Bought a Rip Curl Flash Bomb Heat Seeker wetsuit. After a few months, the seams started leaking. I sent the wetsuit to the Rip Curl Service Center to be repaired under the 1-year seam and materials warranty. After having the wetsuit a month, Rip Curl told me my wetsuit was unrepairable, and not covered by the warranty because I bought it at the Rip Curl Warehouse sale. Just got it back - nothing done to it. Cant say Im stoked on Rip Curl.

Was greeted right as I walked in.Very nice and knowledgable clerk checked me out.Memtiomedy co worker informed me of store with clearance priced tees.She showed me where clearance rack 2as located.Foumd couple of tees in store but appreciated her time to give me additional choices.Well done.Amd she had great stylish fingermails😎

Great deals, great people. Was confused by their low score but it seems to be just the dressing rooms WERE close (they are now open again). In fact I tried on 3 different suites until I found the one that fits best for me.

Went for a wetsuit for my daughter. Unfortunately the dressing rooms are closed which I totally understand. However, they havent adjusted their return policy to accommodate that. You are stuck with having to buy there even if the wetsuit doesnt fit. They will only exchange. Of course everybody is built differently and unless you have owned a wetsuit from them in the past you never know if it will fit your body type regardless of the size. The no refund policy is a deal breaker. After trying and returning another wetsuit to another store we finally found a wetsuit with a perfect fit with no risk. All the other wetsuit dealers seem to have adjusted their return policy. Possible $400 sale lost and I am sure we arent the only ones.

Dont come here, prices are too good and i would like the selection to myself. Thanks!

Amazing! They have a huge variety of bikinis, in a wide range of sizes. I got three tops last time I went, because they were so inexpensive! Super friendly cashiers as well.

Used to love this place...They still have the fitting rooms closed. Guess Ill wait to shop here again when covid regulations are lifted.

Too busy to call you back, understocked, rude staff, not accommodating

Do not buy anything from these guys. Right now, they will not let you try anything on and if you buy something and it doesn’t fit you cannot get a refund, only an exchange or store credit and THEY DO NOT MAKE THIS CLEAR. I bought a wetsuit that ended up not fitting, when I went back for an exchange for a better size they didn’t have the other size in stock. That’s a clear situation where a refund would be in order but they refused. What a horrible business practice, stay away!

This place is basically a huge warehouse, and they’re only allowing 10 people inside. It’s not the managers choice, it’s a rip curl policy. But that is ridiculous. I should’ve taken a picture of the line outside the door.Also, I could only see 6 people inside. Left winged company apparently

If that’s what an outlet is then I guess I need a refresher. I remember last time I bought a flashbomb it was an e3 a few years back for $180 in Carlsbad. $340 for a clearance suit? This is not outlet prices. And here I thought this rip curl store was going to pay it back to SD... disappointing

They said opens at 9:00 am I’m in front at the store at 10:00 (since 9:30) and still close, I tried to call and no answer so you will never know when will be open
