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MATTRESS. & DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR MATTRESS HERE!!!It took them about 2.5 months to get the mattress originally ordered, to us. They attempted to pick up the mattress from our home without bringing a new one and when they did bring one, it was a damaged mattress. Eventually the correct mattress was delivered... Still waiting for them to call me back!

So many of the beds were comfortable, but these are major investments for us. Mr. Giron walked us through the process. Now we just have to prepare for the delivery.Update: One adjustable base was delivered damaged. Now we have to wait a day just to schedule a replacement. This is a major inconvenience because they took away our old mattress. They also would not take away our old bed frames which is disappointing because that is not what we understood. This was a major purchase for us and we are not happy. Very disappointed. Removing three stars since we are sleeping on the floor. Update to follow.

So this is an updated review. I had originally given 5 stars to Isaac and Steven, and the delivery team, but one star to the higher ups for giving them an antiquated system to work with. Isaac called today to offer to make things right because the antiquated computer system made the shopping experience take 2 hours longer than necessary. So I hope the amazing staff, Isaac and Steven, will be given new iPads to efficiently check out their customers. We were offered free sheets for the inconvenience of the 2 hour delay in checking out. Much appreciated! We will return when we need another bed in future and I hope Isaac and Steven will each get a raise!!

The customer service here is great. They provided information on various mattresses and helped pick the perfect bed for my grandmother. Their mattresses that varied from low to high prices were all excellent beds. I loved how they had full sized mattresses in medium and soft for as little as $650. And it was worth spending over a $1,000 on a memory foam mattress for my grandmother. Their sale associates are so kind and considerate. Thank you so much Isaac for all your help!

Came in today looking for a Twin bed (firm) and metal frame. We were honestly shopping for a mattress for a couple weeks and with my due date approaching we had to narrow down our decision with baby arriving any day. Tuan assisted us in finding the perfect mattress and best deal within our budget. He even took the time to show us that no need to rope the mattress on top of our car (our hatch back actually fit the twin mattress perfectly with the second row of seats collapsed down). Instead of waiting a whole week for the mattress to arrive he narrowed down a mattress locally to pick up and now our boy’s room is ready to go - same day! Trevor helped load the mattress for me and was just as friendly. Thank you again Tuan for all your help to make this a smooth process. We’ve been going to Mattress Firm for the last 4 mattresses we have purchased and have been very satisfied as a new mattress and a couple years later.
